I want to love this place as I love American pies. Last time I had a pistachio one and it was soggy. This time the banana pieces were blackened. I think it would have been better to freshly cut the banana pieces for the top when served. For $90 I feel it should be top quality. I am even forgiving their throw away thin paper plates. Their apple, pecan and pumpkin pies were good though.

🎂🎂What's your favourite birthday cake shop in town? Butter Cake Shop is for sure my top choice! They offer a generous selection of cakes including Red Velvet Cake, New York Cheesecake, Triple Choclate Cake, as well as the my all time fav — Carrot Cake!!!Not joking, the classic cream cheese-frosting of their signature Carrot Cake just makes my day. As you bite into the layers, you can feel the texture of the Pineapple Bits and Shredded Coconut inside! Trying it’s banana caramel pie this time and it’s such a treat! The sweet caramel and pastry cream with fresh banana and fresh cream, not super sweet and share between 2 hit the right spot! 星期五下午去左，原來依家有promotion https://blackseries.com.hk，3-5點期間可以$50買到$100嘅蛋糕，好抵呀！今次試咗佢嘅焦糖香蕉批，真係好好味！香脆嘅撻皮加上香濃嘅焦糖忌廉同新鮮香蕉同鮮奶油，唔會太甜，兩個人分啱啱好！

今日經過K11 Musea被這間蛋糕店的紅色的裝修吸引了，店舖放著各色各樣的蛋糕，外表非常吸引，有彩虹蛋糕，三重朱古力蛋糕，紅絲絨蛋糕等等，每一件看起來都好像很好吃的樣子，於是我便買下了一件彩虹蛋糕試試，是否如我想像中的美味。紅色的盒子好吸引，滿心歡喜地帶着蛋糕回家去。這是好傳統的牛油蛋糕的味道，加上大量的糖花焗制的餅底和充滿砂糖的奶油。真係好甜，每吃一口都等於砂糖一樣。如果喜歡吃甜的，可以試一試，睇吓你有冇sweet tooth.

第一眼就俾個格仔蛋糕吸引咗, 一定要試下 食物 : Checkerboard Cake Slice $100 ~ 個樣真係無得輸, 打卡一流, 但味道偏甜, 比較漏 Cake Shake $110 ~ 奶昔內加入蛋糕, 味道是香滑的, 不過都是太甜, 一杯奶昔兩個人也飲不完 環境 : 裝修好靚, 鮮紅色好搶眼, 坐位舒服, 地方乾淨 服務 : 員工有禮貌, 同客人有講有笑, 雖然不會講廣東話, 但溝通無問題 價錢 : HK$210/2人 (無加一服務費)
