特別鍾意海邊嘅餐廳,感覺好悠閒舒適,今次去呢間位於將軍澳嘅法國菜,有分室內同室外區域,氣氛同裝修都好似去左法國度假feel咁,仲有海景睇呢🌊🥖法國長麵包配煙燻牛油 $50食法國菜先來點法包做前菜,配上帶有煙燻味嘅牛油好香口呢凱撒沙律$135沙律份量都好多,仲有白鯷魚、巴馬火腿,仲有流心蛋,好豐富!🧀雙重芝士焗疏乎厘、羊奶芝士、Gruyere芝士、芝麻菜、香梨沙律 $140芝士控見到呢個就馬上點了啦😍,有多重芝士嘅味道!芝味十足,焗疏乎厘蛋味都非常濃郁,口感亦鬆軟,另外仲配有芝麻菜、香梨沙律,平均了整體味道,就算有咁多芝士都唔會覺得好膩!🐮和牛腹肉牛扒男友好愛食牛,呢個和牛腹肉牛扒就啱哂佢,和牛肉味好香濃,仲係大大塊厚切的!另外配上粗薯條都好好味,熱辣辣炸起,好香脆!🍝自家燉牛面頰寬帶麵 $180牛面頰燉得好軟腍,寬麵條加上巴馬臣芝士同寬帶麵,牛味同芝士味道好香濃,好入味!🍨自家製雪糕 $80/雙球有6款唔同口味嘅自家製嘅雪糕可以揀,口味都幾特別,所以我們就每人揀左兩款,包括有raspberry milk tea,strawberry chesscake,salted caramel & peanut同mango & passionfruit,我就最愛raspberry milk tea果款,香濃奶茶味中又帶點紅桑子味,呢度都幾夾,香甜又好味!🍹cold brewed persimmon peach tea香甜嘅蜜桃茶,好香蜜桃味,味道啱啱好,唔會太甜😉🌞Summer times用上西瓜、西柚、青檸同rosemary調配而成,味道偏酸中帶甜,亦好切合佢個名,好有夏天嘅感覺😝 繼續閱讀

今晚黃昏在海旁餐廳用餐,可惜天公不造美,天色陰暗,但環境和氣氛絕對一流。午後特別悠閒,餐廳以藍色、灰色和紅色為主調,這顏色配搭起來特別有海邊度假的感覺。分為室外和室內區域,我們坐在近室外的位置。⭐️法國長麵包配煙燻牛油法國長麵包入口比較硬一些,煙燻牛油很軟身,頗能醫肚。⭐️escargots with XO butter & Baguette蝸牛配上XO butter和法國麵包。體驗頗特別,蝸牛加上羅勒,不會吃得飽,配上麵包,沾點XO butter,口感很特別。⭐️燒椰菜花、vadouvan醬、煙燻芝士燒椰菜花配上各種香料,賦予椰菜花不同的味道,入口軟軟的,靠調味料調味。⭐️和牛腹肉牛扒這道菜最好吃,不得不試。我們點了半成熟,每一塊牛扒都很厚,呈現血色,入口好嫩,雖然偏瘦,但紋理清晰,肉味非常突出,愈嚼愈香,令人回味。粗薯條也很美味,這道菜真的很出色!⭐️自家燉牛面頰寬帶麵寬麵條加上巴馬臣芝士和碎燉牛面頰,鹹味再突出一些,但麵條煙韌,口感很好。⭐️自家製雪糕有不同口味選擇,我們選擇了士多啤梨和雲呢拿味,雲呢拿的味道跟我們平時吃的雲呢拿有些少不一樣,士多啤梨香甜清爽。⭐️檸檬撻這是我吃過酸味最突出的檸檬撻,吃完之後回甘。層次分明,酸香迷人。頂層是烤蛋白,蛋白很挺身,入口就像在吃棉花糖。中間是檸檬果肉醬,每一口都很迷人,底層是榛子醬加上榛子脆脆,原味中和了檸檬的酸香。⭐️cold brewed persimmon peach tea淡淡的蜜桃茶,沒有添加甜味,很清爽。⭐️ Summer times西瓜、青檸加上西柚,味道也是偏酸一些,沒有加上多餘甜味,偏健康。▫️環境絕對一流,建議天氣好的時候在這裡坐一個下午,和牛腹肉牛扒值得一試。 繼續閱讀

