係Restaurant Week 搵到呢間餐廳試下。兜兜轉轉幾難搵,原來喺連卡佛Joyce Beauty隔離。餐廳比想像中闊落,有維港海景,座位有空間感,裝修雅緻。
麵包籃有三款唔同嘅麵包,暖暖哋。值得一讚嘅係橄欖油同黑醋都係高質。橄欖油食得到果香,黑醋質地濃稠,唔會得個酸字。幾有誠意。前菜:
Parma Ham & Italian Melon賣相幾靚,蜜瓜切得好薄,被Parma Ham捲住,好方便進食。而且密瓜切得薄薄一片,唔會太甜搶左Parma Ham嘅味道,諗法唔錯。👌🏼Seared Scallop with Grapefruit and Arugula Salad (+$18)煎帶子味道正常,符合預期。中間一大堆火箭菜,苦苦地, mix 下其他菜會好啲。👌🏼Green Pansotti Ravioli with Ricotta and Pesto估唔到份量會咁多,好多粒雲吞。味道正常,就係入邊有一嚿芝士果種嘅味道。雲吞皮整得幾煙靭。Pesto 汁唔夠香草味,更加似菠菜汁。主菜
Tagliolini Pasta with Sicilian Red Prawn紅蝦味道唔錯,蝦頭幾多汁,蝦身幾鮮甜。但係意粉就整得麻麻地,有啲似手工面嘅質地,但係捲埋一舊舊要花d 時間去整散。重點係個汁只係好普通嘅茄膏味,冇期待中濃郁蝦膏嘅香甜味。唔推介。🤔Grilled Wagyu Striploin with Ratte Potato and Sauteed Vegetable +$38牛扒一上到嚟個賣相好唔靚,好薄嘅一餅嘢,心諗伏咗。但好在食起嚟又比個賣相好d ,唔會好乾好柴,質地都係柔軟有牛味,合格嘅味道。建議餐廳可以將個牛扒斜斜地一片片切開,呈現較厚身又粉紅色嘅賣相,可能成件事會好d 。🤔甜品Tiramisu - 普普通通,口感好濕。Affogato - 雪糕加上expresso,味道正常。整體嚟講,覺得餐廳都有誠意,裝修雅緻有海景,前菜唔錯,整體用餐體驗都係愉快,如能加強主菜質素會更完滿。…查看更多
