今天再次探訪,試試別的美食,首先來一客鵝肝及西芹前菜,前菜的味道適中,不會太濃烈,鵝肝剛剛熟,味道很好,一層層的西芹帶入口中的微微酸酸地的清新感,把我帶進主菜。主菜三文魚的賣相一流,外層脆皮包在三文魚及菠菜之外,口感一流。牛肉批的味道尚可,但是即場煮的那個汁就稍微重了一點,如果可以調節得好一點就更加完美。之後來一個Musea Blend茶,沒有太大特色,但不失為一個可以坐下來慢慢閑談、慢慢品嚐談天說地的一個媒介。我們渡過了一個快樂的中午。 繼續閱讀

本C9生日,在疫情無晚市的情況,外子預早訂了Fortum & Mason 下午茶慶祝本人自稱周圍食好嘢,竟然不知道這英國皇室茶葉店有下午茶,更加無為意香港開了餐廳(是我近年太摺嗎?)店舖在尖沙咀海傍旁,地下是茶葉店,樓上是餐廳,環境不用說,當然是柔和優雅。服務也非常細心殷勤。是日點了:下午茶餐和茶餐。兩個最大分別是茶餐有主食選,有很多美味選擇,我們最後選了香草烤牛柳配焗薯批。下午茶則有3款三文治(可添食),三款也非常新鮮美味而兩款餐都有甜品,鬆餅(有3種味亦可添食),全部都好好味。另外每個餐可自選茶葉沖泡,可品嚐英國皇室茶,又香又滑呢!特別提提,不用添食太多次(雖然好好食),要留肚食蛋糕呢!有多款時令蛋糕供選擇,而且是比較晚的時候推車出來供客人選,無留肚便無法試哂咁多款蛋糕咖啦!整體來說,就是高貴美味環境一流的下午茶了!吃完可到下層以9折購買茶品,我也買了些茶葉可以回家歎不同靚茶了 繼續閱讀

呢晚嚟到著名嘅英式傳統餐廳Fortnum & Mason食我嘅生日飯期望都幾高,畢竟佢哋嘅英式下午茶咁出名,風頭一時無兩餐廳安排我哋坐靠窗位,可以睇到美麗嘅海景,座位擺設定裝修都極之精美,但內裏環境較為昏暗同細,要影相都幾需要技巧全晚食咗好多嘢食,同風趣細心嘅店員傾咗好多計,重點介紹幾款嘢食俾大家睇吓:德國蛋麵 配 藍龍蝦及紫苑花🦞$308幻想中嘅蛋麵係一撮撮嘅,但呢個蛋麵形態非常特別,粗幼長短如薯條般,第一啖咬落去,麵身質感好似炸過咁,然後內裏好煙韌厚實,完全顛覆咗我對麵嘅印象。味道略咸,有種難以形容嘅鹹香味,龍蝦偏細隻。手撕豬肉意大利雲吞 $188呢款雲吞portion係可以選擇半份或者全份,非常貼心,我哋揀咗半份。裡面嘅豬肉比想像中軟糯,肉汁都幾濃,雲吞皮對比我哋平常食嘅東方餃子厚,大小就差唔多,原來半份都已經幾飽足。中白豬肉 配 黑布丁及蘋果蓉 🐖🍎 $288全晚最有驚喜嘅一道菜,豬肉炆煮得好淋好淋,好入味,但同時層次感仍然喺度,一層肉一層脂肪,脂肪已經煮到入口即化,食嘅時候唔會覺得油淋淋食咗一pat嘢入口。配合埋蘋果蓉同酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,起到一個帶出肉鮮味嘅效果。個人唔太習慣食英式黑布甸😅希望有識食之人同我講解返Azelia 朱古力焦糖撻 配 酸忌廉🍫$128中規中矩嘅一個甜品,撻本身有啲太實,忌廉幼滑,總體食完驚喜不大。餐廳貼心之處,係會為慶祝特別日子嘅客人準備小蛋糕,例如今日生日飯就為我哋準備咗榛子泡芙,當然需要預早booking啦。 繼續閱讀

