Tried “Binger Gelato” today — a new ice cream shop that opened just a few months ago, in January 2025. My daughter actually spotted it back in February, and I finally got around to trying it!I had one scoop of Pistachio Trinacria in a cone — freshly made in-house, super creamy, and full of rich pistachio flavour. Really yummy The shop is small but welcoming, with a clean, modern look. It’s a self-serve kiosk and they don’t take cash, so make sure you have your Octopus card or another digital pay

One thing I really liked — they placed a pretty floral-shaped paper sleeve around the cone to catch any drips. What a smart idea! It kept my hands clean and added a charming little detail to the experience
I do wish the scoop was a little more generous, but the quality definitely shines through. Can’t wait to go back and try more flavours — hopefully they’ll launch more fruit sorbets for the hot summer ahead