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🍽 District 8📍 將軍澳唐賢街29號藍塘傲格林威治村地下10號舖🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟District 8喺將軍澳開咗新店啊,即刻拉朋友過去試吓,最鍾意法菜了💕先整2個starters💕DOUBLE BAKED CHEESE 雙重芝士焗梳乎厘BAKED CHEESE 包含有羊奶芝士同Gruyare芝士,芝士味超級香濃啊!另外伴菜係芝麻菜香梨沙律,令整體感覺食上去冇咁膩👍🏻XO ESCARGOTS焗法國蝸牛用XO牛油非常特別!另外有大蒜、歐芹,好惹味,再配埋baguette食好match跟住就到main啦😍SPANISH MACKEREL西班牙鯖魚肉質嫩滑,好特別地係青口汁,諗唔到食落去有幾夾喎~OX CHEEK PAPPARDELLE呢個自家燉牛面頰寬帶麵係必點!😍PAPPARDELLE嚼勁十足,加上表面灑上一層厚厚的Parmesan cheese,更加濃味😍食完main意猶未盡叫埋甜品🙈2 scoops of homemade ice cream味道揀咗Strawberry cheesecake 同Dark chocolate,樣子擺得好靚,食落就冇乜特別了。Basque burnt cheese cake呢個好推薦啊,食落去口感好smooth,芝士味都算濃郁,上面燒焦嘅嗰層唔算太厚,食落去有微微燶嘅味道,唔錯😋Beverage 方面,朋友揀咗Honeydew Melon Juice而我就揀咗杯TROPICAL CRUSH ,裏面有Honeydew Melon、Pineapple juice,topping就用咗Mint同Lime,個presentation都幾吸引,飲落唔太甜,幾refreshing✨如果喜歡我的文章,可以關注我及讚好以作鼓勵喔✨ 繼續閱讀

Today my friend out of Tseung Kwan O and I had a birthday meal wishing my birthday and found a French Restaurant, I decided to have a romantic atmosphere when I was eating towards the sea.The restaurant is divided into indoor and outdoor functional meals. We chose the soft lighting and the soft lighting in the indoor dining. The red framed door and windows are very Parisian ~In terms of meal selections,we chose a long bread,appetiser,staple food,dessert and two drinks.First of all, the Fresh baguette with smoked butter ,bread is crispy on the outside. The butter is salty and soft.The appetiser friend chose Caesar Salad with cos lettuces ,white anchovy & prosciutto and soft-boiled egg. The lettuce is very fresh,sweet and sour of white anchovy. The appetiser I chose was DOUBLE BAKED CHEES SOUFFLÉ,double cheese is Goats & Gruyere cheese, roquette & pear salad.The souffle is not only baked smoothly, but also has a very fragrant cheese flavour. Cheese is a must for cheese fans.After eating the appetiser, we arrived at the main course. We ordered WESTHOLME STATION WAGYU FLANK and KING PRAWNS. Wagyu beef belly steak we chose medium,steak types all with Pairs butter,grilled onions and French fries. Wagyu beef is fresh and tender, the fat is even and the beef is fragrant and fragrant. The fries are my favourite. Thick fries are crispy and delicious. Many restaurants offer steaks with other sauces . However,I personally think that the sauce of the steak itself is already delicious.The second main course is king prawns with Meyer lemon puree and garlic butter. They’re very large and refreshing. First,the butter is very tasty and tangy, the lemon puree is just perfect relieves greasy feeling.Drinks I ordered two special drinks of SUMMER TIMEs and NO.10. NO.10 is a transparent golden yellow made of pineapple,carrots and ginger sticks, which tastes like juice jelly and sweet and delicious.SUMMERTIMES is a cup of pink ,made of watermelon, grapefruit, lime and Rosemary. The sweet watermelon and the sour grapefruit are healthy choices.The last dessert category’s, we chose homemade ice cream and chocolate tart, ice cream we can choose two flavors at the counter. For ice cream, we chose vanilla and chocolate,. The homemade flavor is particularly fragrant and rich in chocolate. You can taste the vanilla seeds with real ingredients. The chocolate tart uses black chocolate to make a full piece of chocolate, which is are evil choice ~This is my first taste of French cuisine. The environment is first-class, the taste is excellent, the portion is enough,and it is a good choice for a celebration party while dining against the sea view. 繼續閱讀

朋友新搬左去將軍澳區,介紹海濱公園d餐廳好高質,今日就揀左呢間法國餐廳。.餐廳座位寬敞,景觀又開揚係望住海景,柔和音樂配以美食,係呢度享受一個悠閒下午非常舒服。.Summer Times🍹餐廳特調飲品:watermelon + grapefruit + lime+ rosemary 岩晒天氣熱既時候飲用。.StarterXO Escargots用牛油、蒜、XO醬焗法國蝸牛,醬汁沾麵包好食。.Beef Tartare with Potato crisps牛肉刺身拌蛋黃,好香蛋香牛肉又滑鮮,配以鮮炸薯片。.Main course:Mushroom Tagliatelle 黑松露+羊奶芝士+蘑菇濃醬闊條麵口感豐富,麵條係新鮮制麵質與別不同。.Spanish Mackerel 鯖魚柳啖啖肉,加上非常鮮味既青口汁,好夾好好味。.Dessert:Chocolate tart🍫濃郁朱古力味、配以乳酪中和。.Cheesecake 🧀甜度適中!芝士入口軟滑。 繼續閱讀
