AOAO serves a tantalizing menu that promises a unique Japanese dining experience. It was an amazing experience for us.Hamachi Crudo The Hamachi Crudo was a total standout! The yellowtail was super fresh, with a clean, delicate flavor that just popped. The texture was silky-smooth, almost melting in your mouth☺️ Pickled Tomato Salad This Pickled Tomato Salad was a fun twist! The tomatoes had a nice tang from the pickling, balancing sweet and sour perfectly😝 Caramelised Pumpkin Oh, the Caramelised Pumpkin was so cozy! The pumpkin was soft and creamy, with a rich, sweet caramelised crust. Felt like a warm, comforting side that had just the right amount of sweetness😋 Hairy Crab Butter Udon This Hairy Crab Butter Udon was a flavor bomb! The udon was chewy (in the best way), and the crab butter sauce was rich, savory, and packed with umami. Felt luxurious, like a comforting bowl of seafood goodness. If you love bold, briny flavors, this is a winner❤️ Matcha Cheesecake The Matcha Cheesecake was a dream for green tea lovers! The matcha flavor was strong and earthy, balancing the creamy, tangy cheesecake base. The texture was smooth and dense, sweet but not overwhelming. A perfect, indulgent end to the meal. Mini Melon Daifuku These Mini Melon Daifuku were adorable and tasty! The mochi was soft and chewy, and the melon filling was fresh and slightly sweet. Light, refreshing, and fun to eat, like a little burst of summer in each bite. Golden Harmony The Golden Harmony drink was smooth and balanced! Easy to sip, paired well with the food, and felt both refreshing and a bit fancy. H2O Sour The H2O Sour was crisp and zesty! Tart enough to be interesting, but not too sharp. Felt like a bright, lively drink that cut through richer dishes nicely.

FD想體會下香港酒吧文化,哩間日西fusion酒吧非常高質,同佢體驗下。酒吧分室內同室外,裝修非常酷炫。HUTTON JADEITE,以威士忌做底,落入桃味綠茶,抹茶等,前調好似飲緊綠茶,逐漸感受到酒嘅香味,層次好豐富。LILY SAFRA,金巴利酒更啱女仔飲,酒味唔會好重,以甜香為主,再落入士多啤梨汁,好似果汁咁清爽。小食,會送日本牛蒡同藠頭,都係香甜脆口類型,送酒一流。AKAGAI,赤貝薄切卷住蘆筍,醬汁微微辣味,入口鮮甜爽脆,開胃前菜黎講唔錯。SHREDDED CELTUCE SALAD,用日式鰹魚湯醃制萵筍絲,萵筍絲入口唔單止脆口清甜,還有鰹魚鮮味,真係好好味。CARAMELIZED PUMPKIN,每件南瓜都有層焦糖脆殼,南瓜香甜軟糯。焦糖加入,讓南瓜口感更佳豐富。CHARCOAL GRILLED EEL,鰻魚上臺後,員工會用燒紅嘅炭再炙燒鰻魚皮。這樣炙燒過嘅鰻魚,皮更加香脆,食落脆啵啵。鰻魚用咗脆鰻,肉質Q彈鮮甜,比普通嫩肉鰻要好味。A4 WAGYU CUTLET CHARCOAL SANDO,A4和牛用咗天婦羅做法,炸完切件,外面再搭配竹炭麵包。和牛勁厚,差唔多有寸厚,肉質軟嫩入口即化。搭配埋脆口竹炭麵包,食到聽唔落口。甜品,有抹茶芝士蛋糕同日本大福,抹茶芝士蛋糕芝士味香濃,日本大福紅豆餡料,食落唔會好甜好MOCHI。
