今日到Gaia Ristorante呢間西餐廳大快朵頤,真係食到我心花怒放🌸!Buffet Appetisers真係一絕,啲大蝦新鮮得滯,煙三文魚香滑過水,彈牙得嚟香口無比。仲食到一款香蕉燉蛋不得了,軟綿綿甜蜜蜜嘅滋味,正到爆!至於蛋餅嘅驚喜,真係出乎意料,蛋香四溢咁滿足住我每一啖。壓軸嘅Lobster Tagliolini,分量嚟講算係令人心滿意足。龍蝦味道鮮甜,煙韌有勁,每一啖都咁滿足。傍邊嘅蘆筍同蕃茄做配角,都係偷晒光,提升咗整體嘅味道層次感。關於個意粉,煮到啱啱好,吸收晒海鮮嘅精華,我講得出,好味到讓人忍唔住要瞓係度💤!每一次去攞Buffet Appetisers嗰陣,服務員都即刻送上新嘅刀叉,服務細心得嚟又貼心。食完海鮮後,仲有好多款水果等緊我,一樣新鮮,一啖一啖都係自然嘅甜。總結嚟講,Gaia Ristorante絕對係間值得放縱一次嘅好地方,就算價錢有啲高,但偶爾咁嘅享受,都係值得嘅🌟! 繼續閱讀

平時多來食午餐,今晚女人仔聚會,特別介紹友人試吓,果然沒失禮。最後我們埋單後才記得我們在開飯訂位,有9折,便跟服務員講,他們沒有查核便退了剛才多付的。朋友還說他們服務很好,又說下次再來。 繼續閱讀

又一餐故地重遊但歷久常新的體驗,未介紹已經要先給一個大贊!大家都知我對於性價比這個指標不十分看重,因為香港先天環境獨特(我是指租金),很難有一把可以全天候適用的尺去量度性價比,這是我個人的見解。不過,今次重遊多年沒來的Gaia,實在難掩一句:「嘩!抵食喎! 」Gaia初初開業的頭幾年我是常客,當年中高級意大利餐廳選擇實在不多,香港很多意大利餐廳都經營得很有傳統風味,而Gaia的出品也非常有水準。一別多年,知道Gaia這些年屹立不倒必有因,今次朋友約午飯聚餐揀在這裡,本來以為只是去吃一餐情意結,但結果喜出望外!閒日Set Lunch $349 (忘記了是$349 or $359),頭盤Antipasti的豐富程度接近半個full buffet級。Antipasti做頭盤的意大利餐廳在香港我實在去過不少,論選擇之豐富齊全、論味道論質素,這裡的Antipasti完勝,無得彈!主菜我揀了煎比目魚,賣相、擺盤、配菜全部一流,煎煮比目魚的功夫了得,薄薄輕煎,肉質嫩滑,吃了一大碟豐富的Antipasti後來這味魚真的很匹配。朋友揀了慢煮雞髀,賣相極好,看著朋友把雞肉切開已知道肉質的嫩滑,真係心思思想盡快短期內再回來試!太太則揀了黑松露配煎雙蛋,很適合眼闊肚窄吃完一大碟Antipasti便吃不落一大碟主菜的朋友。甜品也是自助形式,但幾款甜品包括Tiramisu、Crème Brûlée及另外兩三款,質素之好基本上等同其他餐廳獨立點一份甜品,但Set Lunch價錢已包含了這幾款甜品任攞任食,我已第一時間發短訊告訴我兩位甜品控朋友。這裡地點屬上環,其實也就是在中環旁邊。中上環食一個如此水準、如此質素的午餐,真係性價無比!超級大贊! 繼續閱讀

Came here at around 8pm, and there was an abundant of outdoor seating. It's got a romantic feel to it, with the candles, tablecloth, dim lighting, and sitting outdoors. It wasn't that packed, in fact there was a lot of seats and I was surprised, since I use to come here a lot with my parents more than a dacde ago for fancy birthday dinners. Tonight, I was accosted by a friendly waiter who convinced me and my girlfriend to grab a table, as we were both looking over at the menus. We said why not. My girlfriend loved the vibe, it reminded her of her hometown, where most of the restaurants have tablecloths and are outdoors. We ordered a beer, a glass of wine, the parma ham with burrata cheese and tomatoes, and rabbit stew pappardelle pasta - for the celebration of the new year rabbit. Some bread came and we had bottles of olive oil and vinaigrette already stationed at the table. The prosciutto was good, but the rabbit stew pasta was a bit under seasoned and the portions was quite small. We love the vibe here, but the food doesn't seem to be as good as it was before. The food is still good, and we'd come here again for the vibe and decent food. Around 580 not including drinks. Quite expensive.  繼續閱讀

Good and services are both terrible. 1. Clam Spaghetti was too salty and the pork chop tasted very average. 2. The waitress collecting the dishes smelled awful apparently she just finished having a ciggy backdoor. She should have made the ciggy smelly removed before serving customers. I had never gone to a restaurant that a waiter or waitress’ smell made me sick. This is considered part of the services and quality of the restaurant? I will not and will not recommend anyone go this place. 繼續閱讀
