記得第一次食呢間麵包店嘅千層蛋撻係同事買回office請我食的,當時一啖咬落去,即刻變左心心眼,好好味,層皮好酥脆,啲蛋漿香甜滑溜、蛋味突出,一試難忘。今日公司搞食品展銷竟然有呢間麵包店嘅出現,見佢有呢隻千層蛋撻賣,即刻買左一打,最重要就緊係唔使排隊、唔使特登搭車出去買啦。返到上office忍唔住偷食左一隻,keep到水準,仲係咁好味。返到屋企雖然隔咗咁多個鐘,但用氣炸鍋輕輕焗返熱,就好似剛出爐咁,依然美味,屋企人個個都食到bling bling眼,讚不絕口,叫我下次再買。

週末大概三點幾,上到三樓見到條人龍,不過幾個店員都好快手,幾分鐘就買到🤣▪️ 蛋撻 (7.5/10)💲13新鮮出爐暖笠笠,撻皮層次分明,口感酥脆鬆化有牛油香,蛋漿亦夠嫩滑,焦糖甜同埋蛋香濃郁,兩者平衡得唔錯🥚▪️ 開心果焦糖酥卷 (7/10)💲32面頭係鋪滿開心果碎既焦糖脆面,味道偏甜,底下係肉桂卷狀既酥卷,外脆內軟,裡面有少少開心果醬,奶香為主,堅果香比較輕微,可惜當日唔見其他人講既泡芙🫨🔎 整體評分(7.5/10)

西式酥皮蛋撻嚟講,我覺得現時質素同性價比最高係呢間!經過舖頭勁香,每次去太古城都忍唔住整返件 😙❀ Baker by LUBUDS招牌千層酥皮蛋撻|$13酥皮鬆化得嚟層層分明,新鮮出爐好似炸雲吞咁脆,一咬會跌到成身都係嗰隻,放耐少少都保持到挺身 😆 有一樣唔好就係有時個底偏油,翻焗會逼咗啲油喺隻碟度 😳蛋撻芯似港式傳統蛋撻,口感嫩滑蛋香濃郁 💛 $13 一個價錢非常合理,我上份工散水餅都揀佢 hahaa!個人覺得暫時係超越 Bakehouse 嘅存在 👻 試過好幾款其他產品都唔錯,推薦 Pistachio New York Roll 🫶🏻*出爐時間係每日 12:00/ 15:00,基本上差唔多時間去都買到

好耐之前同事買過Baker by Lubuds蛋撻返office 請我食,當時已經覺得好好味。今次咁啱去開太古城個邊,一定要自己買嚟食。去到嘅時候大概4:40pm 見無晒蛋撻,問店員今日仲有冇蛋撻出爐,原來5點正會有蛋撻新鮮出爐,行左一陣商場 大概4:50pm 就返去排隊等出爐🤤………………………………………………蛋撻⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️蛋撻的酥皮好鬆脆,而蛋撻餡的焦糖味好突出,真係好香甜美味,係我食過最好味嘅蛋撻,沒有之一。雖然$12一個嚟講屬於比較細個,但係因為真係好好食,所以我覺得性價比都高架!朱古力牛角酥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️朱古力牛角酥表面類似髒髒包咁灑左朱古力粉,而內裡睇到係一層層,好有空氣感,食落好鬆軟。中間薄薄地一層朱古力醬,份量剛剛好,唔會過甜。Baker by Lubuds 仲有好多其他款式的麵包同牛角酥,有機會去開太古城一定會買嚟試。

公司在太古城最新的好處是,總會收到這烘焙店的蛋撻作為手信。Baker by Lubuds由烘焙大師蘇樹楠主理,曾於米芝蓮三星餐廳L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon、Rosewood Hong及Ritz-Carlton工作過,資歷絕對不成問題。Baker by Lubuds的招牌千層牛角酥皮蛋撻,以牛角酥麵糰製作撻皮,經過長時間低溫烘烤至焦糖化,口感鬆化酥脆。蛋漿加入了法國忌廉和牛奶,味道香滑,帶有濃郁蛋香和焦糖香氣。相較之下,Bakehouse的蛋撻以其極致酥脆而不油膩的酸種餅皮及厚實如奶酪般的香滑內餡為特色。而Hashtag B的拿破崙焦糖千層撻則以其花朵形狀和多達27層的硬脆撻皮見稱,蛋漿口感較挺身,並帶有焦糖流心,整體甜度也較高。店內的「黑白雙煞」烘焙品同樣出色。朱古力麻糬黃金麵包,外層是鬆軟的墨西哥麵包皮,內裏加入了煙韌的麻糬和香脆的榛果夾心,再淋上濃郁的朱古力醬,口感豐富。白朱古力忌廉法式軟包,則以鬆軟的法式麵包,搭配香甜的白朱古力忌廉,帶來清新甜蜜的滋味。Baker by Lubuds in Taikoo Shing, helmed by seasoned pastry chef Stephen So, formerly of L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Rosewood Hong Kong, and The Ritz-Carlton, is renowned for its signature mille-feuille croissant pastry egg tarts. These boast a crispy, caramelized crust from slow baking, encasing a smooth, creamy custard rich in egg and caramel notes. Unlike Bakehouse’s very crispy sourdough tarts or Hashtag B’s 27-layer crispy tarts with a firmer custard and caramel lava, Baker by Lubuds offers a distinct flaky texture. The bakery also tempts with its “Black and White Duo”: a chocolate mochi golden bun with a soft Mexican bun exterior, chewy mochi, hazelnut filling, and rich chocolate, alongside a soft white chocolate cream brioche.
