放假同班friend想搵個舒服嘅地方gathering.今次就搵到西環呢間Cafe.首先講吓我朋友叫咗啲乜嘢食先:香濃日式咖喱豬扒飯 (HK$78)朋友俾咗一件豬扒我試.豬扒厚身, 外脆內嫩.不過咖喱就冇咩特別, 係普通嘅日式咖喱.松葉蟹·蟹籽明太子天使麵 (HK$108)慢煮加拿大豬鞍 (HK$128)配咗甜漬蘋果莎莎同埋薯菜.朋友話個豬鞍食落唔會韌.香煎比目魚扒伴西式薯菜 (HK$118)和風烤雞扒定食 (HK$88)呢個定食勁豐富呀.雞扒都烤得好香, 肉質嫩滑, 好好食.配菜都樣樣味道唔錯.開心果特調 (HK$56)開心果味超濃, 味道鹹鹹地咁.裡面仲有啲軟滑嘅豆腐花, 飲落口感都幾特別. 不過我覺得試一次就夠啦.煙肉芝士薯條 (HK$78)芝士醬多到誇張, 煙肉都好香脆.我覺得呢個係必試!呢個係期間限定嘅雪の豆腐巴斯克芝士蛋糕 (HK$62)好濃豆腐味, 配埋啲脆脆都幾好食嘅.但係食到尾段我就覺得有啲乾.E FOR EGG芝士奶蓋招牌窩夫 (HK$88)依個窩夫打卡一流.係食到有芝士奶蓋味嘅.夾心似雲呢拿味雪米糍.唔係唔好食嘅, 不過我覺得都係試一次就夠.整體嚟講, 環境幾好, 坐得好舒服嘅.係gathering唔錯嘅選擇.

今次經過,見到佢哋出咗新嘅special menu,感覺幾吸引,一於試下先蟹籽煙三文魚忌廉扁意粉 $108扁意粉表面鋪滿蟹籽,仲有整成玫瑰花形狀嘅煙三文魚放係中間,整體意粉偏乾身,口感彈牙烤焗鱸魚伴薯菜 $148另一樣主菜叫咗烤鱸魚,配搭薯蓉、蘿蔔、蘆筍等,用上意式香草汁,鱸魚好大份,薯蓉香滑,真係好滋味醬漬火炙三文魚定食 $92 定食有白飯、味噌湯、中華沙律、野菜沙律。主角醬漬火炙三文魚有四塊,醬漬嘅關係令到三文魚好入味,帶有甜醬油香,送飯一流抹茶栗子蒙布朗窩夫 $96表面充滿綿密嘅栗子蓉,最頂仲有一個代表餐廳嘅雞蛋形狀奶蓋,味道香甜,加埋抹茶忌廉、紅豆蓉、糯米糍、入面煙韌嘅窩夫,以及側邊有唔少堅果碎,增添口感雪の豆腐巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $62呢款芝士蛋糕係期間限定款,表面有一層薄豆腐,入口芝士味濃郁,口感煙韌開心果特調 $56呢款特調用上開心果+鮮奶+豆腐,記得要攪勻先,香濃嘅開心果加上順滑嘅豆腐,隱約帶有鮮奶香氣,杯邊一圈仲有開心果碎點綴添玫瑰花紅茶 ( 熱 ) $52玄米茶 ( 熱 ) $22另外都叫咗兩款熱飲,分別係玫瑰花紅茶同埋玄米茶。玫瑰花紅茶份量足夠兩人飲用,入口先有玫瑰清香,最後有紅茶嘅香氣

