Flipper’s之前食過幾次,每次都要排隊。平時經過都未試過冇人龍,今次泥外面係一個人都冇店內都冇咩人,唔信你自己睇正中間張枱都有客人既,我地入泥既時間係7pm,得出結論原來晚飯時間係冇咩人泥食班戟既去收銀處落完單,就可以拎個牌返埋位等食印象中以前設有每人最低消費,宜家兩個人叫一客都無問題。 等既時候當然傾計或者玩手機,玩到冇電可以拎出充電線充下電。計左時,等左18分鐘就送上班戟一共有三件,榛子mousse同朱古力醬唔多,上面有埋合桃同糖霜香蕉上面有塊烤過既焦糖班戟唔點醬既情況下係有蛋味,好鬆軟,空氣得泥都實在既,似蛋糕,唔會成口泡泡其實我比較驚朱古力榛子會太甜太漏,所以少醬覺得仲好如果您好憎排隊(我就係),我會建議您係以下時段過泥碰碰運氣:-11am永遠最少人就係一開鋪既時候-5:45pm-8pm平日放工時間個個趕住去食飯最後送上您最想睇既餐牌如果你鍾意我今次既分享,請你馬上立即宜家就俾個♥️同關注我😬按我個頭像然後按「關注」🙇🏻‍♀️ 繼續閱讀

待業中的本人遇上了放假的友人A二人十年難得一遇的閒日放假當然是去食假日排隊排到癲的日本過江龍PANCAKE沒想到閒日下午四點到都要排隊幸好是排了大約半小時就入座了牛油果田園沙律配油醋汁 $59Avocado & Seasonal Fruit w/ Vinaigrette Dressing牛油果熟成度不夠,有點硬,口感不算柔滑沙律菜新鮮,但有火箭菜,所以會食到苦澀味以前食過又酸又苦的無花果,很有陰影驚喜是這裡的無花果好味,微香,不錯油醋汁不會很酸,怕酸的友人也能接受士多啤梨藍莓香蕉班戟 $119Kiseki Pancake Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana雖說落單後要等廿分鐘,但等了十分鐘左右就出現了PANCAKE空氣感十足,蛋香濃郁意外是CREAM本身已帶甜味,口感很幼滑而且甜度剛好,不需加楓糖漿新鮮雜莓的酸度剛好平衡了PANCAKE的甜度食完沒有一絲膩感,只有幸福的感覺Cappuccino $36泡沫算是厚實,咖啡酸度剛好入口柔和不澀,不錯Mint Mocha Frappe $39Frappe系列其實就是沙冰友人對此讚口不絕,本人也試飲一口薄荷味突出且不過濃,而且甜度剛好值得一試總括而言,味覺是很滿足,排隊是值得的雖然侍應生不會主動奉上碟但要求下也是笑容滿面表示可以,過關可以列入ENCORE名單了 繼續閱讀

I had never known there was a famous pancake restaurant @ Hysan Place until a friend recommended it to us. We came on a weekday afternoon to try it out, hopefully with a shorter queue. There were about 10 of us in front of us but it took maybe around 20 min for us to get seated.There were not many seats but many people were waiting for their orders. The seats were very not comfortable, obviously not a good place to rest and chat.They only started to make pancakes for your orders after you had placed them which explained the waiting time. But how come the pancakes were not served hot? Because the pancakes were made by baking at a low temperature.Given the relatively long waiting time, we decided to order 4 items to try them all out. All were sweet pancakes and there were just 5 sweet pancakes on the menu, including the limited edition. There were actually some salty pancakes and drinks but really we didn't think there was any point to try.Generally speaking, the pancakes were quite disappointing, not really worth the price and time cost. Actually we could somewhat tell as we were waiting because there was no smell at all outside the restaurant, where even the smell of cheese tarts or egg tarts out there were so so appealing to your nose! The pancakes were really super soft but actually not so souffle as they were much harder. I really preferred the texture of waffles which were so crunchy on the crust and soft inside. Worst of all, the pancakes were not even served warm. I would say they were just slightly better than cold, which made them fail to show a good smell of eggs. There was no serving of ice-cream as toppings so the really great combo of something hot + cold was lacking. The toppings were mostly cream. The portion seemed huge, but yes it had to be so given the price, and we didn't find it too greasy after finishing so many pancakes for afternoon tea. Yet I really had to say there were many other desserts way way better offering different textures and temperatures to please your tongue in 1 single plate! Overall, not recommended!Melty ChocolateIt was a limited edition. The introduction said that they were using chocolate from Southern France called Pyrenees-Orientales to make chocolate truffles and chocolate sauce, with a crunchy thin chocolate plate and chocolate chips. I think this one was the best because there was sufficient chocolate sauce. The chocolate truffles tasted really good, super rich in chocolate and slightly crunchy on the crust and soft inside! The crunchy thin chocolate plate and some nuts did enhance the texture of the whole plate. Kiseki Pancake with green tea & red beansI think this one was the second best. The green tea cream tasted good (which was not greasy at all) as well as the red beans paste. There could have been more sauce and more textures to the dish though which made it the second place. Kiseki Pancake with hazelnut, chocolate & caramel bananaThis one shall rank third. There was insufficient sauce and I was never a fan of banana. There was also insufficient hazelnuts. It was nothing compared with Melty Chocolate.Kiseki Pancake with strawberry, blueberry & bananaI personally thought this one should be the least good among all because of the lack of sauce. The fruits didn't seem to be of high quality either.However, the presentation was really nice for all the dishes we ordered. They were better for the eyes rather than the tongue.There was no service charge and you had to place the orders at the cashier so that the servers would bring the food to you when ready. Service was ok and we managed to occupy a round table at the inner-most corner which was more private and quiet.If you want, maybe you can try these pancake pies but I didn't see anyone buying them.In short, over-rated. 尼間成日都要大排長龍既PANCAKE店下午四、五點過黎睇下會吾會少d人流點知都要等左大半個鐘先入得座位吾算太多可以睇到店員即叫叫製,不過要等上30-40分鐘。坐低揀完自助落單再等吾怪得之要排咁耐隊,等仲耐過食款式不多但有限時新款揀有鹹有甜PANCAKE。不過其實全部一樣有三件PANCAKE只係配料不同埋單不需加一揀左個時時有既《草莓🍓藍莓香蕉🍌班戟》$119水果樣樣都非常新鮮同多,但CREAM就較少,班戟真係非常梳乎,軟綿綿既口感同暖暖的好快食晒,最抵讚係吾會太甜但就配料較普通。另一個揀左新款《南瓜🎃焦糖班戟》$129尼個班戟除左有南瓜籽再配有岩鹽焦糖醬、雲尼拿雪糕🍦加酥皮批,食吾出有南瓜味,可能只係有南瓜籽同乾果,焦糖醬亦可吾多又吾太覺有岩鹽,落左雪糕都好普通,只係本身個班戟好食配料吾討好我諗再食只會食原味,因為本身只係個班戟正,但等候時間太長,食左無15mins但真心夠梳乎 繼續閱讀

次次去Flipper's都會見到一條長長嘅人龍。 想食又唔想等?唯有嗌外賣啦。可惜外賣無辦法買到佢人氣嘅空氣班戟, 有少少失望。 唯有退而求其次, 試下佢嘅班戟批。<原味班戟批$32> (好味: 4.5/5) (抵食: 3/5)兩層鬆化嘅千層酥皮, 夾住一塊軟熟嘅楓糖吉士味班戟, 層次非常豐富, 淡淡嘅甜味係口腔徘徊, 一試難忘, 好想再食。大食妹推介: 各款班戟批 繼續閱讀
