在食評看到這間餐廳下午茶不錯，剛好有預購優惠，所以約同朋友一起試下。食物種類不少，有鹹點和甜點共12款，每款都不錯，略為介紹以下幾款：鹹點方面：蝦多士香脆；三文治新鮮；煙三文魚包著一小粒牛油果，再在其上放鮮花及牛油果點綴，甚為精美。甜點方面：藍莓芝士蛋糕，甜度適中，入口嫩滑；紅莓朱古力蛋糕，味道濃郁，十分美味。飲品方面，有十多款咖啡或茶選擇， 朋友選了cappuccino，我則選了用精美茶壼盛載的花茶。服務員態度親切，細心地為我們拍照。至於環境方面，遠眺中環商業大厦，近望動植物公園樹叢，再配天朗氣清的藍天白雲，就如一輻圖畫呈現眼前。交通較為不便，要在金鐘站轉乘巴士12A才到達。整體來說，性價比高。

聖誕節正日, 老婆話想去行赤柱市集, 咁順手訂左中環餐廳晚飯5點半開始, 比想像中少人, 到點入場酒店餐廳環境係無問題, 半山山境可惜睇唔到黃昏日落海鮮: 中蝦, 翠螺, 鮑魚仔, 青口, 白沙蜆四種蝦細仔D, 其他翠螺同鮑魚仔都唔錯, 好彈牙, 加上少律青菜好開胃濃蝦湯: 呢個真係正, 睇下果陣蝦油黃晒, 兜底仲有蝦肉, 在下飲左兩大碗, 老婆都話好好味鵝肝多士: 鵝肝細左D, 多士又厚左D, 味道係可以既, 但食唔到好多火雞: 感覺上有D柴皮, 尤其塊雞皮咬落去唔得, 老左海鮮正盤: 龍蝦/燒魚塊/帶子, 配磨菇白汁薯溶, 好好味道, 尤其帶子同魚真係煮得唔錯牛扒正盤: 西冷/牛面珠/牛脷, 我同老婆共享左D, 牛面珠底墊米餅, 好嫩滑, 西冷唔算肥, 無筋, 好重肉汁味, 牛脷都可以整體覺得正盤做得好有水準熱煮紅酒: 飲出紅酒, 肉桂, 紅菜頭, 其他唔知, 幾種材料味道配合, 唔太甜又唔太刺激甜品: 比較少, 都係雪糕, 木樹蛋糕, 比較平凡

今天經過某個網站買咗二人下午茶套餐，一去到這小酒店就非常滿意，室內佈置頗有聖誕氣氛、感覺溫暖，侍應服務招待也很好；食物味道也不錯，賣相吸引，雖然小漢堡包不夠熱，其他甜點都沒話說；整體來說，這次用膳經驗非常滿意，性價比高，值得推介👍🏻

在網上預定$279 下午茶餐, 酒店cafe 位於香港動植物錢園後方, 酒店的八樓呢個價錢本身預計份量好少, 但泥到有驚喜, 三層架有會飽肚既三文治同漢堡, 鹹點較為精緻三文魚卷口感幾好仲有小食蝴蝶酥, 但甜點則較為一般職員親切, 會幫忙拍攝, 整體環境同食物都不錯

Just had the most amazing early Mother's Day celebration at Café Bar on 8 , and I couldn't wait to share the love with all of you! 💕 Located at the elegant Two MacDonnell Road, this place truly knows how to make moms feel special.From May 10th to 12th, between 6 PM and 9 PM, Café Bar on 8 is offering a lovingly prepared meal priced at HK$788 for two! 😍 The menu is a culinary masterpiece, featuring a delightful blend of traditional flavors and contemporary twists.We started our feast with the aromatic and comforting boiled chicken soup with coconut. It was like a warm hug for the soul! 🍲 Then came the showstopper: a platter of grilled eel, suckling pig, and Spanish Iberico pork, all prepared in Chinese BBQ style. The flavors were out of this world! 🤤Next up, we indulged in the heavenly braised abalone, goose web, and mushroom. The combination of textures and flavors was pure perfection. 🍄 The deep-fried prawns with honey citron sauce were a delightful treat, crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. 😋We also loved the tender stewed chicken with ginger and shallot.
