趁 5天的復活節假期,三日兩夜復活節 Easter staycation,今次我選擇了位於北角的維港凱悅尚萃酒店! 酒店有 3間餐廳,分別是 Cruise、The Farmhouse & The Farmhouse Deli!其實,三日兩夜共 45小時的時間過得快!加上我一早計劃好3日的 schedule 要去哪裡?做甚麼?就算不招呼朋友來,也相當充實!所以,為節省時間又要開始收拾行李,我打算第二晚 order Room service dinner!Room Service Menu起初,我只見到電視機旁,夾住兩頁 Menu,選擇偏少! 電視機附近個架找到 Room Service Menu,選擇種類多! 價錢略貴!估計由多國菜餐廳的 Cruise 供應! Call room service 時,我都問清楚,在酒店房接收食物時,是否需要戴口罩?酒店職員回覆,如果我走出房門口就需要!我 8:00pm 致電落 order 要求 9:00pm 前送到,8:55pm 便送到!送餐的酒店職員戴上口罩,送餐時,只在門外遞給我,他並沒有走進我的酒店房,同時,我要簽單,到 Check out 時一併付款  (在 Check In 先預繳 Deposit 幾千 $,當中扣除)! Room service dinner海鮮扁意粉 $180 (加 10% 服務費)除了蝦有調味及鮮味之外,其他海鮮都較淡味! 帶子算厚身,烹調後帶鮮嫩!扁意粉口感帶煙韌又彈牙,味道酸中帶香辣,尚算入味!另附上餐具及一支迷你辣椒仔! 繼續閱讀

今晚我地四大美人又食飯,雖然依間餐廳遠咗少少,但係勝在有氣氛又有維港景+good service ,推介豬手肉好腍,但個醬有D cover再隻豬手餐廳好細心提供圍裙,手套,夾子同剪刀俾你拆龍蝦,不過龍蝦殼非常硬,我哋拆到一半已經好累,放棄咗隻龍蝦(如果師傅可以pop醉D就好了)龍蝦肉未算好辣,但個sauce 真係幾辣,椰奶味甚重,食完個胃有少少唔舒服XO醬配椰菜花,非常野味牛牛入口即溶,好出色(最好配埋啲配菜一齊食) 繼續閱讀

Staycation package包埋呢間餐廳嘅晚餐,之前都唔知原來呢度有間咁靚嘅海景餐廳。餐廳以亞洲菜為主,staycation餐牌好豐富有兩個頭盤、一個小食、兩個主菜同甜品,仲包括一枝餐酒或氣泡酒。時令即開生蠔係法國生蠔,雖然唔算大隻,但蠔肚脹卜卜都算肥美,食落鮮甜creamy三文魚子令口感同味道更豐富。以柚子酸汁代替平時嘅檸檬汁,同生蠔好夾又開胃油甘魚刺身以食用花同香草裝飾,賣相好靚。油甘魚刺身新鮮,青色嘅醬汁係香草青檸汁,食落酸酸地帶少少辣味。炸蝦片炸得酥脆,有三種醬汁可以蘸嚟食。三款之中我最鍾意蝦米辣椒醬,非常惹味食完蝦片侍應有主動問需唔需要re-fill,我哋見咁多嘢食,所以都無再re-fill。沙嗲雞肉串燒用上走地雞肉,燒嘅火喉掌握得啱啱好,表面微燶內裡肉質嫩滑。沙嗲醬香濃花生味,少少甜少少辣我哋都麻麻地豬手,所以主菜加錢upgrade做咖喱和牛臉頰。泰式嘅馬沙文咖喱甜中帶辣,香濃咖喱同椰奶味和牛臉頰雖然外表普通,但牛肉味濃而且炆到好腍,用匙羹都可以輕易切開另外有一份烤餅配咖喱,自家製嘅烤餅非常酥脆而且唔油膩蘸咖喱汁食好正另一個主菜係獅城大蝦,大蝦有兩隻,蝦肉爽口彈牙,蝦頭有好多膏紅色嘅醬汁係新加坡辣椒蟹嗰種醬汁,好香辣椒味口味偏甜辣度適中,好適合送飯。配菜係炒通菜,落咗豆瓣醬、蒜頭同辣椒炒,好有鑊氣又惹味。食完兩個主菜已經好飽,爭啲甜品都食唔落。Upgrade咗甜品做Banana Roti配泰奶雪糕。香蕉煎餅表面煎到金黃色脆卜卜,啖啖都食到香蕉好足料雪糕香濃奶茶味唔會太甜整體嚟講呢餐樣樣都好味,估唔到staycation set menu咁豐富,食得好滿足。下次有機會都會再嚟。 繼續閱讀

It was our first time here and we enjoyed the dining experience.Just a gentle reminder: if you are not familiar with the area, you must be sure you can tell the Chinese name of the hotel. It happened that we took taxi but was bought to another hotel in North Point so we had to get on another taxi again. This hotel is nice with new decor. The ambiance of the restaurant is relaxing. We sat near the window. The lighting was kind of dim so we could have a good view of the Victoria harbour. It was interesting that we had the view of the hotel swimming pool too at the far edge. The music played there was western pops while the food was more southeast Asian style. We were served with prawn crackers as free appetisers. The dippings were sweet and sour, chilli etc.We ordered a bottle of Moscat wine for around $320. It went with our seafood tower ($1100) very well. It was an easy to drink one. We drank it like water.There were twelve oysters at the bottom plate of the seafood tower, 3 pieces of cut scallops, one Canadian lobster (cut into half), two tiger prawns and some clams on the upper plate. 5 dipping sauces were provided including cocktail sauce, seafood sauce, sour cream etc.I would like to express my appreciation to the chef who prepared the oyster. They were so clean that there was not even one tiny little bit of crack shell we could find. In my mouth was all creamy meaty tasty oyster. This was a great experience!We ordered the free range whole chicken ($220) too. The taste and sauce were good and worth to try.For dessert, we had the chocolate roti with coconut ice-cream.
