Not my first time to visit Gaia and this time I got to write an review. Unfortunately we spend our time busy in enjoying our food and forgot to take photos. Next time will for sure do some good shooting. Tonight we had dinner at Gaia and the restaurant is rather quiet. Including us there are total 3 tables and thus the service is exceptionally good. We order 2 pizzas, some appetizer, pasta and 1 kg Aussie T-bone steak for sharing. The portions are kind of big and we all end up walking out of the restaurant with a full stomach. Their pizzas are the best in HK, thin crispy crust with a lot of ingredients. We order our steak and asked to be cooked to medium. The T-bone steak turn out to be cooked to perfection. We end our meal with some gelato and tiramisu. Despite I am a non desert eater but I can say their desert are great😋. Wonderful experience and a perfect place to dine! 繼續閱讀

Walking into Gaia Ristorante is a vibe, especially when the heaters outside were on and you're scrolling through the potted plants facing the water fountain, definitely doesn't feel like HK.We had the lunch semi buffet ($338)with two pasta mains, the truffle tagliolino (+$) and the lobster tagliolini (+$148). The truffle one was my fav since I prefer creamier sauces. The buffet table also has a huge selection of appetizers, like cooked aubergines, baked portello mushrooms with cheese and at least 15 other dishes. There's also a selection of cheese and cold cuts. When you're done with everything, there's also a dessert corner with tiramisu, chocolate Gamache, caramel nuts, sweet croissants and fruits. Whew! I was brought here by my brother apparently have been here many times before. Standard array of anti-pasti. Because it’s Christmas time there is the Christmas lunch menu; The pasta is good but I find the arriabata not enough spicy. Wife’s salmon is good. Would like to try to alfresco next time. 繼續閱讀

At 12:15pm with the restaurant just open, three members of waiting staff were already stood around chatting while guests were arriving to be seated. After I asked where to scan the code for the “Be Safe” app, not only was I not told where to swipe but they just pretended they didn’t hear me. The food was good, but the service was terrible. I felt like I was being unreasonable and despised on when my friend and I only wanted a light lunch that did come to $1300. Terrible. Second visit and last visit. 繼續閱讀

平時成日經過依間野都好想試吓見咁靚 應該幾好坐同幾好食終於有一日lunch黎食Book左枱 黎到都唔full喎坐係幾好坐 環境幾好~~~首先經過左buffet bar area都唔太吸引所以2個人都決定散叫野食 唔叫套餐叫左個前菜、意粉同牛扒野食整體上真係比相像中一般牛食落又好普通..又偏乾意粉唔覺有咩咁特別 麵既質地唔係好好食..好普通真係無咩surprise話好食係失望左🙈 上菜都好慢 服務真係一般下次未必會再黎.. 繼續閱讀
