In this library, food for thought doesn’t matter as much as food for the tummy 🤤🥟🍜Spring rolls topped with sea urchin? I’ve never ever thought I’d taste a combo like this 😂 Yet I did and it was incredibly good! The Hokkaido crab meat in the center made it possible for these two unlikely foods to come together. It was a big bite of ocean with a crunchy texture! Dim Sum Library packs many more innovative and modern Dim Sum creations. The Dan Dan Xiaolong Baos are another one I love 😍 Tad spicy and full of peanut flavor, these soupy XLBs are a big explosion of tastes! The truffle Har Gaus are an easy yes for many as well. Nutty truffle is always a great balance for the mild tasting but full of texture shrimp! Would definitely come back another time or even try out their other branch in Elements. Dim Sum Library主打中西合璧的fusion菜,對於不好傳統中菜的人來說頗有新鮮感。擔擔湯包🌶一咬破外層,濃濃的擔擔面湯湧入口中,味道濃郁,層次豐富亦且不會過辣。海膽蟹肉春卷🦀海膽鮮甜,春卷皮鬆脆不會過厚,內裡包裹著蟹肉一起吃,鮮味十足。上海燻蛋擔擔面🍜湯底不會過淡或過咸,亦不會只吃到辣味,但對喜愛花生味的人來說,略嫌不足。雲南黑菌手撕脆皮雞🍗黑松露非常香,雞肉嫰滑,外皮亦十分香脆,令人食指大動。值得一讚的是點心份量是按照人頭上菜,非常貼心。 繼續閱讀

😝你唔會失望既餐廳,店員態度十分好!及時觀察客人需要,主動協助。今時今日好難得💛加油!餐廳裝修亦都好靚中間設有好多點心擺設,環境較暗。有可能地段關係啦,都吸引好多外國人去食!食厭咗平時酒樓嘅點心?不妨都試吓呢間啊!雖然價錢較高,但質素都高,間中食下慰勞下自己1. 胡椒海皇灌湯餃 其實係好濃嘅龍蝦湯❤十分鮮甜,濃得黎就算食飽都唔會覺得好溜呀!餃子好大隻,皮夠薄,我比5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! 食完其實都飽飽地🍃滿足2. 上湯翡翠菜苗 雖然味道較其他菜為清淡,食落去好爽口,夠哂FRESH! 3. 黑松露蝦餃蝦餃皮薄餡靚,除了餡之外,皮亦加入了黑松露,口感濃郁,好食!但個人方面,我比較喜歡傳統點心蝦餃🌝因為過多嘅黑松露遮住咗個鮮味。4. 黑椒和牛酥外觀似傳統嘅蘿蔔絲酥,裏面嘅餡呢就用咗高質嘅和牛代替,酥皮夠薄而鬆脆,夾上嚟嘅時候都要勢力啲啊!和牛酥黑椒汁好濃,唔食得辣嘅人呢應該會覺得辣,不過如果少啲黑椒就好啦,因為我想個和牛味出少少。5.紅菜頭素餃都係果句,個皮做得好薄!晶凝通透你可以望到入邊嘅餡!皮加入了紅菜頭菜汁,天然嘅紅菜頭顏色,餡入邊有冬菇紅菜頭。鍾意食素嘅你一定要試吓啊!營養價值都好高!不過唔鍾意食紅菜頭嘅人就唔會覺得好食㗎啦!6.松茸菇包唔好意思,我真係唔記得啲菜名,又懶得搵,所以簡短啲啦🌸 外型真係好似冬菇,個包軟熟鬆軟,配上冬菇餡❤正!7.松露燒雞嗌左半隻啊,因為全隻嘅話呢可能你會覺得有少少溜,因為黑松露好重。面上亦放有少少黑松露,然後你會見到雞肉全部拌有黑松露❤完全係為黑松露嘅粉絲而設。雞皮烤得好脆,雞肉多汁嫩口😍絕對唔可以錯過啊8.和牛鵝肝炒飯雖然唔係啖啖都食到鵝肝同埋和牛,將飯放喺石鍋入邊,保持熱辣辣嘅口感,飯亦十分惹味,味道較為濃。9. 櫻花蝦炒飯 面上放有香脆的炸米,拌勻口感一流,兩個炒飯飯粒粒粒分明,乾身,唯獨我認為鑊氣不夠!總結整體評分,呢間餐廳絕對係值得食嘅,選擇多餐廳點心都好有自己嘅特色,亦都好花心思去設計,五星推介俾大家! 繼續閱讀

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Pacific Place. The lunchtime booking is always very full, so I called to book a week before. They have a lot fusion dim sum here, we organized team lunch here and every bodies enjoys it very much. Our favorite dishes are fish spring rolls, DanDan pork noodles, crispy aubergine and Wagyu beef puff. The spring rolls are so special, crispy aubergine tasted like tofu with special dressings! Dan Dan noodles here is also very delicious and even beat some Sichuan restaurant. You can try a lot of special dim sum here that you never experienced in other HK traditional dim sum restaurant. 😋 繼續閱讀

今日經過金鐘的太古廣場,有一間食點心的店子,於是去嘗一下加上很久沒有吃中式點心,就去品嘗一下。服務員立即帶到卡座,環境舒適是新派的環境似酒bar,一點不似茶樓般格調!食物方面選擇是點心、主食、小菜及甜品等。每樣點心中各有不同特色。很適合朋友家人聊天,他們也有供應中式茗茶選擇,味道及食物水準也是一流黑椒和牛酥內裡餡料很滿,黑椒汁和牛很濃香及肉質軟淋慢煮麵醬牛頰肉湯河牛肉很多件,味道同湯汁一流不會是偏咸甜品是香芒流心杏脆卷 繼續閱讀
