多年冇見嘅友人約我去飲酒，佢推介之下首次到訪Dio store 。-酒吧唔近地鐵站，距離上環站約8分鐘路程，中途要行斜路，門面暗黑主調，店名印喺牆邊，唔起眼。-酒吧細小，有一半係Bartender調酒區，另一半係座位，全部係吧枱座位，少，數量不足20張，靠牆位置陳列各式各樣酒類。-約定時間係平日晚上8:30，酒吧冇客，有一位Bartender，友人未到，坐下後得悉我係首次光顧，熟練介紹 Menu同期間限定。-友人係熟客，Bartender照舊調兩杯餐牌冇提供嘅青瓜Cocktail，一人一杯。-Cocktail （青瓜）$148賣相似Lemonade，掛杯係青檸皮，酒類同其他用料我都忘記，有青瓜同青檸，青瓜味濃，清新，味道酸甜適中，後勁帶酒香，唔苦唔烈，恰到好處，好飲。-Cocktail （金奇異果）$148屬期間鮮果限定，有金奇異果肉串，酒類同其他用料我都忘記，味道平衡，甜大於酸，後勁帶酒香，唔苦唔烈，好飲。-整體而言，Bartender 善言，調酒能力出色，Cocktail好飲，唔熟悉Cocktail可以直接請教Bartender，講出喜好嘅味道同酒類，自然會有推介，唔受餐牌同新手限制，冇加一，價錢略貴，性價比唔大。鍾意酒吧環境，寧靜舒服，Bartender熱情，會介紹酒類，服務好，適合放鬆閒聊嘅好地方。

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this bar and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of service they provided. The bartenders were knowledgeable and made great recommendations for cocktails. One drink that stood out to me was the Macarena, which was a perfect combination of salty and Perilla flavors that left a refreshing taste in my mouth. Another unique aspect of this bar was their seaweed vodka, which had a strong and distinct flavor that was very prominent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my experience at this bar and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great service and delicious cocktails. If you're looking for a memorable experience with fantastic drinks and a welcoming atmosphere, this bar is definitely worth checking out!

最近喜歡了飲Cocktail，啡友介紹這間墨麒麟，早上是買咖啡的，夜晚是賣Cocktail的，有次無意中在歌賦街吃完拉麵後，便前來一嚐。Cocktail 很具特色和很合味，這裏的Gin很多選擇，最喜歡的是讓調酒師tailor made的口味。每一次來的cocktail 都很出乎意料，而且不同調酒師又有不同嘅風格，建議可以同調酒師講一講自己喜歡嘅味道。就算是classic manhattan style也非常不錯！所以成為了最近與好友常來的好地方！

因為識得鳳凰咖啡，所以當發現呢間咖啡店有用佢哋嘅豆嘅時候，就即刻去試咗。喺外面睇舖頭唔起眼，但當你一踏入去嘅時候就會比一排排嘅酒櫃所吸引。原來佢哋日間係做咖啡，夜間係一個酒吧，仲有新鮮豆賣，感覺非常hip。當日吧枱嘅女仔用當日精選嘅豆冲咗一杯latte。仲好細心咁解釋咗，嘅特性係偏酸、有橙香、要即時趁熱飲。睇得出佢哋對啡嘅要求比一般小店更高，更力求完美值得一讚！下次可以試吓夜晚嚟，相信氣氛也會非常之不錯！
