同事請食lunch..就去試試這間「點心圖書館」..未去前也在網上search定有什麼好味.有什麼是必叫的..說實在裝修蠻新穎..以黑色為主..脆茄子..味道不錯~蠻特別~松茸冬菇包 - 其實只是被外表吸引~所以試試~有點失望紅菜頭野菌餃- 有驚喜~沒想到皮也是會紅色~皮又夠薄~裡面也有紅菜頭碎粒粒~黑椒和牛酥 - 很多人推介的點心~但完全沒有驚喜~花枝響鈴炸兩- 夠脆口燒賣- 必叫黑松露蝦餃 - 蝦夠爽口, 有少糧松露味唔記得叫咩名- 但可以不叫~覺得很油推介呢個飯..夠入味..個人應為還是正宗點心合心意..可能此餐廳會較吸引外國人來試!

久不久我和同事都會中午食得好啲,慰勞自己工作上的辛苦,這間酒樓提供了不同特色的點心選擇, 感覺就是不一樣。 首先,坐下叫了大紅袍茶,茶香味濃, 齒頰留香,歎出茶味精髓,深飲一口,口腔滲出淡淡茶香,精神煥發。點心之中,本人頗欣賞「珊瑚星斑餃」,用上珊瑚蚌和星斑的配搭果然換然一身,而且新鮮度十足,珊瑚蚌嘅爽配上星斑嘅嫩滑口感,果然不錯。另外,我也喜歡「花之響鈴炸兩」,響鈴多用作打邊爐的素材, 現在又是另外一種風味,響鈴與油條都是脆的, 不過前者叫爆脆,因為響鈴本身很薄容易碎,而腸粉的米䊢調教得剛好,配埋響鈴得到很好效果。

凡事真係唔可以只聽人講(劣評),親身走入去試吓!黑色時尚型格!招呼不錯(不是傳聞中的)點咗幾個點心試試海膽蟹肉春卷~海膽甜、春卷脆黑毛豬腸粉~味道幾好星斑餃~星斑肉厚、餃子內好多菜,好香的薑味點心質素很好,份量適中乾燒四季豆~不似一般的四季豆,但炒得夠乾身,非常惹味(略咸)石頭魚烏冬~石頭魚份量足,烏冬係幼身的很滑另大紅袍每位$18整體感覺良好,一定再嚟!食埋其他出品😊

今日約朋友去金鐘行街街順便聚舊, 行到攰經過依間就不如坐一坐當high tea, 話明是dim sum library, 我和友人點會放過呢, 所以叫了幾款點心唶嚐嚐咧! 環境一流 ! 餐具好精緻 唔知係咪high tea時間, menu 真係好簡約, 好彩我們真係為左食點心, 所以應該都足夠了 侍應積極推介的擔擔湯包, 但係超辣, 食唔到辣就千祈唔好叫  而且只有辣沒有其他味道友人好想食既薑蔥龍蝦包所以二話不說便叫了, 上檯時外形根本看不出依個咁矜貴, 包身軟軟但饀料只有少少一粒的龍蝦肉, 友人超級失望紅菜頭野菌餃, 味道一般, 皮薄, 味道清清地比較單一香芒流心脆杏卷, 雖然唔太流心但依個係成餐大家一致話好味的唯一, 唔錯流心可可糯米糍, 個糯米皮完全無熟透, 話比侍應知便馬上收走兼幫我們取消, 所以影唔切相

Originally, I planned to name this comment as "Westernization of Chinese Dim Sums".  I have then decided to give credit to my friend who came here with me, who is moving overseas for good and for a new page of life!  She said she would definitely miss the Chinese food in Hong Kong when she is abroad.  Asking her to name wherever she likes for farewell dinner, she chose "Dim Sum Library" - which is quasi-western when compared to the traditional Chinese restaurants in the vicinity.  There is a bar

As stated in my gourmet introduction, I love shrimp dumplings (i.e. Har Gau) a lot.  As a first time diner here, I have no hesitation ordering one of their signature dishes, Truffle Har Gau!

Another dish to recommend is Lobster Bao.  Frankly, the appearance of the dish is not intriguing, at all.  It looks like, eh... one of our body parts.  Yet, don't reach a conclusion before tasting it. As the old saying goes, "Don't judge the book by its cover".

The bun is small, yet it is contented with lobster meat and seafood sauce.  You would not wish to miss the gem inside the rock.
My friend said she loved all kinds of soft boiled eggs, like Japanese style and those smoked eggs in Shanghai style.

Caviar on top of the foie gras.  The dish is very fulfilling  although the portion is not big. 
Rice rolls are common dishes in Chinese restaurants, and the creativity of this shop is also demonstrated in this Crispy Rice Rolls with squid and the chinese ingredient (響鈴)

If you wish to eat something similar to spring rolls, this is an alternative for gourmets.
While my friend is on diet, she declared not to eat any carbohydrates. I said I need some soup and carbohydrates in order to fill my stomach and not to crave for food in the middle of the night.  I ordered the Udon soup in Rock fish soup, and she is responsible for drinking the soup!

