周日晚上和老公到大埔舊墟搵食, 我們都愛光顧街頭小店,有些小店麻雀雖小,五臟俱全,努力做好食物和環境,還有點人情味!這餐廳叫Blue House ,藍白色的簡約設計,帶點海洋感覺。座位不算多,但環境頗舒適。播放著悠揚悅耳的爵士樂曲,令人心情開朗,食慾也增加!菜式選擇不太多,但實惠之中有美味之選,又可配搭不同的前菜。招牌菜以牛乳和意粉為主打。芝麻醬溫泉蛋沙律 $18~小食/前菜單點$36元,若點一個主菜+$18 可配一款,十分優惠!潤滑的溫泉蛋散發著蛋香,配新鮮的蕃茄、生菜、粟米、紫椰菜,口感清新! 伴以胡麻醬,人見人愛!和風雞軟骨餃子$18~薄薄的金黃色外皮,包著多汁的雞軟骨餡料,香脆美味卻不膩, 加了海苔、木魚碎、蛋黃醬更美味,很有水準!愛知縣南瓜鮮蝦牛乳意粉 $78~南瓜是我特别喜愛的食物。蝦肉爽口、意粉頗彈牙,加了牛乳,雖然不算很滑,但有牛乳香而且口感不錯,與甜美的南瓜片和香草配搭得很好!自家和風牛肉炒麵$78 ~牛肉肥瘦適中,脂肪比例均匀,肉質軟嫩!以自家秘製醬料烹調,賣相有點中式風味,竟然還有"鑊氣",做得好,十分美味!橙汁 +$6 ~巨峰提子梳化+$6 ~加+ $6 低甜日本果汁飲品。門面通透,設計别緻見心思。等侯區有柔和的彩色座位。最難忘是有輕快的爵士樂曲伴著進餐! 繼續閱讀

成日一落小巴都會見到依間餐廳排晒隊,今日早左收工,又有啲肚餓一於同男朋友去食飯。主要係意粉同滑蛋飯為主。款式唔算好多,但樣樣都好吸引。香煎百里香厚切豬扒($78)豬扒好多汁👍🏻煎得好香之餘一啲都唔乾,仲要配埋粗薯條,一流呀!香煎帶子明太子牛乳意粉($88)意粉好creamy帶子都好新鮮👍🏻 繼續閱讀

今日星期日,適逢撐黃店日,見黃店地圖有呢間Blue House,一於就試試。點知由門口到入面一張黃既內容都無,家母仲問我點解要食呢間🥺隔離麵包鋪議員poster都有,呢間連少少黃都無🥺希望會做多少少,始終野食好食好想懲罰你😈-到左前面有三位等梗,但因為未齊人,我同屋企人四個齊哂就直接有得入先~大家記得啦-Weekend竟然會有Lunch Set😍叫左L1,L2,L5,L8仲有個小食-明太子薯條。L1 蜆肉蟹棒明太子魷魚意粉($62)-店鋪主打3.7牛乳當然要試試,家父表示意粉偏硬,但我同家兄都表示啱啱好夠哂口感!蟹棒2隻蜆肉8隻左右,香濃牛乳味,正。L2烤菇黑松露牛乳意粉($58)-呢個相對頭先果個無咁重牛乳味,不過好香黑松露味,烤菇就麻麻地,係類似薄切雞髀菇,不過意粉非常creamy,平價之選。L5咖喱滑蛋飯烤雞($64)-滑蛋非常出色,家父仲話一定落左勁多牛油勁香又滑!咖哩係屬於日本甜咖喱,唔算太濃但都好好送飯,雞扒非常入味香脆,最大敗筆係個米飯🤢飯桶表示失望,個飯好似用左日本味,但煮到一舊舊。L6醬烤豬肋骨配美式薯條($72)-唔知無曬薯條定點竟然轉左做飯,店員哥哥太忙定我無留意,飯面頭唧左少少沙津醬。太快手食哂無影相,有5舊豬肋骨左右,非常入味。但就有少少難送飯。小食- 明太子薯條($42)-我食左一大半先影!我食左一大半先影!我食左一大半先影!好食!最中意食粗薯條,個醬我都中意食!估唔到個特飲係咁樣一大枝既熱情果茶,味道唔錯!4個餐一大枝full size每人都有杯半左右。總結,平價好食西餐廳!推薦大埔人黎食佢,希望佢黃啲我就食得開心啲😻😻 繼續閱讀

This is not the first time for me to visit this store. Last time was tea time on weekend while tonight is evening on a week day. Today is another tiring week day but food in this restaurant is good enough to comfort me. Tonight I ordered (forgotten the real name of the dish but these are things that I tasted):1/ Specgetti in spinach and pumpkin sause with grilled pumpkin (Strange! Photo cannot be added to this page, o_o, why?)The grilled pumpkin slices got crispy outer layer, AND tender inner. Remember, those are slices, which means they are thin. But I can still taste difference of the inner and outer texture, especially when it is hot . Specgetti and the sweet sauce are well mixed, which not much sauce left on plate when I finished them. They matched each other so well, that I couldn't help comsuming the whole portion (I hence is further motivated to go for workout tomorrow, too much carbs for me ).2/ Chicken wings in honey sauceI tasted and smelled caramel pop corns when the honey sauce get close to me! 新開的小店本來諗住去試試用日本牛乳整的意粉但見到今日特選係 厚切豬扒 咁就trytry啦一黎真係嚇一跳!好厚好大俾!但好好切同好好味!食到勁飽!真係2個人食都無問題! 繼續閱讀
