嚟到半山區呢個咁靚咁Chill嘅地方,當然要搵啲特色嘢食吓啦行吓行吓就搵到呢間小小的印度餐廳,氣氛都幾唔錯好適合閒日下午嚟呢度慢食慢活,而且下午嘅嘢食都幾抵食啊!1️⃣Chicken Lunch Set (Butter Chicken) ($119)雞肉可選牛油或馬沙文咖喱,我哋選咗牛油雞,套餐先有一個前菜,係好原汁原味嘅洋蔥雜菜沙律,都幾新鮮另外又有一客炸雞小食,炸皮好香口,配上薄河酸辣醬就更加惹味!而牛油雞嘅醬汁濃稠得嚟又香口,食得出係用咗好多香料熬製,汁底唔辣,反而有陣甜甜嘅甘香,配上大大塊嘅雞件,真係幾滋味,隨餐可配飯或印度薄餅 (Naan),我哋就叫咗蒜香薄餅,呢個真係要熱辣辣食,煎得好香,加上淡淡蒜香,配上咖喱認真無得輸跟餐送汔水,我哋就加配咗Masala Tea (+$20),印度奶茶會多咗一股濃郁嘅香料味,我哋無落糖,就更飲到茶本身嘅濃香2️⃣Lamb Seekh Kebab ($158)另外,我哋又叫咗一客烤羊肉串,佢呢款羊肉串係將羊肉打碎製成,每啖都有好濃嘅羊肉味道,外皮亦烤到好香,配上炸雞嘅薄荷醬亦好好食伴碟嘅洋蔥加上檸檬汁,非常開胃3️⃣Peas Kebab ($98)我哋又叫咗一款炸物:係以扁豆為主嘅炸餅外皮炸得好脆,扁豆蓉加上類似薯仔嘅澱粉味道,令人十分滿足4️⃣Mango Daiquiri ($98)而餐廳最近做緊不同芒果美食,我哋就叫咗呢款芒果Cocktail呢款係用Mango puree, rum, lime, simple syrup, crushed Ice調製嘅,消暑一流Rum做基底,唔算太甜,而且有Mango & Lime混和嘅熱帶果汁香,都幾唔錯 繼續閱讀

Indulging in a feast of Indian cuisine was an absolute treat! Rogan Josh, with its tender chunks of lamb swimming in a rich, spicy tomato - based gravy, was a symphony of flavors. The blend of spices was complex yet harmonious, leaving a warm, lingering taste on the palate. Dahi Puri was a burst of textures and tastes. The crispy puri shells, filled with spiced potatoes, chickpeas, and drizzled generously with cool yogurt and tangy chutneys, were a party in the mouth. Each bite was a perfect balance of sweet, sour, and savory. Palak Paneer was a creamy and comforting dish. The soft cubes of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) nestled in a velvety spinach - based sauce were delicious. The mild spices complemented the natural earthiness of the spinach, creating a dish that was both healthy and flavorful. The Butter Naan and Garlic Naan were the ideal accompaniments. The Butter Naan was soft and buttery, with a hint of sweetness, while the Garlic Naan had a pungent, garlicky aroma that enhanced every bite. They were perfect for mopping up the rich gravies. To wash it all down, the Mango Lassi was divine. The thick, creamy yogurt combined with the sweet, ripe mangoes created a refreshing and decadent drink. 🌸Butter Chicken Spaghetti $158🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟這個牛油雞肉意粉非常Creamy,而且意粉雞肉都掛有咖喱醬汁,這個意粉入口時非常香口,但當到喉嚨時這個辣到就散發出來,不過雞肉非常鮮嫩,而且數量都比較多。🌸Lamb keena Quesadilla $148🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟這個是羊肉夾餅,餅是印度薄餅來的,內裏包住滿滿的羊肉碎及醬汁,味道帶點香辣,非常惹味,而且印度薄餅帶點煙靭口感。🌸Mango Lassi $62🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟濃郁芒果味道,芒果奶昔非常杰身,還有一些芒果醬在杯邊,表面加了一些杏仁碎,而且可以解辣。🌸Lime Sode $48🌟🌟🌟🌟這杯青檸檬梳打加了些話梅粉,飲落好像鹹檸七一樣,可以解一解油膩。🌸Pistachio Kulfi (Indian Icecream) $88🌟🌟🌟🌟這個印度雪糕真的第一次嘗試,濃郁香料味道,雪糕質感有點像冰塊,口感比較粗嚡,表面還有一些開心果碎。 繼續閱讀
