星期日同家人去Bouilabaisse食Dinner,一行四人,一入門口見不到服務員,只見到2個cook在收銀機位,可能因為無人客,過了一會兒才有人叫我地坐下來但是不太好語氣(forget it.叫嘢食)order咗2客gosseliver($138)(不太脆十分melt)2客ceasar salad($65)都可以(但無特別)跟住2個bouillabaisse($178)分4份(D海鮮不太新鮮,湯底無什麼味但十分傑)sherbet好似冰碎,主菜叫了2個扒肉眼($185)5成熟但已7-8成熟肉地不太好跟沙律及薯仔,1個鴨胸($178)7成熟都ok嗱,1条燒seabass($178)都幾好我本來想問個waiter条魚是是法國運到的但我呀媽己話在街市$20一条加州鱸(唔該晒媽咪).無order甜品,waiter又無笑容唔使指擬我再來.

It was a night to remember!As soon as you come in, you leave Hong Kong life behind you to enter the ambiance found only in France.Candle lights, soft music and a menu which makes you salivate.I got some wine, recommended by the waiter, for a fair price but an excellent choice, the food was real good and the overall experience, a definite go back soon.Thank you for that!I give full marks !!!

this restaurant is the best in soho.First, service is good, waiters are nice with smile. Gourant dinner$290( + 10% service charge) with 4 courses and tea or coffee and a glass of(not bad) house wine (well, you will find the meal is really worth more!). seafood platter is good , main course has a few selections to choose from, they like to use high quality materials for preparing delicious food. the menu will change every 1 or 2 months. most of all, i especially love their Rack of lamb absolu

坐低左一陣, 睇左一陣menu, 經理埋黎幫我地落單啦...叫左兩隻belon, 兩隻fine de claire (唔sure, 太耐啦)...兩塊香煎鵝肝, 招牌菜(湯)Bouillabaisse, 再加一隻鵪鶉...落單o既時候...已經覺得好怪...一路落單...個類似經理o既人好似心不在焉...我一路講野佢係咁周圍望...落完單...諗住算啦...睇下d 野食點先...

先上o既係d蠔....都唔錯~~不過我都係鐘意fine de claire 多d. 食完蠔, 上左個鵝肝, 好香口~~好好味~~
食完appetizer, 上左個Bouillabaisse, 賣相幾ok 啦, d 海鮮同個"汁"都好好味~~但係呢~~d "汁"就略為少左d lor~~哈~~ ~$175 share 幾抵食...

上main之前黎個sherbet先, 其實個sherbet 本身都幾好味...好清新...食完sherbet...上隻鵪鶉啦...隻鵪鶉不過不失啦...冇乜surprise....

食完抖左一陣, 叫左杯咖啡, 同朱古力軟心蛋糕...咖啡ok, 朱古力軟心蛋糕就真係一流...比a la maison 有過之而無不及...

到最精彩o個part 啦...埋單...$930...咁緊係碌咭啦...一路埋單o個陣, 個類似經理o既人都係冇正面望過我地一眼, 係咁o係度周圍望, 好似身有屎咁. 簽完張單, 佢o羅番底單之後, 竟然係依然o係度周圍望, 再用兩隻手指夾住張咭俾番我lor. o係一間咁o既餐廳, 你收得我咁o既錢, 我諗識得基本禮儀o既人都會識得望住顧客, 再好有禮貌咁(雙手)遞番張信用咭過黎lor. 去過咁多餐廳食野, 今次都算大開眼界.

總括黎講, 食物ok, service 同茶餐廳冇分別. 抵唔抵就見仁見智啦.

點樣差法﹐等我講過你知。

主菜只有兩個選擇﹐龍俐魚和火腿扁意粉﹐要羊扒另加$35。朋友要了龍俐魚﹐吃了幾口不斷吐出類似骨的物體﹐個魚看上去已經唔新鮮﹐朋友說真的非常難吃﹐魚肉很霉﹐又乾﹐個汁又唔好味。

至於我的火腿扁意粉﹐上來個樣惦惦地﹐食落又係乾爭爭﹐火腿很少﹐又沒有其他配菜﹐可以說係差都嘔﹗

講到服務﹐看番前一個食友ck的評論﹐覺得佢非常中肯﹐一語中的。餐廳經理態度奇差﹐對回應完全冇禮貌﹐呼呼喝喝咁﹐至於唯一的女侍應﹐係有時有小小笑容﹐但上碟時大力放在臺面﹐而且對我地的要求黑口黑面。

總括而言﹐如果餐廳老闆有幸看到我的食評﹐應該炒左廚房果個--食物難食﹐不新鮮﹐完全唔識煮野食--- 之後炒埋個女侍應--待客不周﹐態度惡劣﹐最後炒埋個經理--自以為是﹐態度傲慢﹗﹗

至於題目點解叫世上只有﹐因為近期首歌紅囉﹐另外如果世上淨番佢一家餐廳﹐我寧願餓死﹐都唔幫親﹔係咁話喇﹗

Food: Fair. I can only say the salad and the soup is the most outstanding. Goose liver just so-so. Soufflis too sweet.Services: the manager is very cool and kind of rude in answering our questions.Food quality is okay but I was disappointed by their services .

