We recently explored the newly opened BAKERY BY THE GRAND at Hopewell Mall , conveniently located near the lift entrance by Ship Street Park. This charming café offers a cozy atmosphere and a delightful menu.We started our meal with the Roasted Chicken Breast with House Salad, perfectly paired with local honey and sweet kumquat sauce. My favorite was their local produced honeycomb. It was a refreshing and flavorful dish! 🥗🍯We also tried the Daily Soup, which was a comforting addition to our meal. For an unforgettable experience, we pre-ordered the Distinction Gold Pigeon for 2—a true culinary masterpiece that was worth the anticipation! 🕊️✨To satisfy our sweet tooth, we indulged in the Lemon and Pineapple Honey Mousse with honey ice cream, which provided a lovely balance of flavors. 🍋🍍🍨Additionally, we enjoyed their latte and americano, both crafted to perfection. ☕❤️After our meal, we took a stroll to Lee Tung Street to admire the beautiful atmosphere .
