Have known Holger and his master pastries back in Rosewood, and glad that he starts his own business and brand-new formula for plant-based pastries which is a huge challenge. However, this guy never disappoints your tougue that you can merely find any difference between his new plant-based products and those in his old shops during the old days. This is the best vegan dessert I have ever tried in HK. While most of the cakes in the shop are in small size, wholecakes options (14cm or 18cm) are also available upon pre order in the shop or online via shopify, as per detailed explanation from the shop staff who was also patient with me. 話說我公司逢星期五都會買唔同嘅下午茶俾我哋食。今次係Rocher。 見佢個盒好大個，內附冰袋。開咗發現係拳頭大小嘅圓形朱古力波波。咁我就叉落去食啦，點知原來個外面係好脆嘅。裡面係朱古力慕士，最入面係hazelnut醬。個低係薄朱古力海棉蛋糕。我自己食完覺得太甜咗少少。要飲好多水，我同事們話似大型金沙😏⋯⋯講真又真係好似。所以因為係一粒放大咗嘅金沙，佢係認真的甜….我會建議配一本茶送會好啲，咁就perfect la！不過叫看自己買就未必，$68一個甜品真心少少貴…查看更多
