係Restaurant Week 搵到呢間餐廳試下。兜兜轉轉幾難搵,原來喺連卡佛Joyce Beauty隔離。餐廳比想像中闊落,有維港海景,座位有空間感,裝修雅緻。麵包籃有三款唔同嘅麵包,暖暖哋。值得一讚嘅係橄欖油同黑醋都係高質。橄欖油食得到果香,黑醋質地濃稠,唔會得個酸字。幾有誠意。前菜:Parma Ham & Italian Melon賣相幾靚,蜜瓜切得好薄,被Parma Ham捲住,好方便進食。而且密瓜切得薄薄一片,唔會太甜搶左Parma Ham嘅味道,諗法唔錯。👌🏼Seared Scallop with Grapefruit and Arugula Salad (+$18)煎帶子味道正常,符合預期。中間一大堆火箭菜,苦苦地, mix 下其他菜會好啲。👌🏼Green Pansotti Ravioli with Ricotta and Pesto估唔到份量會咁多,好多粒雲吞。味道正常,就係入邊有一嚿芝士果種嘅味道。雲吞皮整得幾煙靭。Pesto 汁唔夠香草味,更加似菠菜汁。主菜Tagliolini Pasta with Sicilian Red Prawn紅蝦味道唔錯,蝦頭幾多汁,蝦身幾鮮甜。但係意粉就整得麻麻地,有啲似手工面嘅質地,但係捲埋一舊舊要花d 時間去整散。重點係個汁只係好普通嘅茄膏味,冇期待中濃郁蝦膏嘅香甜味。唔推介。🤔Grilled Wagyu Striploin with Ratte Potato and Sauteed Vegetable +$38牛扒一上到嚟個賣相好唔靚,好薄嘅一餅嘢,心諗伏咗。但好在食起嚟又比個賣相好d ,唔會好乾好柴,質地都係柔軟有牛味,合格嘅味道。建議餐廳可以將個牛扒斜斜地一片片切開,呈現較厚身又粉紅色嘅賣相,可能成件事會好d 。🤔甜品Tiramisu  -  普普通通,口感好濕。Affogato - 雪糕加上expresso,味道正常。整體嚟講,覺得餐廳都有誠意,裝修雅緻有海景,前菜唔錯,整體用餐體驗都係愉快,如能加強主菜質素會更完滿。查看更多

Recently dined at a restaurant that left much to be desired. The $38 per person charge for free-flow tap water seemed nonsense. 38 bucks surely affordable for everyone but this strategy to take customers’ money sounds ridiculous, especially for a big group of ten like during my visit. Restaurant with similar price range usually just ask for still/ sparkling with bottle charges, but tape water also available mostly.We opted to open a bottle of wine instead, but the staff frequently pressured us to get the free-flow water, which made for an uncomfortable experience.We ordered a variety of dishes, including burrata cheese, pizza, pasta, risotto, spring chicken, steak, tiramisu, lava cake, but were SUPER DISAPPOINTED by every dishes. The presentation resembled that of canteen food, and the flavors were mediocre at best. The clam pasta featured unfresh clams and was overly sour, while the pasta was poorly cooked. For a >$200 spring chicken ordered, didn’t expect two thighs that were overcooked and dry. Food quality and price are totally unjustified. Additionally, some staff members were rude and pushy, further detracting from our experience. While the view from the restaurant was decent, there are certainly better dining options nearby that offer higher quality food. Overall, this was the WORST Italian restaurant experience I’ve had in Hong Kong, and I won’t be returning.查看更多
