※本文以用餐當日的環境、服務和食物質素為準,口味亦因人而異,文章只作參考之用。-銅鑼灣時代廣場的食通天,向來都是不同類型餐廳的聚集地,時不時會有新餐廳進場,這次去了這間光聽名稱已覺高級的Club Albergue 1601,主打西餐、生蠔和海鮮等,和一班好久不見的友人們聚餐。餐廳環境很闊落開揚,座位頗多;牆上掛上不少黑白的照片作裝飾,裝潢也走高雅路線,燈光昏暗,充滿情調,環境方面令人舒適。餐廳內設有一個開揚又型格的酒吧位,亦係一個影相位。不得不說看到數款Cocktail的樣子都超特別的!由於唔太識飲酒,所以叫左杯靚靚既 Mocktail-Raven (渡鴉),以小鳥造型既玻璃器皿盛著。用黑莓糖漿、檸檬汁同伯爵茶等打成,味道似偏酸既提子果汁,無藥水味都好易入口。最讓友人們矚目的必定係呢盤Around the world oyster platter $748。有成16隻來自不同產地的生蠔(法國、美國、南非和愛爾蘭),平均$48/隻,同行友人都大讚,可惜小妹不愛蠔無緣品嚐!蟹肉黑魚子火箭菜沙律 $178鎮店之實既呢款蟹肉黑魚子頭盤真係要試下,啖啖鮮甜蟹肉配上有如黑珍珠般,充滿鹹鮮味既黑魚子,好食到食唔停口。脆炸豬手 $288份量頗多的一份豬手,上枱時已經貼心的切好。豬手咬落外脆內軟,香脆的豬皮連著一層薄薄的骨膠原,咀嚼起來很香口惹味;整體皮脆肉嫩,肉的位置咬落不會太韌和乾,味道是滿意的。虎蝦帶子意大利飯 $188這個意大利飯煮得很不錯,飯芯仍保持適當的硬度,保持著應有口感。配上煎過又爽口的帶子和鮮甜彈牙的虎蝦,不錯。巴馬火腿pizza $188喜歡這裡的薄餅係用上薄脆批底,放上片片巴馬火腿,底下鋪滿滿的火箭菜,食落充滿火腿的鹹香,卻因火箭菜的搭配沒這麼鹹,食多兩塊都不覺飽滯。精選甜品拼盤 $188甜品拼盤中包括了芝士蛋糕、焦糖燉蛋、拿破崙、伯爵茶奶凍和Tiramisu。每款的味道都不錯,最愛滑溜溜富蛋香的焦糖燉蛋,仲有陣陣伯爵茶香的奶凍都係不二之選! 繼續閱讀

Manage to join my pals for dinner and i was running late, so once i seat in , the meal is like ready to serve, okay thats good, i dont even have to think about what to eat which make my life much easier. I had a drink then the oyster platter arrives, it was called around the world oyster platter...... okay, it has a total of 16 oysters, from different origin included france, japan, spain, usa and south africa, they are fresh and i would say it was quite a good deal, apparently less than 50 per pcs, in times square, then it must be good. Crabmeat & caviar rocket salad was good too. a good lump of crabmeat with caviar, crabmeat was lightly seasoned and the greens are fresh, a good starter before our main. The mushroom truffle pastry was really great, super hot crispy roll filled with a good amount of finely chopped mushrooms, i would have ordered 1 just for myself. For the main course we had a pizza, i do not remember it taste, so i rather not to write about it, no photos too. The pork knuckle came in a very generous portion , with super crispy skin that made me feel like i was eating crisps! the meat was good but some of the pieces could taste a little rough. I had a rosa cappuccino, with pineapple as the base, with passionfruit and strawberry, it gave a very refreshing taste yet it is pretty sour , but i liked it since i just had some pork knuckle meat.We had a dessert platter, with earl grey panna cotta, tiramisu, cheese cake and mille feuille, didnt remember much about mille feuille, the earl grey panna cotta was great since it was smooth but not too sweet, the tiramisu was light and silky too, so overall it was good. One thing i liked about this place is the rooftop area, should be a good place for cigar, didnt manage to check it out yet so would try to go there again for drinks so i can do my cigar and pipe. 繼續閱讀

Eating at Times Square has been a monthly event for our family since I work nearby 😝 We always like to try out various cuisines and go shopping afterwards 😆🍽I got off at work around 6:15 and my family came to get seated first. It was about 6:45 when I arrived at the restaurant. It wasn’t really full of customers at that time, maybe because of the higher prices. At first we planned to have hotpot but the reception staff had an impolite attitude that my family decided to go to another restaurant instead, hence we came to try Club Albergue 1601 and did not regret making that decision 😆Once I walked into the restaurant, it felt glamorous & posh due to the luxurious style and design of the restaurant haha 😂 We were given a table near the bar and you could see many fresh oysters displayed at a iced rack & different types of wine. A few starters were ordered before my arrival due to hunger (grilled scallops & truffle spring rolls) 😂 but here’s the rest of what we’ve ordered:1664 is a must-order 😝🍺👍🏻The food was excellent and the appearance really gives you bon appetite!! 🍻🍕🥘 You could taste the food were freshly prepared and cooked. The dessert combo was my favourite and it was highly recommended by the waiter for sharing. The earl grey flavoured panna cotta was the best, it wasn’t too sweet and that you could really taste the tea flavour. The service was great too, waiters & waitresses were polite and friendly. 星期六的晚餐, 人不多, 看看餐牌的價錢可能是因為頂級貴。。。環境很好, 很有情調, 靜靜的。先點生蠔, 真的很鮮味白酒蜆意粉, 味道淡淡的, 沒有白酒味, 一般。。。海鮮湯飯好好味, 新鮮薯蓉焗田螺~這個價錢來看, 分量真的超少。另外我們叫了一細杯白酒, 埋單超過HK$1,600。。。 繼續閱讀
