係PP成日行過呢間餐廳,睇裝修以為好貴,終於有緣同朋友去試下,當然係比一般茶樓貴,但食物水準、創意、餐廳裝修、地點、服務等都值回票價既餐廳幾特別,食中菜但有個bar枱位,亦有酒同茶既fusion飲品朋友介紹兩個菜:花枝響鈴炸両同薑蔥撈麵,呢位朋友不嬲識食,果然無介紹錯!響鈴代替油炸鬼做炸両,好脆口,入面仲釀有花枝,絕對係既創新又好食之作個薑蔥撈麵,比我睇餐牌就一定唔會㨂,因為唔起眼,但係原來係非常之好食,味道好香,炒得又啱啱好,仲要唔貴又飽肚!仲要咗個擔擔湯包同上湯翡翠苗,個湯包太辣,除了辣味還是辣味,我覺得好一般;個翡翠苗幾清,唔錯兩個人4樣食物、一杯特色飲品、一個中茶,$480 繼續閱讀

一路都覺得, 中國點心同wine係超夾的!! 硬係覺得香港可以食點心既酒吧唔多... 一路都聽聞dim dum library 但未有機會試, 今日剛好有事去金鐘又中間有時間食少少野, 就襯機會去幫襯一下。其實我好鐘意坐bar枱, 覺得好relax又可以望住bartender整野飲, 自己一個人更加喜愛坐呢個位置。去到冇咩人, 坐得幾舒服。可能冇happy hour, 所以5-6點都唔算多人, 坐坐下就多左人入黎食dinner了。點左一杯sauvignon blanc, 因為之後可能再食晚飯但又肚餓, 就點左蝦餃、菜苗餃同埋佢最出名既擔擔湯包。其實好掙扎要唔要點原味湯包, 但既然佢話呢度最出名係擔擔味, 咁我就試下啦。我估係即叫即蒸 (呢個級數既餐廳都應該係咁既), 等左一陣就黎左蝦餃同菜苗餃, 我叫的是普通的水晶蝦餃, 大大粒冇痴埋一齊, 亦沒有一夾就爛, 吃下去蝦肉爽口好味, 係稍覺得蝦餃大粒左少少, 冇辦法一啖食哂。菜苗餃望落精緻, 有半隻蝦放係餃上面以為會食得好論盡, 但又唔會, 佢唔會一咬就散開哂, 我覺得手工好好呀! 菜足蝦甜, 好味呀。另外至出名既擔擔湯包都上埋了, 對於食得辣既我黎講, 當然唔算辣, 有少少花生加少辣, 係擔擔麵的味道, 但.... 超鹹!!! 湯包佢本身既湯係精髓, 佢係好多湯汁, 但太鹹了!!! 我覺得原味應該好啲 (雖然我冇食到)。辣味既湯包當然係gimmick, 但味道...似乎要改善一下了。整體感覺不錯, 亦不是非常昂貴, 以這類餐廳格調來說是可以接受。要找天來這裡試其他點心了~!! 繼續閱讀

I think the place is trying to leverage the dim sum and make it into a fusion outlet mixing dim sum and other Chinese food with a western bar decor. It’s neat but I am not fully getting understanding it. The food is actually pretty good and loved the eggplants but the service was alright. Asking for simple things felt like I am causing so much trouble for the staff. The service doesn’t match the environment. 繼續閱讀

想係金鐘食下中菜同點心,晚餐就去左太古廣場食DIM SUM LIBRARY,今日無哂卡位,但位置都係安靜位,叫左海膽春卷,叫左和牛炒飯,叫左紅燒牛腩河粉,小龍包等點心,全部都好好食,海膽春卷真係有海膽,環境都算大叫左鳥龍茶,茶味都幾重幾香,但好快就飲哂,同事加水比較慢。不過好既係佢一個一個送甘上菜,你食完一樣佢先再上,甘每次食都知自己食緊咩,朋友之間又可以每樣都試下,所以整體都五錯! 最後我地仲叫左甜品,有奶凍同雪糕揀,不過我覺得甜品有點貴! 繼續閱讀

Environment and vibe: 5/5For diners of Dim Sum Library, dim sum is complicated, trendy and decent. Unlike traditional Chinese tea houses, the library is a fashionable restaurant with an amazing bar inside - you can even order cocktails to go with your beloved dim sum.Food:Wagyu beef puff with black pepper $88 (3 pcs) : 5/5 Yes, it is pricy. But it was my second time ordering the three puffs because they are simply unforgettable - being missed all the time. The pastry was not too thin or thick - the beef didn’t come out when I grabbed the puff with chopsticks. The pastry was not oily which I really appreciate the chef actually made effort to soak or wait until the oil went off. Taking the first bite - oh It. Was. So. Hot - burning. I then understood I had to take it slow. The wagyu beef filling was seasoned with black pepper which made it a spicy experience. And the black pepper wasn’t too much - generating amazing chemistry with the wagyu beef. Crystal Har Gau - Shrimp dumplings $48 (3pcs) 4/5 Unlike the beef puff, it came a bit cold. The wrappings were not too sticky and stiff, which just wrapped the shrimp filling so well. Shrimp filling is not exactly made up purely of shrimp but also pork meat and fat - so Har Gau is not a very health dish.  The chef had put enough shrimp inside the dumplings to make the texture very “fishball”. Yunnan black truffle crispy-skin chicken (half) $198 4/5 The dish came to my table 2 minutes after I placed the order. While the meat was torn from the crispy skin and made small with hands, the chicken skin was chopped into slices of considerable size - which was super wise. Eating the chicken skin was enjoyable - it was like eating warm...truffle-favoured…. Potato chips. The meat was a bit oily together with truffle sauce...indeed very very oily. It is an amazing dish going with a bowl of rice. p.s. half chicken is enough for three people. Service: 5/5 Crazily speedy serve of food. Things came within few minutes I placed the order while all the dishes remained hot and fresh. Verdict: Grab your rich friends to go with you!  繼續閱讀
