今日一早起身想搵早餐食,行過Blend and Grind, 望下個餐牌,望下個門面,比我一個好chill既感覺,決定行入去,搵左個自己鍾意既位坐低。 經理好友善,走過來打招呼,介紹自己,介紹舖頭signature 。我本來係open rice 搵到有興趣既dish,但係menu 搵唔到,他解釋可能係上一手其他人試過留言或灣仔分店。簡單幾句交流,好有去左外國餐廳食野既氣氛(當然呢間更有中西文化融合)。 第一次過來食,經歷非常良好,經理準備左個少少acai bowl, 實在有驚喜。感恩職員, 感恩blend and grind. 祝生意越做越旺。

My friends and I walked into Blend & Grind with high expectations, only to be met with such horrendous service. The manager made insulting remarks about our intelligence when we politely asked for separate checks. The manager clearly did not understand what 'individual checks' meant, and how we wanted to pay separately instead of having one person cover the entire bill. However, our clarification was met with mockery, rendering us speechless. Imagine being called a '14-year-old' as an adult within this context. Not to mention, the drink he made was well below my expectations, to put it nicely.

睇個名以為係啡店,見到有食評建議避雷。入店內好有趣,店員唔會同你打招呼,唔會問你幾多位,而會問can I help you,咁我係咪要答… 你可唔可以幫我安排個位幫我準備食物,因為我肚餓?嗌咗buffalo wings 同smoothie ,雞翼就似烚熟,然後load醬嘅feel,而smoothie就係7–11思樂冰,飲落水水哋有少碎冰,完全唔smooth。如果真係想飲啡,附近有老店有小店有打卡名店。如果唔想聽講睇英文,呢間可以skip。

我最近下午1:30去咗 Blend & Grind,原本諗住可以輕鬆咁度過個下午。可惜,我嘅經歷真係好失望。雖然咖啡店唔係好忙,有好多空位,外面又冇人等,但服務員堅持要我哋走,話高峰時段有90分鐘嘅用餐限制。呢件事真係好唔開心,因為明顯唔係高峰時段,我哋感覺好似畀人趕走,完全唔可以好好享受我哋嘅餐點。更糟糕嘅係,其他比我哋早到嘅客人可以坐耐啲,但員工只係叫我哋走。佢哋好似唔歡迎用筆記本電腦嘅人,呢件事令我哋更加唔舒服。另外,食物真係唔係好好。所有嘢嘅味道都好似,冇乜特色,飲品仲苦過平時。我哋甚至點咗額外嘅飲品,因為覺得唔好意思可能要坐耐啲。最差嘅係,服務員冇問過我哋就攞走咗我哋未飲完嘅飲品,真係好粗魯,令我哋嘅體驗更加差。雖然環境幾好,但喺非高峰時段嚴格執行呢個政策,加上平庸嘅食物同飲品,真係令我哋好唔開心。我希望管理層可以重新考慮呢個做法,確保所有客人都有更愉快嘅體驗。I recently visited Blend & Grind at 13:30, looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Despite the cafe not being busy, with plenty of available seats and no one waiting outside, the waiter insisted that we leave, citing their policy of a 90-minute dining limit during peak hours. This was frustrating as it was clearly not peak hour, and we felt rushed and unable to fully enjoy our meal. To make matters worse, other customers who arrived earlier than us were allowed to stay longer, but the staff only asked us to leave. It also seemed like they were not welcoming people who were using laptops, which added to the discomfort.Additionally, the food was not impressive. Everything tasted quite similar, lacking distinct flavors, and the drinks were unusually bitter. We even ordered extra drinks, feeling bad that we might need to sit longer. To top it off, the waitress took away our unfinished drinks without asking, which was quite rude and added to the negative experience. While the ambiance was pleasant, the rigid enforcement of this policy during non-peak hours and the mediocre food and drinks left a sour taste in our mouths. I hope the management can reconsider this approach to ensure a more enjoyable experience for all customers.