湯- 我o地兩個都要蟹肉濃湯,好濃好滑,好正~ 加o左d洋蔥碎,有d咬口,唔錯!
煎鵝肝- 兩件,厚度o岩o岩好(好唔鍾意d餐廳切得太薄,煎鵝肝就係要食外面脆中間半溶o既口感,切得太薄點食到呢?),味夠濃,配埋berry sauce, 正~
Sherbet - 係橙味...唔係,應該係綠寶味先真~ texture似碎冰堆多過sherbet~

朋友o既主菜法式油鴨胸- 鴨胸醃得好香濃,個sauce配合得唔錯!
我o既主菜燒羊架medium rare - 一客三件~ 真係medium rare, 羊肉呈淡紅色,肉質好tender好juicy! 配埋好好味o既sauce, 正~
Souffle - 一向對依個甜品無咩興趣,但外形夠高夠靚,味道都ok喇~
咖啡- 敗筆.... 好水,無咖啡味,得個苦字~ 飲o左少少就放低.....
發覺依度o既sauce做得好好,味道好能夠配合食物本身o既味道,唔會太搶又好味~
仲有一樣想讚o既係沙律菜好新鮮~ 可能你會覺得依樣好簡單做到,但偏偏好多高級餐廳做唔到.....

Service唔錯~

依度絕對係o岩拍拖o既餐廳~ 但係佢o地播o既音樂,雖然係慢板音樂,但太耳熟能詳啦,有d俗,如果櫬番間餐廳播法國歌/音樂就好好多~ 仲有去洗手間條路應該執執佢,唔好好似茶餐廳咁.....

本來係我請,但朋友o係我去洗手間時埋o左單,真係唔好意思.... (所以唔知幾錢埋單) 多謝晒呀~~~~ ^o^

今晚和朋友去吃了set for 2 的dinner,很少人,現場多是情侶.個Appetizer (海鮮拼盤) 好正,麵包好味,鵝肝冇得頂,蟹肉濃湯好多蟹肉,sorbert 味道清新,三文魚墨魚汁麵wonderful,鴨胸夠嫩,紅酒醉人,souffle 絕對是自己很難做得咁好的水準.雖然是貴一點,但絕對是法國菜No.1 之選.

lunchtime, 唔知係咪門口比較黑, 冇咩人,但係set lunch 都唔錯, 亦幾抵食,garlic bread 好脆好好味maincourses are fine未試dessert.下次會再來.

As a read your web-site, I went there with my husband to celebrate his birthday...It's a great choice!The total atmosphere is so good, although there had one table with 8-10 people whose spoke loudly, their voices almost surround the whole area, but I think it's okay la because it's not a 5-star hotel, you can enjoy yr dinner freely...We ordered:1 Bouilabaisse $ 178.001 Barbarie Duck $ 175.006 Fine De Claire Cold-Oyster $ 198.00(Free W.Wine)2 Cappuccino

The Gooseliver is Great & the Oysters are also very fresh,but the Cappuccino just so so ,the soup is okay and the Barbarie Duck I think is okay, the taste is good,the size as fit as one mouth size.

Overall,

Bouillabaisse ---- 3.5 STARS
Barbarie Duck --- 4.5 STARS
Gooseliver ------- 5 STARS
Cappuccino ------ 2 STARS
Oyster ------------ 5 STARS

Table for 2. very nice food. ordered cappracho---too thick but very good taste. ordered seafood soup, just here because of this, taste good, but not expected. The taste is less with saffron, and squid , the soup should be black in color. toast should be placed as the bottom layer. Also, the soup is too thick.however, should be almost the best seafood soup i have tried in Hong Kong.ordered house white wine-- nice.

Its lunch set (around $100) consists of a smk. salmon salad or cold soup, main course (angel hair w/shrimp or pan-fried tuna steak), dessert of the day & a drink. An extra $28 for changing the dessert of the day to souffle. The food is OK, but the choco souffle is absolutely delicious & excellent. It is rich & not too moist.
