星期一嘅lunch估唔到都滿座,好彩有book位。傳統嘅裝修,檯唔多,大概10張,所以都坐得好舒服,waiter 比例多,所以服務幾好👍。set lunch HKD388有starter , 湯,main course , dessert 同餐飲。麵包其實好好食,因為好軟綿綿,暖暖地,攞起有少少彈彈下感覺🤣,好煙韌,不過好大籃,真係食唔晒,有啲嘥。starter 嚟錯咗海鮮沙律,其實我係點牛脷,不過見海鮮沙律好靚,所以waiter 發現錯咗話幫我換返我要返個海鮮🦐🦀。賣相好靚,有2隻蝦,一隻蟹蚶同一隻帶子,其實無乜調味,主要食原味,蝦好大隻好彈牙,帶子有啲overcook ,蟹幾新鮮唔錯。意大利凍肉配芝士🧀湯係牛面湯,牛味好濃,好足料,除咗牛仲有紅蘿蔔,薯仔,青豆,飲完好飽main course 我要咗個魚,魚皮煎得唔夠香,不過個汁清清地都幾好。牛膝意大利麵,睇落去唔多,但其實有啲heavyTiramisu 係用碗上有兩隻耳仔幾得意,好滑好香,果然係signature 🥰lemon custard cake ,不過不失最後又係我最愛嘅mocha 埋單原來HSBC咭有9折, 加1係用discount 後加,唔係原價加,好難得overall 食物同服務都算有水準,fine dining 除咗味道同招呼外,其實對我嚟講四周嘅環境都係一個考慮因素,喺五星酒店內感覺會加分💗,餐廳門囗喺一條長長走廊有啲沙化又係一種寫意😘。 繼續閱讀

此餐廳在九龍香格里拉大酒店的閣樓,見到餐廳門口之後還要走過長長的走廊才會見到服務員。我被安排坐在一張4人圓枱和枱與枱之間有最少1.5米距離,我和其他食客還夾多張枱的距離,坐得好闊落。坐下後,覺得餐廳好貼心,枱上已經有信封可以放口罩同埋有75%酒精濃度嘅濕紙巾。麵包點菜後,服務員送上一籃麵包、黑醋和橄欖油。麵包口感鬆軟,可惜不是熱的。Burratina水牛芝士勁creamy,最佳配搭永遠是清甜的櫻桃番茄和羅勒香草醬,簡單又美味😋Tagliatelle al ragu d’anatra這碟自家製闊條麵配燴鴨肉,看似很少,但其實鋪得高高的,份量非常多🙀,食到一半已經感覺飽了。闊條麵煮得 al dente,有趙口感,耶路撒冷雅枝竹蓉紅酒汁及香草醬配燴鴨肉很好味呀。Bonet我估係這個甜品的名字,因為其實係服務員送錯了,但因為衛生問題,唔方便送回廚房,不如送俾我食啦。底下係朱古力焦糖餡餅,看似厚實和好膩的感覺,但食一口,朱古力非常濃郁,但一點也不覺膩,反而想食多幾啖。配上杏仁曲奇碎和creamy的雲呢拿雪糕,好好味呀。Angelini's signature Tiramisu這才是我點的甜品,是餐廳的招牌菜之一。碗𥚃有厚厚一層非常creamy嘅mascarpone cheese,底下有一層浸滿咖啡酒的蛋糕,好好味呀~Latte因為我忙著品嚐甜品,同時送上的牛奶咖啡變不太熱了,職員好貼心問我要唔要換過一杯因為放咗好耐我都未飲。我不想嘥嘢,所以沒有換過一杯。是䁔了一些,但味道OK。Petit Four或是應該叫Petit five?四粒不同味道的朱古力和一粒曲奇,我覺得白朱古力最特別因為是薄荷味白朱古力,好少見。食咗這麼多道菜後,一定以為這一餐好貴呢?其實只是HK$388 + 10%服務費 = HK$427。抵食!一定會再嚟😃 繼續閱讀

Due to the new law, the distance between the tables is quite far, making it quite comfy.Our group of three ordered 3 mains and 3 desserts. The large number of truffles on top made the dish really fragrant. Yet the pasta still shone through with the tagliatelle was perfectly al dente. The amount of sauce was just right, enough to make the dish creamy without soaking the pasta totally.The thickness of the pasta was thin yet it was able hold all the cod inside the ravioli without any problem. The tomato sauce was fresh and brought out the flavor of the seafood of the dish.The catch of the day was salmon. It was seasoned well but I have to say both pasta outshone the entree.All 3 desserts were great.The tiramisu was their signature. The mascarpone layer was thicker than the cake. So depends on which part you like more. I would have preferred the part of the cake more but some like the mascarpone more. The cake was still made beautifully made and was moist just the way it should be.The lemon custard cake was fragrant without being too sweet. Despite of the name lemon curd, it is not as sour as it seems and was a very refreshing dessert to enjoy.This traditional dessert usually consists of the nougat and chocolate sauce but here they added the raspberry and and raspberry sorbet. It balanced the sweetness of this traditional dessert with the tartness of the fruit, making it my favorite dessert of the night. 繼續閱讀

今日食咗餐超正嘅Angelini,時令食材,純正意大利風味🥰🥰🥰同朋友仔,首訪九龍香格里拉酒店呢間意大利餐廳😊Order 咗兩個主菜同甜品都係超水準之作😋👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻Pescato all'Acqua Pazza Line-catch of the day, rosti potato crust, salmoriglio sauce 厚厚勁大嚿嘅野生深海活魚,肉質細膩,絲絲分明,又香又滑🥰🥰💯CapesanteHokkaido scallops, carrot, Calabrian orange, salmon roe 圓大飽滿嘅北海道帶子,味道純淨甘甜,肉質柔軟,伴以甘筍及意大利卡拉布里亞香橙🍊橙香味濃厚芳香誘人🤤🤤🤤🤤配埋晶瑩三文魚籽同食,層次豐富鮮甜美味💯😋Tartufino Truffle parfait, tonka bean custard 必食🌟甜品,好味到唔捨得同朋友分享嘅甜品,入口濃郁松露香氣,香甜美味芳香四溢👍🏻🤤外面一層薄薄的蛋糕包住細滑雪糕,連同充滿著香草東加豆吉士醬一齊食,滋味無比🤩🤩🤩回味無窮!連杯咖啡☕️都好得👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 繼續閱讀

到香格里拉食午市套餐,裝口罩信封要問先有,潔手液唔喺當眼處。本來客都唔多,食物冇介紹,水要問先斟,牙籤要問先有,服務以五星級酒店來講比較詫異意式海鮮沙律賣相相當唔錯又最好食,有蝦,蟹同帶子,全部都有鮮味,毫無批評不過到是日餐湯完全冇修飾,以為去左茶餐廳,味道淡要自己加黑椒慢煮牛仔面頰都夠腍,味道中規中矩朱古力蛋糕超細件,唔係好覺雪糕嘅酒香,只食到朱古力同杏仁味Latte酸味比較重,我自己口味唔係太喜歡總括:食埋麵包都飽嘅,但係食吓食吓都火滾,$388下次都係食番自助餐算 繼續閱讀
