周日的晚上,風雨飄搖,選了較為平靜的小店,店的裝飾不錯,樓底高,氣氛舒閒。店員禮貌,也建議了店的signature dishes。四人點了三個前菜,三個主菜,喝了三瓶紅白酒,份量不少,甜品也吃不下了。味道很不錯,尤其喜歡那煙乳鴿沙律。價錢不便宜,但味道對得起😀 繼續閱讀

I heard so many good reviews about this cozy french bistro prior to tonite’s visit. Therefore, I came to this restaurant with a rather high expectation, and very luckily, it didn’t fail me. We had a clams mariniere and an onion soup to start. The clam were very fresh and went very well with the white wine sauce. This dish definitely outperformed a Chinese version alternative-豉椒炒蜆 which the sauce often takes over the raw fresh taste of the ingredients. But this one is able to retain the inherent taste of the clams and the sauce just elevated the raw freshness instead of dominating it. The soup is very sweet, excellent! The beef was very juicy and rich in flavours. I really liked the sweet plumy-wine sauce on the side. Very refreshing. The lobster pasta was another must-try. They were quite generous with the portion considering its price. The lobster was fresh, sweet and succulent. But it was the sauce that wowed me the most. The sauce was hinted with a bit herbal aroma which accentuated the lobster’s taste and toned down the fishy smell a little bit. Excellent! 繼續閱讀

Great meal & full of surprises. Good environment & warm service. All dishes was well cooked & presented; however, we missed the most signature dish (rosated chicken) as we didn't reserve in advanced. Definitely will be backHighly recommended. 繼續閱讀

猶豫這次是我男友生日,所以選了一間比較有氣氛,稍微高級又不會太貴的法國小酒館吃飯。一進去餐廳服務員熱情打招呼,馬上來一杯白酒跟一杯紅酒,非常適合約會的氣氛馬上點了幾道網路評價高的餐點,第一道BDV's White Onion Soup 白洋蔥湯,一口喝下去完全是洋蔥熬製而成的湯,非常清甜好喝,沾一點餐前麵包,超讚的。第二道Clams Mariniere 沒錯就是我個人最愛吃的蛤蠣,不管去哪個店我都是必點之一的海鮮,鍋蓋打開,完全散發一種白酒海鮮的香氣,一之下去蛤蠣的汁噴出來的那種感覺,真的好吃到無法形容。第三道Baby Suckling Pig, Pickled Cabbage, Apples, 就是烤豬,超級脆香裡面豬肉香氣迷人又好吃,旁邊有搭配研製蘋果,跟豬肉一起吃完全不油不膩,完全可以吃出主廚的用心,給廚師一個很大的讚。第四道Sauteed Lobster Linguine龍蝦義大利麵這道龍蝦義大利麵一口吃下去,真的驚嚇到龍蝦的肉汁完全復泥在義大利麵上,就連單純吃麵條都超級好吃,非常喜歡。本來我們還想再點甜點,但是真的好飽,小鳥胃的我們只能下次再度光臨了。非常愉快的晚餐 繼續閱讀

朋友推介到西環Bistro飯聚裝潢風格完完全全地道「法國小酒館」 “traditional french style”店員殷勤服務,對選擇困難症嘅我推介菜式酒水;用餐後,外籍chef更從廚房出嚟聽取食客意見,令人心生好感Menu選擇簡單,令小店容易控制品質煎焗amadai (馬頭魚)~煎到每片魚鱗豎起,皮脆肉嫩有鮮味,令人食指大動烤焗乳豬~不油不膩,外脆內嫩有肉香白酒煮蜆~隻隻飽滿多汁,香味四溢,簡單美味very nice煙燻鴿肉紅菜頭菠菜沙律~少有嘅燻鴿沙律,味道清新烤全雞~即叫即煮需時60分鐘;皮烤得香脆,長時間烹調雞胸仍嫩滑唔dry我對小店「情有獨鍾」,某程度上因為小店生存空間越嚟越窄,所以味道、環境、服務~都會「口下留情」 繼續閱讀
