今次我同朋友去咗Bhc Chicken試下佢哋嘅炸雞同小食。雖然呢間舖頭好出名,但係今次嘅經驗就有啲參差。
我哋叫咗芝士薯條、芝士雞翼同埋玫瑰醬年糕。芝士薯條係幾好食嘅,薯條炸到啱啱好,外脆內軟,配埋濃濃嘅芝士粉. 
芝士雞翼同雞鎚12隻,但係就有啲失望。個皮有啲厚,搞到啲肉吸唔到啲味。雖然雞肉都仲算係滑,但係成體感覺就係欠缺咗啲味道。可能如果個皮薄啲,會更加好。
玫瑰醬年糕就更加唔得。個玫瑰醬只係得辣味,完全食唔到玫瑰嘅香味,感覺有啲漏。年糕本身質感幾好,但係因為個醬嘅問題,成個感覺就好似爭咁啲咩。
另外,舖頭環境有啲嘈,音樂開得好大聲,基本上我同朋友都冇得傾偈。呢個都係一個好大嘅扣分位。
唯一好嘅就係而家做緊優惠,只要喺IG story post就有得送一杯汽水,都算係一個小驚喜。
總言之,Bhc Chicken有啲嘢食係幾好,但係今次呢幾樣就真係唔係好得。希望佢哋可以改善下啲調味同環境。 繼續閱讀

Recalling trying this deep fried chicken in Jeju Island was absolutely delicious with long queue. Recommended by my fd with unlimited sitting time, we visited with no queue. Restaurant was spacious. Orders made via QR code. Self serve cutlery and water. Orders served quickly. Deep fried cheeseballs look promising. Crunchy batter with oozing out melted cheese. Lightly savoury. Very delicious. Deep fried cheese batter boneless chicken was okay. Crunchy skin with moist chicken meat. Despite messy to eat, this is how eating a deep fried chicken would be. Sadly not as cheesy as I thought it would be just the loaded cheesy powder. Wish to have extra seasoning on the cheese powder or maybe some kind of sauce. Fries were extra added for a chill bite. Crispy but again same seasoning as the deep fried chicken and the cheeseball. Kind of boring to eat. Overall, restaurant was quite quiet that not as atmospheric as the Korean one. Good place for a chill. Maybe next time order different flavour of chicken would be more interesting to keep eating. It was okay anyway. 繼續閱讀

【酥脆與肉香的完美交響——深夜食堂炸雞體驗記】推開玻璃門的瞬間,空氣中浮動的孜然香氣便勾動了食慾。這家巷弄名店的招牌炸雞在鐵籃中堆成金黃小山,表皮炸出細密氣泡形成的鎧甲,酥脆程度竟能抵抗外送盒的濕氣長達半小時。咬下瞬間先是聽到「喀嚓」的酥裂聲響,接著滾燙肉汁裹著醃料香在舌尖迸發,雞腿肉纖維間滲出的琥珀色汁水證明恰到好處的油溫控制。特調醃料在甜辣中藏著檸檬草清香,與厚重麵衣形成絕妙平衡。最驚豔的是鎖在骨邊的三角軟骨,經高溫淬鍊出類似豬油渣的焦香脆感,配著冰鎮啤酒,簡直是罪惡感滿點的深夜救贖。若說缺點,大概就是指尖殘留的辛香料氣味,讓人隔日上班時仍忍不住偷偷回味昨夜狂歡。 繼續閱讀
