Bro and I certainly deserved some yummy carbs after an intense gym session. Always room for a 菠蘿包, and loved the concept of adding protein to it.Arrived for lunch at 12:30pm. Outdoor seating didn’t seem appealing at 33 degrees.Only 2 seats indoors with aircon, which miraculously became available after we ordered. Friendly cashier explained that the crowds would come later.Some lunch sets to choose from but we decided to go for a 包 each, with the pick your own combo.With a bit of 選擇困難症 , friendly cashier explained that most ppl picked the beef, which was already cut into strips or chicken. She also explained that their buns were freshly made in a factory using their secret recipe.Bro ordered the beef with satay sauce and bacon.I ordered the beef with fried egg and cheese, no sauce. Couldn’t really taste the cheese but loved the flavor balance between the sweet bun and the savory meat. Egg was fluffy. Crispy crusty crumbs were satisfying.Friendly cashier recommended the cold black coffee with pineapple, but sounded too acidic to me.In summary: eatery did an excellent job in taking a crave-worthy classic to the utmost level. 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

再差嘅天氣都冇咗我同朋友捐窿捐罅飲飲食食😂同朋友去咗一間中環小舖試咗港式菠蘿包漢堡,真係特登慕名而去,所以有嘢想講🙌🏻第一下一定覺得餐廳個定位好奇怪,啲人一聽到菠蘿包就會覺得係平嘢,例如早餐嗰啲$10一個嘅,但你賣成$70-80蚊一個包😅到手先發現其實佢係一個burger漢堡,咁理解就唔會覺得咁貴🤡可能呢個係香港人嘅認知落差問題,又或者佢主打外國人生意,鍾意呢啲fusion食物嘅創意🙌🏻間舖頭裝修好有風格,紅白色格調搶眼,但鋪面真係好細,主要做外賣,門口有位但唔多🫠嗰日去到有啲雨,舖頭又冇帳篷,如果要喺門口食真係少少狼狽,淋濕咗都唔舒服😓 而且夏天天氣焗到出汗,一路食一路出汗🥲真係有啲辛苦,建議大家唔好似我哋咁衝動喺度試,搵個涼快地方外賣返去食會好啲🙂↕️-🌟菠蘿包漢堡 $64我冇揀佢嘅套餐,揀咗自選,揀咗炸魚柳、炒蛋、蜜糖芥末醬汁🌈-

菠蘿包喺香港嘅傳統美食,Bolo Bolo 店主將呢款本土美食融入西式漢堡包,整成美味而別具特色嘅菠蘿包漢堡。Bolo Bolo 主打四款菠蘿包漢堡組合,分別係「早餐A」、「高蛋白餐」、「三粒牛丸餐」、「好多魚餐」。另外仲有一個「是但啦」,即係是日精選,同埋「自己砌」。當日我就揀咗「自己砌」。主菜:牛扒配菜:炒蛋白+芝士醬汁:自家沙嗲醬小食:炸鱈魚燒賣飲品:凍Bolo菠蘿茶菠蘿包漢堡上枱時還是熱乎乎的。菠蘿包脹卜卜,烤至微微脆身,最外層菠蘿皮微甜酥脆。牛扒煎香切成片,肉質軟嫩,加上自家製嘅沙嗲醬,味道獨特有層次,配上雙層芝士和炒蛋白,美味可口,大推❤️😋店主見我地第一次幫襯,極力推介炸鱈魚燒賣,此店獨有,一試,果然難忘。炸鱈魚燒賣外型圓轆轆似魚蛋,口感彈牙,而且帶有魚香味,加上小店附上自家製辣醬,層次感再提升😋😋果然冇介紹錯!最後點了一杯凍Bolo菠蘿茶消滯解暑,淡淡菠蘿茶香👍🏻BOLO BOLO (中環)地址:中環蘭桂坊和安里8號地舖

自己砌菠蘿包 - 牛扒 $84(蜜糖芥末醬)外皮好鬆脆 係高質嘅菠蘿包估唔到有咁大塊牛扒份量都幾多同埋已經切開咗 食落幾方便牛扒都幾juicy 估唔到同個醬幾夾以依個價錢嚟講 份量同質素都算係咁煙肉 +$10 $10有2片煙肉 無咩事可以唔加鮮牛油 +$5 層牛油大塊到呢 又厚到呢🦦連埋菠蘿包食 好味到呢🥹自私炸牛丸 $25$25有3粒牛丸 就係好普通好普通嘅牛丸😂😂😂我都唔知點解會嗌🫠個秘製醬辣辣哋 係幾惹味幾好食嘅 但下次未必會再嗌

近期成日睇IG見人講呢間波蘿包漢堡店,賣相吸引,所以專程由新界出城嚟中環試吓佢🤓Menu有5款餐,你亦可以揀自由配搭嘅burger,同其他單點食物、飲品。今日我揀咗高蛋白餐,個餐包括黑醋蛋雞堡+炸鱈魚燒賣+凍Bolo菠蘿茶黑醋蛋雞堡個蛋好滑,雞扒好大塊厚身,多汁嫩滑,主角係個波蘿包,波蘿皮甜度剛好,夠脆,一口咬落去出奇冇散開,好正😋👍🏻炸鱈魚燒賣都意外地好食,同平時啲魚肉燒賣比較,呢個會爽身少少,但最正係佢個沙嗲汁,好好味,又同個燒賣好夾👍🏻最後係凍Bolo菠蘿茶,有片乾波蘿做裝飾,飲落甜度剛好👍🏻店員好有禮貌,其中一位唔知係咪老闆,主動問我啲食物覺得點,係點樣知道佢哋呢間舖,仲傾咗陣計,好有心😊