When the dish arrives, I realise that the portion is much bigger than those dim sums! The chopped veggies floating on the soup is refreshing.

The fish soup is milky in colour and my friend just cannot insist to taste a little bit of udon as well!There are many fish slices inside the udon and this dish is worth for value.
We wish we could have a bigger stomach for the desserts.   While we were too full, we hoped to come back again for desserts if my friend comes back to visit HK again!

On Friday 14th, 2017, I was in a hurry with my family to watch a Miyazaki Concert. My mum gave us two options - to eat at Admiralty - the interchange station or to eat at the Concert Hall. After discussing with my sister, we decided to head on over to Pacific Place to try out some new cuisine.

Once we got past the clothes stores, this restaurant instantly caught my eye - Dim Sum Library. I hadn't eaten Dim Sum for a few weeks, so I was keen to try some. I suggested the restaurant to my mum, and she told me how all of her friends, including herself, went here before and loved every single dish. Interested on how a single restaurant could have 5 grown women fall heads over heels, I decided to check it out.

We went up to the counter and asked the smiling waitress for 3 seats. She asked if we could leave before 7:30, and that was perfect, as we both wanted to leave at that time due to the concert, and were hungry enough to finish eating in an hour and a half. We obliged and entered.

The first thing that caught my eye was the mysterious, yet glamorous, bar table. Near the walls were several different bottles of wine, beer, tequila and more, and from some very interesting places and times. The wall with the checkered lighted helped illuminate the inner workings of the ravine of tables.

When we entered the dining room, we were seated a four-person table with a hanging drop-light, leaving a circle of light around and on the table. The seats were relatively comfortable, providing good back support and a nice addition to the overall wonderful decor. However, what bothered me the most was that the edges of the chair were too wide, meaning that you couldn't hang a bag without ripping it or hang a purse/briefcase without it slipping off. To whichever staff is reading this right now, I would suggest buying a couple of those baskets that they have in traditional Dim Sum restaurants to let customers place their bags in. This would maintain a good cleanliness for both the bags, and the floor.

Enough talk about the surroundings. Let's talk about the FOOD!!! The first thing that we decided to order was the Mille Feuille Coated Beef Pastry (Not the real name of the dish but it's basically that) When it arrived, I was blown away on how they could turn a classic French pastry and change it into a beautiful, Dim Sum work of art. The layers of pastry perfectly connected with each other, compensating the flavour of the beef, which was rolled to a perfect oval size and cradled into the delicate puff. As I took a bite our of it, the soup of the beef bursted in a explosion of flavour into my mouth. It was beautiful.

After relieving from the wonderful experience, I went on to taste their signature 擔擔小籠包 (hard to explain in English). It came in a traditional Dim Sum Tray, coloured bright orange. It looked delicious. Following the tradition of eating 小籠包s, I carefully placed one on my spoon and sipped all of the soup out, and it was truly astounding. The heat of the soup was not too hot as to burn my tongue, yet not too cold so to make it seem uncooked. It was the true Yin&Yang of the 小籠包 soup universe. Next was the beef. I realised that the chef mixed a concoction of spicy oil and beef juice, so it made the beef seem very spicy - and that was my favourite meal!

The last thing that I had was the Iberico Ham Fried Rice. I have to say - this one made me a little bit disappointed. The Iberico ham was in these teeny tiny pieces with maybe 5 pieces in total. The rice also came with prawns, which was not written on the menu. I am unable to eat prawns due to allergies (with straight digestion, not with vicinity, so whoever out there was scared for me, it's fine). This used up around 15 minutes of my time seperating the prawns from the rice (I know, first world problems.) All in all, the rice was good and the XO Sauce that came with it was wonderful.

Overall, I would HIGHLY suggest this restaurant, and I would definitely come back again.

題外話/補充資料: Try to come at an early time, such as 5:30 - 6:00. They are usually booked up from 7:00 till 9:30. Order one by one, as usuallly, I have a HUGE appetite, but after three dishes, I was already thinking I ate too much! Don't overorder!!!

#PacificPlace traffic is so soft, they need to inject Food and Beverage on the ground floor... but at least they should find better restaurant which will attract traffic and not just fill the shops!! Very very poor quality at a very high price... dumplings have too much spice, trying too hard to be different. Chili oil is just oil, not spicy at all. Knife and fork doesn't work, can hardly cut, BBQ pork so fatty, hardly and meat to eat.

