餐廳好多新派韓式嘢食嘅選擇, menu幾有新鮮感。醬油蟹:醬油甜味較重,蟹嘅份量幾大,蟹膏頗多。整體係好味同埋食得滿足。另外佢送上一個紅米飯團,介紹話可以唧啲蟹肉撈埋啲飯一齊食。但係個飯團本身都整得幾鹹幾重口味,撈埋啲蟹肉落去食,唔覺得增加多咗鮮甜味,好似兩樣唔關事嘅嘢夾埋一齊,冇增加成個chemistry。🤔排骨火鍋:佢係泡菜湯底,入邊有好多排骨。排骨幾大嚿,肉唔多,味道淡淡地,有啲似煲咗湯嘅排骨再撈埋炸菜 & 泡菜嘅湯底。個人覺得冇咩特別,唔使特別嗌。💯海鮮煎餅本來對呢類煎餅冇咩期望,食過好多次都係係粉粉嘅質感。點知食落又幾驚喜,佢冇咩粉,食到好多韭菜,再撈埋好薄好薄嘅蛋漿嘅口感。好味。上面有一隻雪藏蝦,質感爽彈,但係冇咩味。芝麻雞:睇openrice 呢度熱門菜式係黑芝麻雞,就點一個。佢係好濃厚甜甜嘅芝麻醬依附咗喺啲炸雞上面。對我嘅口味,覺得太甜唔鍾意。因為餐牌幾有新鮮感,有機會都可以再嚟試。

約了兩個朋友在炮台山一間韓國餐廳吃午飯。店裏乾淨雅潔,溫暖舒服,店員們全都是韓國人,男的女的都是靚仔靚女,笑容親切。前菜先送上來,五小碟:泡菜、辣蘿蔔、魚片、年糕和甜番薯,每一款都做得細緻,味道自然,開胃得很。我們點了燉排骨湯($388),加了一份炒飯($50)。排骨湯一上桌就香氣撲鼻,湯底濃厚,帶點醇甜,完全不辣。店員細心地在桌邊剪碎梅菜乾,再把大塊排骨剪成小件,方便夾起來吃。我們一邊聊天,一邊用手拿著排骨啃,連骨髓也不放過,吃得乾乾淨淨。排骨食完之後,精彩嘅炒飯時間到。店員用剩下湯汁炒飯,加微辣泡菜,炒到香氣四溢,每啖都吸曬湯底精華,超級好味,呢個加炒飯選項,真心不可以錯過。還點了海鮮煎餅($140),一上桌就讓人眼前一亮。不同於平時厚厚一層粉的韓式煎餅,這裏的煎餅以大量韭菜、通菜、大蝦、蝦仁和魷魚為主,麵糰只是薄薄一層,咬下去滿是蔬菜和海鮮的鮮甜,既香又脆。黑芝麻炸雞($98)是另一個驚喜。成碟炸雞黑黑的,賣相平平,但咬進口,芝麻香氣爆發出來,像在吃熱騰騰的芝麻糊,雞肉又嫩滑又多汁。飲品方面,午餐時段只需加$10就可以選汽水、凍檸茶或韓式甜凍咖啡等飲品,我們各自點了不同的飲料,冰涼解渴。

木系裝修似首爾家庭小店,枱距夠寬唔會聽到隔籬傾買樓,播住輕快韓文歌夠晒氣氛。簡樸卻驚艷的開場:五款前菜排開陣仗,唔係hea俾嘅泡菜蘿蔔——→ 最搶係煙韌手指年糕,甜辣醬掛得勻循,咬落軟糯唔粉→ 醃菠菜爽脆帶麻油香,男友偷挾我嗰份泡菜煎餅厚度直逼兩本雜誌!表面煎出蕾絲焦邊,咬落外脆內軟驚喜在芝士層藏餅芯,拉絲混泡菜鹹香,點少許醋醬更醒胃(食兩件已半飽,建議三人分享)醬油炸雞 無骨雞件炸得乾身,咬開肉汁滴落碟醬油蒜香似韓國屋企味,甜鹹平衡唔膩喉👉 兩人分剛好,外帶返屋企翻焗仍脆燉排骨湯 睇餐牌寫「新登場」膽粗粗試⋯→ 上枱時Oppa拎鉸剪過嚟:「我幫你剪開易食啲」排骨燉到筷子一篤就散,薯仔吸盡肉湯精華湯頭濃郁但飲完唔口渴,大豆芽增加口感(冬天飲完由胃暖到指尖)

What is it with these high ratings?!! I was quite shocked at the poor quality of the food here. The surroundings are comfortable, and the service was friendly, but to me, the taste of the food is paramount. In fact, I once had an amazingly good steamed pork on a Korean Airline flight that was so much better than the same dish at Antidote, which was tasteless and the meat was not fresh, sliced too thickly, and wrapped in lettuce instead of the usual fragrant vegetable leaf. The fried chicken was the worst I've ever had; the chicken was not fresh, the thick coating overwhelmed the meat, and the sauce was as sweet as candy. It was not even close to the fried chicken sold at a little food stall called 'Korea Food' on King's Road that closed down. I just don't understand. I for one would never eat at Antidote again.

其實就咁講嘢食嚟講,我覺得可能有8分嘅,但係佢性價比真係好低,一個部隊鍋要成$400🥹而且嘢食份量唔算大份,呢個價錢嚟講唔算抵。不過特別要講佢嘅前菜樣樣都好食,尤其是係個焦糖番薯!🍽️部隊鍋入面有餐肉,火腿,香腸等等,可惜冇豆腐年糕🥹🥹本身淨係包咗半個即食麵,味道係正常味道🤣🤣但係要成$400就真係唔建議🥲🍽️生醃醬油蟹麵醬油蟹係好食嘅,新鮮,唔覺得腥,配埋冷麵都幾夾,好快清晒🤣🍽️泡菜煎餅味道好食,加埋芝士好正!🍽️特色豬手已經切好晒一塊塊,同埋份量都算多,味道正常,個人認為佢肥瘦方面做得幾好!唔會太肥膩☺️🍽️明太子釜飯呢個本身對佢冇乜期望,點知有幾好食喎,朋友話係全餐飯最好食🤣明太子都多,撈埋啲蔥一齊食係幾香口嘅!飯嘅質地係偏林身🍽️前菜佢附送嘅前菜,其實樣樣都幾好食,特別推鵪鶉蛋同埋番薯🤣清晒盤,不過應該係冇得refill🍽️士多啤梨米酒好飲!士多啤梨足料,飲落冇乜酒精味,似飲緊士多啤梨沙冰🤣不過價錢都係有啲貴🥲🍽️Cocktail - chichi話係由菠蘿,椰子同vodka整成,賣相幾靚,飲落味道正常唔會好重酒味,雖然酒精成份有19%🤣可惜太多冰,成杯都係冰🥲
