喺元朗要搭西鐵,留喺商場間間餐廳都至少八九十蚊,咁去Food court 望望,睇落環境都唔錯,都有各類型的選擇。喺助點餐機,跟風跟前面學生妹買呢間,自己又跟風先。選左牛肝菌意粉,估唔到40蚊內有交易喎。見到店員不停手不斷炒意粉,意粉都係即炒的。上碟賣相就好踏實,裝飾嗰啲就無乜,都係炒完直接上碟咁。食落牛肝菌醬的味都幾濃,意粉比較粗,比預期中出色,軟硬度因為較粗,所以都相對硬少少,而份量都好大份,足夠飽肚。Food court 有靚紙杯提供飲用水供應,大家飲多啲水健康啲。 繼續閱讀

I tried the original flavor in the past so I decided to try their earl grey flavor. Just to clarify, this is Bove's souffle pancake but it seems only their original flavor has the signature bove logo.Given the price of souffle pancakes of many stores out there, for $42, this souffle pancake is quite good being quite fluffy though I admit it is not up airy level. However, the earl grey flavor did not stand out(even though I chose honey, the lightest sauce). It tasted just like the original flavor. I would have to say simply buy the original flavor if you want to try their pancakes.It also took quite sometime for the pancake to be made (around 20mins) so please prepare to wait a bit. 繼續閱讀

原味梳乎厘班㦸$36等左二十分鐘嘅pancake好乾,完全冇蛋味,淡而無味,中間有極少嘅半熟蛋漿。雖然話係空氣pancake  但係完全冇空氣感,過份厚實似食鬆糕多啲。由於乾真真,只好點焦糖醬,焦糖醬勁菇寒,食到最尾乾啃冇味pancake。只能說一分錢一分貨,$36 真係不能要求太多。服務方面都係黑口黑面咁,都好正常嘅。其實食過全香港最好食souffle pancake 一定係新蒲崗窩子,焦糖牛油配黑糖,一試難忘,最衰唔就腳。 繼續閱讀

Bove一路都係網紅打卡店,未搬入商場前佢啲梳乎厘就出名又靚又好食,後尾又因為係良心小店,引嚟唔少人幫襯打卡。一直對佢滿心期望,今日終於經過肚餓,又少人排隊,即刻買一個試下,點知就失望而回伯爵茶梳乎厘班戟(HKD42)話就話少人排,但落單之後都要等成半粒鐘。即整要等耐啲其實冇咩所謂,仲會好理解,不過半個鐘後俾pat咁嘅野我,真係不能接受😡先唔講話面頭冇左啲字冇咁靚,根本係成舊野塌左,唔講以為下面個塊咁薄係熱香餅。.望一望Poster嘅只供參考圖片:再望下揭開睇嘅實物:梳乎厘發唔起都算,佢根本大半舊都處於流質嘅狀態。上碟個位師傅咁都照樣起鑊擺碟、加蜜糖、嗌number俾我地,都真係幾唔顧及客人感受。下面嘅液體(蛋漿?!粉漿?!)自然避開唔食,但僥存嘅固體都唔係熟透哂,入口就似係俾浸滿汁液、濕答答嘅海綿蛋糕咁,相當之嘔心。忽略口感,調味方面唔太甜係唔錯嘅,不過伯爵茶味來源於一粒粒似係茶葉嘅顆粒,或者配搭正常梳乎厘冇問題,但今次配埋個粉粉地嘅蛋漿質感,就完全俾我體驗到咩係粗糙。常幫條脷磨砂的話不妨一試。 繼續閱讀

老公突然想食梳乎厘咁yoho得一間小店有之前食過雞蛋仔都正正常常就幫襯下佢😋佢同我哋講等二十分鐘有咁我哋都預咗等都的確係等咗差唔多多過20分鐘等咗咁耐都好期待食梳乎厘點知一食就不了...😞首先完全唔係梳乎厘嘅空氣感!表皮亦都比平時嘅梳乎厘硬!好似食緊蛋糕咁!相信食紙包蛋糕都畀佢更輕盈!唯一好既係佢嘅味道都唔錯嘅幾香都有蛋香味蜂蜜味都有啲花香嘅味道咁如果你想食蛋糕嘅就可以食佢囉不過梳乎呢就拜拜啦!可以講食梳乎厘真係一分價錢一分貨🤷 繼續閱讀
