之前成個星期都忙住開會同趕deadline,終於搞掂公司嘅project,暫時停一停唔洗OT,得閒陪下女朋友食飯😌 落單冇耐,店員先送上麵包,麵包熱辣辣,外皮香脆,內裡質感香軟綿綿,陣陣香濃嘅麥香,配埋橄欖油同黑醋,好開胃。👉🏻傳統意式燴牛柏葉伴意大利白腰豆及蒜蓉包 $150平時較少食到西式做法嘅牛柏葉,見呢到有意式燴法,咁特別,一於叫嚟試試。食落有別於平時嘅味道,香濃creamy,質感軟腍入味,意式做法配牛柏葉毫無違和感,白腰豆同樣腍身鬆軟。伴碟嘅蒜蓉包,外脆內軟,有濃濃嘅蒜蓉牛油香味。👉🏻意式燴豬肉自家製三角扁麵 $190有趣嘅三角扁麵,口感煙韌,好有蛋香。意式燴豬肉醬汁香濃惹味。👉🏻炭燒澳洲M5和牛西冷扒(9安士)配薯菜 $340和牛西冷七成熟,火喉掌握得啱啱好,外層略帶焦香,內裡肉質仍然係嫩嫩嘅粉紅色。由於上碟前已切好,所以碟內乾乾淨淨,全冇血水,西冷入口軟腍,牛味濃郁。伴碟嘅薯蓉香濃軟滑,蔬菜鮮味爽甜。👉🏻芒果千層酥配芒果雪糕 $100擺盤精美,顏色鮮豔奪目。千層酥非常酥脆鬆化,芒果味清新香甜😋雪糕軟滑,甜度適中,整個甜品都甜而不漏。 繼續閱讀

呢晚就朋友帶我黎左呢間意大利餐店食dinner,朋友話呢間餐店於中環亦有分店,仲拎過米之蓮既星級評價朋友話自己都有去過呢兩間分店,太古呢邊既感覺會比較casual d,好適合一家大細或者兩三知己食飯暢談加上朋友知道小妹係包控,而佢又食過呢度既pizza覺得好出色,所以個晚同佢約食飯,佢就帶左我黎啦既然朋友講到佢地既pizza咁出色,咁又點可以唔叫返個黎試呢多,我地要左一份“自選雙拼組合薄餅(7吋)”HKd$190+10%除此之外,我地仲order左一份“”是日餐湯HKd$100+10同“和牛肉醬自家製寬麵”HKd$180+10%一齊share落左order之後,店員就為我地送上店家自製既餐包,餐包外脆而包身富有麥香同嚼勁,甚為高質,令我對店家既pizza更為期待當晚既daily soup係蕃茄湯,開胃一流而之後到場既pizza都真係無令我失望薄餅既批身質感同佢地既餐包相近,批身較餐包薄身,但麥香依然批身塗上茄醬,佈滿芝士同各種不同既材料,配搭得宜,滋味滿分食意大利菜又點小得pasta呢,呢個和牛肉醬自家製寬麵同樣十分出色香濃既肉醬配上甚有質感既寬麵,看似簡單平凡,食落則會令人點頭微笑,繼而吃過不停而小妹表示,甜品是必需的!!!所以最後點了一份“摩登意大利芝士餅伴雪糕”HKd$100+10%起初都唔明點解係“摩登”,原來係細滑既 tiramisu 之下係有一層咖啡啫喱係底架,既可增加層次感,又有新鮮感,Niceeeee 繼續閱讀

家人生日,選間有質數的餐廳和她慶祝,選了太古的CIAK,得知這是一間米芝蓮三星名廚Bombana擔任顧問的意大利餐廳,門口還見到有一海報寫了米芝蓮車胎人美食推介,見到每枱都叫了手工薄餅、所以都想叫返個。餐廳好大,被安排到坐室內的卡位,見到有一大屏幕播放意大利的美景,令人好像身處意大利中。好奇出餐廳外的空曠位置,見到一張長枱放了buffet 小吃,原來係happy hour 時段,叫杯飲品就可任取小食。有Pizza小件,香腸,沙律,炸薯仔球,好抵。店員先送上外脆內軟的麥包,包身軟淋淋,外皮夠脆,店員還問是否要Refill。頭盤回點了炸海鮮併盤,有魷魚、大蝦、白魚,意大利青瓜,好鬆脆,大蝦夠大隻,配上忌廉沙律醬,之後揀左兩款口味的雙併7吋Pizza, 香辣雜錦海鮮併四種芝士配意式風乾火腿薄餅,薄餅用架上枱,圍邊麵包漲卜卜,脆皮及有口感,包味特出,果然係意大利傳統烤焗,海鮮夠香辣;而四種芝士口感軟熟,芝士香濃,還有拉絲,好足料,煙韌,面鋪滿parma ham,咸香味十足。炭燒澳洲羊架(13oz) $270,叫了五成熟,肉質夠稔,帶點血水,唔會羶,外皮微微焦香,之後叫了甜品,芒果拿千層酥$100,芒果鮮甜,酥皮鬆化。還有個好大的芒果雪糕,好好味。 繼續閱讀

這天和朋友一同前往太古城,全因為某電影的首映禮,當然我們成功見偶像過後,也要吃點東西。 原來朋友早已安排了。餐前麵包, 味道極佳,最重要是可以添吃。Prosciutto and Formaggi, 四種意大利芝士配風乾火腿薄餅。Parma han, mozzarlla, gorgonzola and taleggii cheeses。 多重口感,性價比高。Tagliolini Carbonara, 蛋黃芝士汁半風乾煙肉粒自家製幼麵,Pancetta cured pork belly, ltalian egg and Parnesan cheese。 自家製就是非同凡響,芝味十足。Pan Fried Turbot. 香煎多寶魚配鯷魚,水欖,水瓜柳,蕃茄汁。Anchovies, capers, black olives and tomato sauce。 新產品, 魚香十足。Warm Chocolate Pudding. 流心朱古力配焦糖海鹽雪糕,Chocolate cake, chocolate crumble, raspberry sauce, sea salt caramel ice cream。及 Sicilian Lemon Tart. 西西里檸檬撻配熱情果雪葩。Meringue, lemon cream,, passion fruit sorbet。 說是藝術品也不為過,這更是一個可以吃的藝術品。真是愉快的一個意大利日。 繼續閱讀