Always wanted to try this resto after seeing many people recommend their waffles on social media. The original branch in Tai Wai was too far for me, but since they opened a second branch in Sai Wan, I've visited twice - first with my sis and the second time with my whole family..On my first visit, I ordered the Beef Tongue & Soft-boiled Egg Teishoku. The Teishoku included kimchi, egg shreds, salad, rice and miso soup. The black pepper beef tongue was tender, with a balanced ratio of saltiness and spiciness, creating an extremely savoury combination. The soft-boiled egg on top enhanced the smoothness of the tongue. My sis ordered the Sweet Shrimp & Salmon Roe with Rice Crisy Ochazuke. The portion of sweet shrimp was generous, and the rice included egg shreds, seaweed shreds, furikake, corn and rice crisps, all topped with hot tea. She didn't appreciate the addition of corn in the ochazuke though. We then shared the E FOR EGG Waffle, visually appealing and cute dessert made of two waffles forming the outer wall, with a cheese milk topping sandwiched in the middle and rich chocolate brownies surrounding it. The waffle had a solid, extremely crunchy texture even when it cooled. The cheese milk topping was not overly sweet or greasy, and two vanilla mochi hidden in the full milk cap added a chewy texture to the dessert. For my second visit, my mom and I ordered the Japanese Grilled Salmon Teishoku. We found it slightly disappointing that the grilled salmon was actually smoked, making the combination with rice somewhat strange. My dad ordered the Beef Tongue & Soft-boiled Egg Teishoku, while my sis ordered the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen. The pork cartilage in the ramen was well-cooked with a soft texture, and the moderately spicy soup base contained ingredients like kelp, soft-boiled eggs, shredded fungus, green onions, scallions and white sesame seeds. We ended the meal with the E FOR EGG Waffle. .The cafe offers a variety of delicate desserts and features a spacious layout, including a unique pet-friendly area with fake grass and folding camp chairs for a picnic-like setting. They have a tatami area as well..On weekdays, they offer a 10 percent off student discount, making it a good place for HKU students to enjoy their meals.

收工路過條路比較暗,行行下俾呢到嘅燈光吸引左,望入嚟仲有狗仔🐶喺入面㖭呀,環境氣氛都啱晒,同朋友餐牌都唔睇即刻入黎!呢間餐廳性價比真係高喎,我地叫咗:🍄🟫烤大啡菇黑松露鮮菌天使麵 $88- 濃濃嘅黑松露醬沾滿天使麵,大啡菇多汁加埋溫泉蛋,係天衣無縫嘅配合。🍝松葉蟹-蟹籽明太子天使麵 $108- 睇個名已經夠吸引,賣相又靚。大大舊啖啖肉嘅松葉蟹配埋蟹籽同明太子,口感有層次,味道又鮮甜又有啲啲辣味。好食!🍖慢煮加拿大豬鞍‧甜漬蘋果莎莎及薯菜 $128- 軟淋嘅慢煮豬鞍,配埋蘋果莎莎嘅酸甜味,好夾!個薯蓉好滑,烤蔬菜亦出色!🥨香脆魷魚鬚伴日式蛋黃醬 $65- 魷魚鬚真係小食中不可缺少嘅項目,熱辣辣脆卜卜。酥脆嘅外皮,煙韌嘅內在,點埋蛋黃醬,yummy!!🥯E FOR EGG芝士奶蓋招牌窩夫 $88- 壓軸甜品!個樣好可愛呀!唔捨得切開佢。外脆內軟嘅窩夫鋪上滿滿嘅忌廉同奶蓋加埋朱古力粉,睇得又食得!☕️招牌奶蓋咖啡(熱) $45- 第一次飲加奶蓋嘅latte,好棉滑呀!咖啡香左多左份淡淡嘅鹽味咁。🍸開心果特調 $56 - 望見餐牌,有豆腐花喺入面?咁得意就叫左嚟試。開心果味真係好濃好濃,但估唔到啜到豆腐花時,一啲都唔會蓋過左豆腐花味!🍹手工菠蘿熱情果香草氣泡水 (凍) $48- 兩款都咁清新香甜嘅水果夾埋,飲左好似去左陽光海灘咁,消暑解膩!餐廳設施非常之好,有寵物友善專區,下次可以約埋有寵物嘅朋友一齊過嚟用餐!😊
