呢間係中環主打日本料理嘅CENSU團隊同韓藉大廚 Nigel Kim嘅新搞作佢哋自己嘅description係”Asian Cuisine with Korean Influence”鍾意食呢啲創新菜fusion菜嘅我見到就狗衝咗😂要由地面嘅入口行條樓梯上去 再打開好似gip咁嘅門入去成程地方勁空曠又帶點神秘嘅感覺 令我更期待佢哋嘅菜式🤍𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗮($𝟭𝟯𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳/𝟭𝟬好特別嘅配搭😂最盡係食過burrata配橙同開心果但配辣油 花生麻醬同番茄就真係第一次會話幾特別 個burrata偏流心口感 同番茄就當然係match不過麻醬比得太多 加本身都重味 cover曬burrata嘅奶香整體食落會覺得麻醬同番茄先係主角🤍𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻($𝟭𝟰𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬慢煮雞胸夾住秋葵條 用中國酒浸 再淋上辣椒油呢個係個冷盤 似食緊上海醉雞嘅變奏版但雞肉係超 級 嫩 。真係食得出係慢煮😂同秋葵又幾夾 整體酒香味我覺得都幾出 但唔太辣🤍𝗙𝘅𝘅𝗰𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝘂𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗽𝗼 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂($𝟯𝟭𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬呢個應該係ig出鏡率最高嘅一道! 原隻花蟹麻婆豆腐底嗰層係蒸蛋 上面先係豆腐同好多拆好嘅蟹肉同埋終於揾到韓國元素了!😂就係加咗韓式年糕入去整體會比較鹹啲 真係好想要碗白飯餸住留意翻呢道份量比較多同易膩 建議3-4人分另外就係蟹腳如果再處理下/比工具我哋用會好啲🤍𝗛𝗮𝗵𝗮 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁($𝟭𝟰𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬呢款係好日式嘅蝦多士 炸得超級脆口好好食!!蝦肉爽彈 面包脆得嚟又唔硬唔𠝹口 配上沙律菜洋蔥等解膩用酸甜嘅炸豬扒醬同柚子蛋黃醬配搭 食起更加開胃整體菜式都幾特別幾有自己風格 味道都唔錯不過就好似唔覺韓國元素真係好多😂反而更多係中式日式感氣氛唔錯 Open kitchen可以睇到廚師即時嘅製作仲有唔同款式嘅日本動漫卡通餐碟!😂😂 繼續閱讀

主廚Shun伙拍韓籍Chef Kim嘅新餐廳,傳統嘅韓國菜加咗少少twist 🤏🏻講講幾道我自己幾喜歡嘅式由RAW開始,居然有啲似日韓crossover ~~Hamachi刺身同韓式紫菜芝麻脆餅仲有就係Scallop !! 以青提子配韓式米酒 Makgeolli Sauce Refreshing 得嚟又採用韓國ingredients 🇰🇷 傳統嘅韓國醬油蟹超爆膏🥰🥰🥰🥰以5小碟嘅方式配搭蟹膏同蟹肉、紫菜、脆脆、白飯,絕對係白飯小偷😝另外一定要推薦嘅係Crispy Eggplant,天婦羅式炸起加入Sansho Pepper Sauce😙想打卡嘅就可以叫個comfort food,飲完酒必定覺得正!!杯麵造型嘅Seafood Spicy Udon 🌶️人均大概$400-600左右,唔想煩食咩嘅可以叫 tasting menuGIP WEEKDAY FEAST $488 / GIP EXPERIENCE $688 繼續閱讀

Me and my boyfriend had an exciting dining experience at GOLDEN GIP this week! Every dish was absolutely delicious, with creative concepts and fantastic flavors that really wowed us. Highlight of the night: Golden Pork Katsu and HA-HA Toast—a fun twist mixing Japanese and Canton flavors that surprised us most. Big thumbs up to the welcoming and friendly team who made us leave with happy smiles and full tummies! Definitely recommend this spot! 繼續閱讀

One of the most exciting new restaurants I’ve been to in a while. It’s a fusion Asian spot with a Korean head chef, and everything we ordered had such a unique twist - blending Korean, Japanese, and Cantonese flavors in a way that just works.The lobster mapo tofu was next level. Spicy, rich, and full of depth, it’s the kind of dish you think about the next day. Everything else was beautifully balanced too. You can tell there’s real thought and technique behind each plate.The vibe is young, energetic, and a little edgy, but still super welcoming. Great place to go with friends or for a fun dinner out.
