在網上看見這問位於沙田區的西餐廳評價十分低主要是服務員態度,問了同行朋友（住在沙田區的街坊）她說以前服務員真的很差,後來更换一批中年人士,服務態度即刻提升.我入餐廳內店員招待有禮貌,2人也安排到卡位. 而且,第一時間拿2杯水餐牌餐具.我們2人選了以下2款午餐,共享食用：蜜糖雞扒配雜菜沙律（$89）分量都算多,雞扒烤到金黃香酥,沙律菜也很新鮮,又有粟米雞蛋,麵包糠. 精選肉眼牛扒配薯菜及燒汁（$145）牛扒我們要求五成熟,所以肉質仍算嫩滑. 牛扒只是簡單放了小許鹽及胡椒. 已經好夠味,附上的燒汁也可以不用.今次2人合共食了$262, 整體食物質素okay.餐廳環境也大坐得舒適.

🍔 Fantastic Food Fantasy Fandom - 2 🍔"Cafeholic". Does this name sound special to you? Well, it's a perfect portmanteau and it does not fail to live up its name. Yesterday, I visited Cafeholic with my family and a friend. As I stepped into the cozy restaurant, my eyes immediately relaxed at the sight of the ambient lighting. The lamps were decorated with leaves and vines, adding to the aesthetic feel of the Cafe.Cafeholic's dishes were sorted into various categories on the menu, which helped us order the food more conveniently. I chose a quick snack, potato puree with tomato sauce, and a main dish of spaghetti Bolognese. I also ordered a Matcha Babyccino to quench my thirst. The service was impeccable. The waiter arrived as soon as I raised my hand. When I asked him to bring me a few plates, he grabbed four clean ones and placed them on the table neatly. He also patiently explained some of the dishes for us.After waiting for about five minutes, the food arrived. The potato puree was served first, with the potato and tomato sauce mixed. Whilst the potato puree was bland, the tomato sauce was mixed with meat and onions, turning it into a perfect match. It was savory and a strong aroma of tomato immediately flew out of the bowl when it arrived. Not long after the potato puree was the matcha babyccino. It had a type of latte art drawn on top of the green cream with milk. A strong scent of matcha sank into my nose, encouraging me to take a sip. It was creamy and strong-flavored, reminding me of matcha latte. However, if you are used to drinking green tea with a light flavor, you might want to skip this one.Next up was my main dish, spaghetti Bolognese. I originally imagined it as an over-seasoned dish but it was totally the opposite. When it was put onto the table, it was steaming and hot, making my mouth water. The fragrant aroma of Bolognese drifted among my family members. The spaghetti was curled up into a nest, and the tomato sauce surrounded it. When I took a bite of it, I could taste the Bolognese sauce mixed with the al dente spaghetti, putting the right seasonings and balancing the amount of salt and sugar needed. The Bolognese sauce didn't cover the chewiness of the spaghetti but added a new layer of taste to the whole dish. Overall, this main dish is miraculous and is a must-pick for all visitors.This might not be the best cafe with delicious food, but its dark, warm lighting and 1990s decor make others feel welcomed and comfortable. It has infinite dining time and you can sit for as long as you want. With a quiet atmosphere, it is the perfect place for occasional friend meetings or business talks. Despite being heavily seasoned, the dishes there are impeccable. You could feel an urge to eat them right as they are served on your table. I hope you find my two pennies helpful and try out this cafe during your free time with your friends and family.

今日同小朋友去沙田玩，玩完見到呢間餐廳好似都幾多人甘，應該都唔會伏，點知真係伏左。叫左三個大人餐，一個兒童套餐，但隻雞翼係生到紅卜卜，同個職員講佢話俾我聽係瘀血唔係唔熟，但另一隻雞翼係熟嘅。其實我無諗過要咩compensation，但都唔好甘hea 我。比小朋友食嘅食物都可以甘唔小心，服務仲要甘差，仲點會有下次。其他食物不過不失，係個吞拿魚意粉無吞拿魚😅

由於在沙田返工，所以久唔久就會去幫趁佢哋嘅早餐/午餐。呢度環境乾淨又安靜，早餐係比茶餐廳貴少少，但係佢嘅蛋係新鮮又大隻，唔係水汪汪冇蛋味嗰啲貨! 檸檬茶係我嘅最愛: 香水檸檬加上清香的紅茶，既有茶味亦有檸檬香味，唔係苦澀的濃茶!佢嘅㗎啡都香濃順滑，飲完覺得好舒服~午餐雖然相對比較普通，但意粉爽滑、焗飯用炒飯。我經常選擇食佢嘅豬扒/排骨，唔會有梳打粉味♡希望....佢可以Keep到水準，我會繼續支持!!
