Jia將以前Ham & Sherry的位置, 改或了Bibi & Baba, 主打的是娘惹菜, 娘惹這個字, 簡單來說就是馬拉人和華人的混血女性, 而這裡的菜式沒有肉骨茶和海南雞飯, 主打的就是傳統的娘惹喇沙, 椰汁飯及小菜如小金杯. 餐廳主理人是星加坡的私房菜組合Pasir Panjang Boy, 最搶眼的是他們Shocking Pink之髮色. 餐廳裝橫就和他們的髮色一樣, 夠潮夠型.娘惹喇沙其實就是咖喱喇沙的一個主流派別, 以椰奶和咖喱為湯底主軸, 這裡湯頭的味道很濃, 椰奶夠濃而咖喱夠香, 湯頭口感夠滑, 辣勁很強, 是因為其自家製參巴醬, 但辣得來帶鹹香, 不會只是麻痹你的味覺, 算是令人滿意. 配料有蝦肉, 魚片以及雞蛋, 最重要是吸汁能力夠強的油豆腐, 份量可以再多一點就好, 畢竟收費過百的喇沙, 在香港來說應該是定價偏向高昂的級別. 米粉切得有點碎, 用匙羹比用筷子更方便進食, 這種表達方式則有點像加東喇沙, 相對偏向星加坡的風格就是, 這裏就有點不太娘惹了. 繼續閱讀

A friend and I ate here for lunch a few days ago and really enjoyed our time. The vibe of the place is casual and upbeat and the food is delicious and well presented. As for the authenticity, I’m not an expert — but my friend is Malaysian and gave everything the thumbs up. (The only issue was that he said the desert should be way more sugary.) i’ll attach photos of what we had to the review but really I can recommend each of the dishes. “Penang Prawn Mee”($102)“Bandung”($48)呢間開咗冇耐嘅新加坡餐廳裝修好靚☺️Lunch time經過成日都排長龍🤧早幾日經過見門口冇人等即刻入咗去食🤣叫咗碗檳城蝦麵試試🦐呢道嘅蝦麵麵底係油麵加米粉☺️配料有鮮蝦🦐魚片🐟豬肩肉🐷蛋🍳湯底用蝦頭同豬骨熬成加埋峇拉煎辣椒粉🌶味道夠哂香濃惹味🤤不過略嫌麵嘅份量比較少男仔應該會唔夠食😂飲品為咗個靚靚粉紅紙盒💕叫咗呢杯bandung玫瑰露🌹飲品係由玫瑰糖漿加淡奶整成☺️味道唔會話太假太藥水紙盒份量仲夠哂多😆倒咗幾次先飲哂😆 繼續閱讀

我在灣仔一帶都食過好多東南亞餐廳,Bibi & Baba絕對係其中一間值得推介嘅餐廳。雖然價錢小貴,但係食物同埋環境都好有質素。裝修以現代工業風作主調,大部份位都係吧枱,清楚睇到廚房入邊嘅一舉一動,確保食物衞生同埋新鮮程度😝今次我主要叫咗一份午餐、一個小食同埋一份甜品-1. Nasi Lemak星馬菜經典中嘅經典,外表唔係好討好,但係食落就停唔到口。當中辣味加埋鮮甜嘅醬汁,唔使雞髀就咁撈飯食都食得晒碗飯。未食過嘅朋友真係應該試吓。2. Ngor Hiang簡單來講係豬肉、馬蹄同蜜餞冬瓜腐皮卷。香脆可口。口感略嫌實左啲,如果可以多d馬蹄可能好食啲。3. Chendol沙冰椰奶上面加上綠色粉條,賣相都幾有特色,好有東南亞嘅感覺。椰香味好濃,消暑解渴一流。 繼續閱讀

Was expecting it as a ordinary savoury dish, but the fresh crunchy water chestnut added a kick of sweetness, which gives a nice balanced flavour. 最受歡迎的小金杯剛好售罄隨着店員的推薦我們點了這道五香 馬拉風味的腐皮卷裡面包含了馬蹄非常爽脆清甜 配着芫荽吃超正𝙇𝙖𝙠𝙨𝙖 叻沙 ①⓪②𝙋𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣 𝙈𝙚𝙚 檳城蝦麵 ①⓪②As a noodles maniac, I decided to have both Laksa Noodles and Penang Prawn Mee.The Laksa soup is so rich, and I like the coconut broth so much. The Prawn Tee is slightly spicy but it’s alright for me as I’m always fond of spicy food. To me, I was hoping for a more prawny broth, but it was still tasty with the pork flavour solely.
