當普遍人認為DALLOYAU只是一間甜品店時,她們已靜悄悄地在中環增設多了一間供應精緻法式美食的店舖,大家又有口福了,能再次以親民的價錢來享受經典法國菜。 店內座位不多,但相當舒適,十分適合三五知己,重要的是沒有拘束的氣氛,極為輕鬆。天氣炎熱,弄致大汗淋漓,即是點來一杯與同集團FANCL合作的無添加健康特飲,喝起來清新爽利,甜度適中,消暑解渴。 餐廳供應的菜式有很多都是法國的經典菜式,當中想有些是經過改良的,但為了迎合現今注重健康的潮流,她們更加設了Dairy-free的菜式。首先來個清新的Crab Meat Salad,內有鮮甜的蟹肉、牛油果醬及清涼的蕃茄啫喱,吃起來相當清爽,食慾大振。再來一道Caviar, Sweetcorn, Pasta Orzo, Coconut,遠看十足十粟米湯,其實是加入了一些米粒般的意粉,感覺像一道米粥,不過卻是非常香甜好味的米粥。當中更加入了咸鮮的魚子醬,令味道變得更為鮮美。一會兒後,Smoked Eel & Foie Gras Terrine來到時,大家都將視線轉移到這道菜上。在微微焦脆的焦糖薄脆下,是排列整齊的煙燻鰻魚及鵝肝粒,切成小件後放在香口的多士上,那種獨一無二又甘香的滋味迅速籠罩在口腔內,估不到鵝肝的脂香與鰻魚的燻香可以有如此巧妙的結合,齒頰留香。與此同時,超級經典的Baked Escargot XL重現眼前。對餐廳不用麵包屑封口的做法大喜,皆因麵包屑會影響了蝸牛鮮嫩口感,味道相當甜美,當然也不要錯過吸滿了肉汁的薯蓉,香口惹味。 接著來的是一道去了忌廉的Truffle Soup Elysee,用上火腿骨熬製出來的湯非常甜美,帶有絲絲咸香,正好更加突出了湯中雲吞的鮮味。雲吞餡料雖然用上了鴨肝、雞肉及松露來製作,但竟然一點也不油膩,清爽怡香。 一輪頭盤過後,主菜的Salmon Coulibiac送來了,即時令人聯想起曾在金鐘店吃過的美味威靈頓牛柳。這個三文魚酥皮批的製作比牛柳更為繁複,可從橫切面得知,層次分明,足有七層之多,除了主角的三文魚柳及酥皮外,還有蘑菇蓉、野米、菠菜、蛋白、蛋黃及酸瓜,極其華麗,吃起來味道相當複雜,當中的三文魚柳依然非常幼嫩,就算有層香口的酥皮在外,但仍不油膩,層次及味道與上次的牛柳相比,別有一番風味,值得一試。 另一道Hen in a Pouch, Madeira Truffle Sauce是一道非常經典的法國傳統名菜,亦是現今流行的低溫真空慢煮的始祖,由於製作極其繁複,已甚少機會接觸。師傅先將松露切成薄片與鴨肝同塞在雞皮之下,再放入豬小肚內再吹氣,漲至快破時以綿繩綁緊,以雞湯不停澆淋,利用小肚內的熱力將雞燜熟。 從小肚內取出雞隻後,切下雞腿並拿去烤焗,做成一雞兩味。兩款做法的肉質都非常嫩滑,而且柔軟多汁,蘸上馬德拉酒做成的醬汁,倍添美味,而且香氣濃郁,令人留下深刻印象。 還在回味當中,甜品也送到桌上了,一看之下,兩款都是占苗愛吃的,分別是沾滿了冧酒的Rum baba,濕潤濕潤,愛酒之人也會喜愛的甜品;而另一款則是Crepe Suzette,班戟皮吸滿了焦糖及橙香,美妙絕侖,唯一美中不足的是沒有席前表演,始終看見點火那一下會更令人心動。 繼續閱讀

There are 2 places in same shop. the one is restaurant and the other is dessert shop. So there are not many table it's kind of small restaurant.  I ordered lunch set with salad and beef spaghetti. The salad is very unique which is very different to vegetable salad. It looked like soup. The beef spaghetti is like Asian food because of taste of beef. The taste of food is normal. They have lunch set including salad or soup, main dish and coffee. If you want to have lunch in very quite place it will be good.  繼續閱讀

經過佢哋餅店諗唔到食咩,見到佢哋lunch menu好似幾好,就入咗去試吓個lunch. 餐廳地方比較細,如果係同客食飯我就唔係咁推薦。不過佢哋嘅服務態度好好亦好細心俾咗杯warm water我。一坐低我就好快嗌左嘢食,食物上得好快,先來暖暖嘅麵包配埋牛油好好味呀!不過最令我驚喜嘅係佢哋嘅龍蝦湯,係我近期飲過最好飲嘅。主菜三文魚都唔錯,個sauce好清新好開胃。最後我點完餐飲之後就即刻買單,因為趕時間冇睇單就俾咗卡碌,臨走之前先發覺原來店員將杯餐飲打咗單點價錢,最後我問返先知原來店員搞錯,不過都係小事希望佢哋下次小心D。 繼續閱讀

We saw this promotion on web and came all the way to try it out! At buy-one-get-one free, each cone cost only $25 which seemed to be quite a good deal! We decided to try both flavours on promotion - i.e. Rose and Hazelnut.The Rose Soft Serve looked so badly. It was basically melting. It was quite a failure even at the cost of $25. The flavour of rose was not super rich but was ok. It was smooth but again it was melting too fast......A rating of 3 for the cost of $25. Would have given a rating of 1 if at normal price.This Hazelnut soft serve should be how it should look! I liked this one more. It was smooth and was rich in hazelnut but I really think it could have been more dense and thicker. Surprisingly, the texture of the soft serve was very different from that of the truffle soft serve we tried a while ago at the IFC shop. Good value for money at a cost of $25 but not at normal price. 繼續閱讀

早幾日經過中環娛樂行,見倒地下轉角位開咗一間裝修幾靚既法國餐廳,於是就約同事今日一齊去試下。Set Lunch, 分別有2 courses ($298) = 1 前菜/ 湯 + 1 主菜3 courses ($338) = 1 前菜 + 1 湯 +1 主菜我同同事都揀咗 3 courses,前菜揀咗龍蝦芒果熱情果沙律,龍蝦好鮮甜同彈牙,配埋個芒果熱情果沙律🥗酸酸甜甜,令我胃口大開🤣湯就係里昂洋蔥湯- 湯好香濃,洋蔥同湯既比例剛好, 應該用咗好多洋蔥煮, 非常有水準。濃濃洋蔥湯上還鋪了一層香濃芝士, 芝士還可以拉絲😋,配埋湯一齊食,真係一絕。主菜揀咗紅酒汁慢煮牛面頰肉 - 應該係慢煮嘅關係,牛面頰肉保持到嫩滑嘅肉質, 加埋個好 creamy既法式薯蓉,十分滿足。最後還有咖啡或茶,咁我當然係揀咖啡啦。另外要一題既係,店內裝修非常優雅,侍應服務態度非常好👍🏻。 繼續閱讀
