一聽個餐廳名叫「㗎己冷」,即係潮州話「自己人」嘅意思,就知這裡主打食潮州菜。此店開業兩年,尚未光顧過,知道它是粵菜「六公館」同集團餐廳,星期五放工就來一試水準,順道約埋久沒見面的林柏希敘舊。餐廳室內裝修精緻優雅,有一邊落地玻璃看維港景,若想眼睛也有視覺享受放鬆一下,不妨訂位時訂窗邊的位置:今次我哋坐VIP房,趕到來已經非常肚餓 XD 早到的柏希一早叫定餸,時間剛剛好,立即有得食,開動!餐前小吃有花生及潮州人常吃的醃春菜,加碟潮州辣椒油:食潮州菜點都要嚟個滷水,第一味「滷水鵝拼豆腐」$238份量比我想像中少,價錢也有點貴。鵝肉比較肥,整體我會評價為基本滷得入味,八角也香,稍嫌整體滷水還是不夠醇厚:整碟菜的靈魂 - 滷水,要經過歲月的千錘百煉,愈老愈有料。此汁感覺似幾年貨仔,年紀尚幼,再進一步相信要假以時日,急不來。滷水豆腐:「馬交椒鹽粟米」$128椒鹽粟米聞說是澳門大排檔的地道美食,應該不算潮州菜吧 (?!) Any 肥,粟米通常都會是餸菜的配角或者用來煲湯;造成鑊氣小炒椒鹽粟米,印象中之前吃過一次:今次重溫我覺得它做得不俗,鑊氣夠,椒鹽也夠惹味,口感外脆內嫩,是個不錯的佐酒小菜。聽說這個菜式的傳統製作步驟複雜,要將粟米切件後先蒸後炸,再沾上椒鹽爆炒且要令到粟米不爛。這些手功菜,還是在外吃吧!「沙薑走地雞煲」$238這個應該是粵菜 (?!),似啫啫雞煲,換上半隻斬件的沙薑雞。一打開個煲蓋,香氣四溢,聲音「咱咧啫纍」,已經有份嗅覺同聽覺的享受:雞肉非常滑,有肉汁,味道到位。焦位近鏡:向侍應查詢一下,原來他們是用「三黃雞」,肉味較濃,也更容易保留肉質的滑溜度。雖然此雞都是以沙薑的味作主導,他們挑選「三黃雞」就令我感受到廚師在選用食材上有下個功夫。最後來個真正的潮州菜「懷舊媽媽春菜煲」$148。潮州人喜歡吃春菜,它並非春天才有,是一年四季都有供應的蔬菜。潮州人在立春之後,經常會用春菜入饌,取其迎春的好意頭:春菜可以用來清炒、滾湯等等,今次用來做煲仔菜,它的口感似芥菜,卻沒有苦澀味,蠻清脆爽甜:裏面配有排骨:白蘿蔔:湯汁鮮甜,這個菜最得我歡心,簡簡單單見真章,雖然我不是潮州人,相信這個是當地的家常菜,所以冠以「懷舊媽媽」的菜名,值得點。而且這個剛好與開胃小吃「醃春菜」首尾呼應,好一對生死戀 XD 侍應服務殷勤有禮,整體總結是餸菜水準中上,價錢稍貴 (溫馨提示,這裏如要冷開水是 $80 一支),不過等價交換得到坐得舒服,環境清雅的一些硬件享受。若果吃厭了一般舊派潮州傳統菜館,可以不妨一試。 繼續閱讀

Was surprised to see there were window seats available for walk in. Service was good, staff were polite and attentive. Felt like food was only average. A bit on the oily side actually. 繼續閱讀

位於尖沙咀@gaginang飯館有無敵大海景,早啲book嘅話可能會book到房,今次我我哋2個人就book到6人房,好開心!午市出名食點心,我最欣賞「小梨子鹹水角」糯米皮厚度剛剛好,入邊啲餡料好香,最重要個外型真係靚到唔捨得食!另外都嗌咗醬皇金錢肚,香煎蘿蔔糕,椒鹽白飯魚,生煎牛肉包.. 佢哋嘅甜品都好靚好出名,但因為係朋友生日所以自己帶咗蛋糕仔,佢哋都比我哋拎出嚟食,就算大牌子都好有人情味,一定會再返嚟!好食到有啲唔記得影相😜 繼續閱讀

油泡筍殼魚 整得好食可以好正 手勢好 香得黎吾會油膩 但條魚鮮味吾夠 差d豬紅韭菜調味唔係好濃 但都好好食 食落少少辣 有d豆醬香味 韭菜粿潮州出名食粿 但油得滯潮州粉果的確比一般酒樓食到既好食 有d菜莆系入面 幾好食 繼續閱讀

Having a good good seaview when you just get in the restaurant, at first i wanna have a sofa table but the window table seems not bad too haaa, seem only we two eating in this GaGiNang our reserved room haaa(;At night, wanna have some light tea so we get chrysanthemum but i wanna say the taste so light seem it already brewed several times lollI quite like their appetizer sweet bean i’m not quite sure what’s it but the taste is light sweet good to have some before our main dishes haaStir fried Choy Sum with preserved ham honestly below my standard, choy sun is so thick, my mom cooks even better than this lol, the taste just normal nothing special no next timeBraised Spare Ribs in Plum Sauce is so so good, i like the little pieces of sides figs haa so sweet and ribs taste so good tooo yummy with sweet plum sauce, the sweetness is just right and i like the soft texture of rib meats haa, just a good one Pan fried noodles served with vinegar and sugar is not a common dish in a chinese restaurant, usually found in chiu chow restaurants, tried several times of this pan fried noodles in other shop, here seem a bit too sour, i guess he is putting too much vinegar insides lorr but he enjoyed a lot loll, not too bad for me so crispy texture haaainsides:I love the view and environment here in this lovely moon day, such a enjoyable night yayaya, food isn’t bad, quite nice if you want a comsy rest haaa 繼續閱讀