服務好,出品好,會再去,點了4樣點心,出品服務都不錯,truffle蝦餃是必食,香菇包極香加上包質鬆軟比預期好,辣椒油都不錯。日後行完街都可以到此食飯。其實原打算去bizou餐廳但Shop Manager (外國人)態度差 坐下來我都未睇完menu 正商量點菜時,shop manager 走來問 are you discussing the menu,唔係想recommend any ideas to customer.好反感,所以起身走人,反而門口的外國女receptionist 好好笑容好禮貌。

今天睡得很晏,又要到香港島,上網查看後決定到這裏吃午餐因為全天也有點心吃。真的想不到2:45pm餐廳也滿座,還需等待,好彩等了一會就有位。點心款式很少,大概十款左右,我跟媽媽也點了五款。比較特別的有黑蒜燒賣,每粒燒賣內裏也有一整粒黑蒜,黑蒜的味道甜甜的,完全沒有新鮮蒜頭的味道,質感軟軟的,像醃了很久的漬物,跟豬肉的味道也頗夾。黑椒和牛酥,外皮十分薄,又很酥脆,內裏牛肉很軟,黑椒味剛剛好又不會掩蓋了牛肉的味道。這點心真的做得十分好,酥皮跟文華廳的有得比,只是沒有文華廳的酥皮層次那麼豐富。黑松露蝦餃,蝦餃算大隻,外皮也有黑松露,蝦很爽甜,松露跟蝦十分配合。松茸冬菇包,跟現在很多其他酒樓做的冬菇包也是十分相似,有冬菇的外型,內裏的餡全是菇類,很香,但我本人覺得味道比較淡一點。香芒流心脆杏卷,這個是全天最差的,外皮不夠脆,只有表面的杏仁很脆,還好內裏的芒果餡酸酸甜甜十分好味。香葱雞肉拉麵,麵煮得太軟,湯不夠濃,太淡,只有葱是夠香。這裏價錢並不便宜,但是座位不夠寛濶,枱與枱之間也很貼近。服務員也算勤快。點心比較做得好,可以一試。

黑椒和牛酥,外皮十分薄,又很酥脆,內裏牛肉很軟,黑椒味剛剛好又不會掩蓋了牛肉的味道。這點心真的做得十分好,酥皮跟文華廳的有得比,只是沒有文華廳的酥皮層次那麼豐富。

松茸冬菇包,跟現在很多其他酒樓做的冬菇包也是十分相似,有冬菇的外型,內裏的餡全是菇類,很香,但我本人覺得味道比較淡一點。

香芒流心脆杏卷,這個是全天最差的,外皮不夠脆,只有表面的杏仁很脆,還好內裏的芒果餡酸酸甜甜十分好味。

這裏價錢並不便宜,但是座位不夠寛濶,枱與枱之間也很貼近。服務員也算勤快。點心比較做得好,可以一試。

都是点心,样样有创新,样样好吃。只是中午等位的时间太长了。点了菜单上厨师推荐的几个点心,和牛萝卜酥,黑松露虾饺,芝士虾子脆脆酥。还点了麻辣牛肉肠粉(一点也不辣)。叉烧卖光了,只好点了叉烧包。但可以尝出叉烧的水平很高。

Book左枱, 完全唔需要等位就可以入去。入到去個裝修都幾唔錯, 幾舒服。因為有朋友未到, 所以就叫左杯cocktail飲住等朋友。其中一個朋友唔飲得酒咁就問個waiter有冇一D冇酒精飲品, 佢就答我地冇! (之後反左一下眼) 咁我地再話我地朋友唔飲得酒, 有冇D mocktail又或者其他冇酒精飲品? waiter答我地, 我地冇冇酒精飲品, 全部都有酒精! 之後我地係Ying Ying waitress言談間得知有豬手, 對眼即刻發左光.... 於是又叫埋!! 豬手個皮好脆, D肉唔會話太咸, 皮食落去唔會話太肥, feel到個個骨膠原好正!! 加上佢有個sour sauce... D肉點佢黎食唔會話太"漏", 可以中和返!

食完之後我地就叫甜品喇~ 因為我地自己都有帶個生日蛋糕黎, waitress & waiter們都呆左一呆我地可以清晒枱面上所有野食.... 哈哈... 咁我地因為咁樣就輕輕叫左兩個dessert. 
呢個亦都係waitress recommend, 豆腐乳凍! 好滑好有豆腐味!!! 推介得好唔錯! 唔錯!!

之後我地最叫左個朱古力糯米糍!! 食左一啖, 裏面D朱古力仲係暖暖地流心... 呢個簡直係心心眼! 不過個皮就有少少厚... 但整體係好OK! 

食完以上所有野.... 我地再有個蛋糕.... 4個人share一個500g 蛋糕.... 個一刻... waitress幫我地拎去cut, 問我地係咪cut晒, 我地話係~ 當然.... 之後cut完拎出黎.... 嘩!! 成個磚頭禁大... 個一刻, 真心好Full...........

整體呢間餐廳好值得去, 我地亦再encore!

Tried a new dim sum place at Pacific Place. Fried rice noodle with pork, Uni crab meat spring roll, Ginger lobster bun and Crispy almond mango roll. The fried rice noodle is very tasty and not over spicy. Ginger is too strong to cover the lobster taste for the bun. Uni Spring roll is the best among all these!