To be fair,每一個人要叫一份下午茶,588一位連加一,好坦白,如果論味道我吾會回頭。我吾係叫下午茶,我係叫hot food下午茶,我叫左egg royale,味道同係半山既brunch club一樣,人哋仲有兩隻蛋,呢度得一隻。scones 一人3粒,無特別香特別好食,有兩個jam同clotted cream;有4件蛋糕仔,仲有一片蛋糕話兩個人share。我本身食左early lunch 所以到330pm黎到巳經好飽,我叫佢上一份,有scones同幾件蛋糕仔,另一份野打包返去。service 係一流既,我無訂位,係門口同個receptionist 寒暄,英文人,佢好好話幫我揾張枱,因為我心血來潮想meet up個friend ,rosewood 餐廳全部full晒,香港人真係好有錢。一直掛住係倫敦既氣氛,知佢係香港開左,想試好耐。當然無倫敦甘大間甘有氣派,樓底好低,啲野又吾夠倫敦好食(倫敦既野食巳經吾好食啦⋯⋯)同埋都坐得幾迫。加茶又淨係加水,吾係換埋茶葉,我都吾記得係倫敦係咪會換埋茶葉。我知道我好煩,打包左3盒野,個waiter都話打包左要儘快食,既場食好食啲。最後我將打包既俾晒屋企工人食,佢無話好好食.....同埋好好笑,寒暄果時個receptionist 不停強調要一人叫一個餐,吾可以share,我就心諗黎到呢度吾會甘慳家啦⋯⋯點知隔離枱貴婦叫人將佢下一轉未放上枱既refill打包,omg⋯⋯個waiter就答佢,放左上枱就可以打包但係因為衞生問題要貴婦自己動手,未拎出黎既(因為係無限refill同無限時)吾可以直接打包拎走,其實同食自助餐既原一樣,I m a bit shock there’s people actually ask for this. Anyway 如果要臨時臨急揾一個好grand既地方無限時甘傾野,我吾介意俾1300兩位再黎過,因為真係好大方得體。如果係要食物質素,book第二度啦 繼續閱讀

🇭🇰🇬🇧One of the most expensive, popular and luxurious afternoon tea in Hong Kong. The 181fortnums is named in honour of Fortnum's address in London's Piccadilly, 181, with a British architectural design and follows the British traditional dining culture. They have 2 signature menu - “Afternoon tea” and “High tea”. The distinct difference is that the first one offers unlimited refill of finger sandwiches and the other one offers an array of hot dishes to choose from, while both are paired with scones and tea cakes.“Afternoon tea”Norfolk Cured Ham with English Mustard Norfolk火腿和英式芥末 Cucumber with Mint Cream Cheese 青瓜和薄荷忌廉芝士 Hen’s Egg Mayonnaise with Cress ⭐️鮮雞蛋蛋黃醬和水芹 ⭐️Fortnum’s Smoked Salmon with Tartare SauceFortnum’s煙燻三文魚配韃靼沙律醬Overall the finger sandwiches are average- love the coronation chicken as per my liking.“High tea”Lobster Omelette Victoria & Truffle⭐️⭐️⭐️維多利亞龍蝦松露奄列 ⭐️⭐️⭐️MUCH PREFER THIS OVER THE SANDWICHES. The omelette is fluffy, moist and truffle-yyyyyy. It was piping hot when served and still warm after we took ages for photos. Definitely coming back for the beef, scotch egg and lobster ….. Plain & Fruit Scones Presented with Clotted Cream, Fortnum & Mason Strawberry Preserve & Lemon Curd ⭐️⭐️⭐️原味和水果鬆餅配凝脂忌廉,Fortnum & Mason草莓果醬與檸檬酪 ⭐️⭐️⭐️In additional to the plain and fruit scones, we were given gingerbread version for Christmas season. Again, BEST SCONES I had in Hong Kong so far- warm, fluffy and flavourful. I love the thick clotted cream, strawberry jam and lemon curd too. We were being offered to try the Early Grey cake and Chocolate Yule log. Big Love for them two especially early grey cake! strong tea flavour, fluffy and spongey texture - you gotta try them. F&M is most famous for their rare teas. I tried the Musea Blend which is exclusive to Hong Kong branch, made with delightfully light blend of aromatic Yunnan Golden Buds, red safflower petals and finest Anhui Keemun. (雲南金芽,紅色的紅花花瓣和上等的安徽祁門紅茶). Offering a much more dynamic taste to this black tea.雖然價錢在香港來說偏貴,但是真的超級值得。所有食物都看得出用了上等材料,吃出來都是很高質素的!特別是松露龍蝦omelette,scones和茶,雖然蛋糕甜點也十分好吃的,如果不是禁6時晚上堂食一定會品嚐更多scones和茶。💰 ~$588 per head + 10%⭐️ 9/10ig: @hkgirlxplore 繼續閱讀
