This place is super cozy, and the chef’s passion is legit—you can tell he loves what he does.Food wise the Carabinero head butter was the star; dip it with bread, and you’re in heaven. Seriously, don’t skip it.We were pumped for the steak, they give you a selection to choose and pick from with te waiters they would ask what your preference is. We asked for a dry-aged, funkier taste, but after it was cooked it came out a bit underwhelming, lacking either the funkiness we were looking for from, as well as the steak itself was very mild tasting. Bit of a bummer but the steak was cooked perfectly.This place is great for a cosy chilled dinner however as the restaurant is an open area for better ventilation, it gets a bit warm not ideal in summer. Also, the knives were dull, which made cutting the steak a bit difficult.

The steak tartare with crispy sourdough made was amazing. I personally love sourdough so much and the steak tartare was a perfect match! I love it!I had the M9 Wagyu and it was incredible as well. The melt-in-your-mouth texture and rich flavor were truly unforgettable. Thanks so much for all the advice from all the staff including the choice of steak and the appetisers.Fireside is a must-visit for steak lovers. Great food and a lovely atmosphere make it a standout choice.

本年獲得全球七十大牛扒屋的Fireside.是香港二间得奘餐廳之一。午餐约五百元一位, 在中環是食牛扒性价比算高。牛肉火腿味道ok,但没太大惊喜。面包和牛油是自己做的,可惜今天麵包硬了,牛油的烟熏味没有之前几次濃。鱿鱼挺好吃!Hamachi 魚有烟熏的香味,可惜酱汁太酸,自己加了盐提鲜我更喜欢的是烤西班牙青椒,但酱汁多了一些,最好請waiter放在旁濞不要放中青椒,和在西班牙吃到的是完全一樣,有層次。主菜馬友鱼做得不错的,配搭sidedish 蔬菜有茴香。厨师非常有心思,可惜用的馬友比较小,所以油香不够多,但是这價钱我也没有什麼好投诉了。黄油雞很不错,牛扒較好!西班牙大虾,蝦飯最好吃!甜品我两款都试了,最喜欢的還是烟熏味的雪糕,真的是有惊喜,平常不爱雪糕的我也是赞不绝口,没想到雪糕也可以有烟熏味!下次我还是会再来吃。lih前中午的人不多,得奘後全滿坐。服务很不错,厨师也很有禮貌,可惜得奘後大厨没下㕑煮午餐,午餐水準有些降了。但性價比可以,环境也good,打咭不错!#创作者赏金计划 #我是美食创作者 #牛扒 #香港西餐 #香港必打卡景点 #香港美食攻略 #香港全攻略 #香港新晋网红店 #香港 #西餐牛排
