上星期天朗氣清去嘆下午茶就最適合不過！可於綠意盎然的環境下品嚐就更加相得益彰了。如斯美景不難找只要到坐落於香港亞洲協會中心內的AMMO便可享盡優美環境。AMMO室內設計於奢華的銅色元素中搭配工業元素，帶來遠離城市喧囂世外桃源的感覺。這趟下午茶AMMO跟純淨美容品牌CHANTECAILLE合作推出法式植萃下午茶！純白襯粉紫的色調帶來純粹優雅的的視覺效果。下午茶飲品可加$68享用Peacock's Garden！以Vodka、青檸汁、蘋果汁、奇異果、羅勒及蝶豆花調成，帶出滿滿果香的微醺的感覺。不嗜酒的可選以葡萄汁、檸檬水及蘇打水混成酸香爽口的特飲Purple Sparkler。四款鹹點也各帶迷人色彩看得人很有食慾。低溫慢煮帶子配柚子啫喱！雪白的帶子用上低溫慢煮來烹調口感好鮮嫩，最讚是配搭了爽滑清新的柚子啫喱令味道更具層次。紅菜頭三文魚配法式鮮奶油及龍珠果！大廚以紅菜頭來醃製三文魚增添清香，內裏裹滿滑溜的法式鮮奶油再綴以香甜龍珠果，整體口感香軟迷人味道清新。紫薯蜂蜜希臘乳酪撻配炸鷹嘴豆！紫薯藏身於蜂蜜希臘乳酪撻內面頭還有炸鷹嘴豆，一口吃下香脆可口味道淡雅吃得很舒服。香芋奶油手指三明治！順滑的芋頭內餡味道濃香，夾上白麵包一起品嚐大滿足。香口的Scone配襯Clotted Cream及招牌玫瑰草莓果醬總令人心動，多滿足的我也要吃半件來解饞。四款甜點亦已準備就緒紫白雙色看得我心心眼呢。薰衣草焦糖布丁！平時很怕吃香精味的薰衣草甜品，不過這客薰衣草焦糖布丁出奇地好吃，香而不俗的薰衣草味夾上蛋香吃罷齒頰留香味道很讚。椰香意式奶凍配紫薯芋圓西米！幼滑的意式奶凍添上椰香味道更吸引，配搭口感煙韌的紫薯芋圓及西米很有寶島風味。紫丁香蛋白霜香草馬卡龍！雙重鬆脆夾攻口腔大衝擊甜牙齒歡喜若狂。藍莓芝士蛋糕的率性花紋好感度滿分，濃郁的芝士蛋糕及粒粒新鮮藍莓，再配搭酥脆可口餅底帶來輕盈而細膩的口感。Afternoon Tea包有咖啡或茶用上坊間少有供應的Tea Forte立體茶包！我最愛Ginger Lemongrass的芳香茶味百飲不厭。凡惠顧下午茶套餐即可每人獲贈CHANTECAILLE禮品乙份(價值$438)數量有限送完即止。AMMO x CHANTECAILLE法式植萃下午茶，由即日起至8月31日每日下午3時至6時供應，收費為$388/2位(另收加一服務費)。 繼續閱讀

諗住去亞洲協會香港中心行下，打下卡。 路過見到間餐廳裝修幾靚，覺得吸引，就入去試下。一入到去已經覺得唔錯，除左室內裝修唔錯，座位又夠寬敞，幾舒服。正值happy hour, 指定紅白酒，cocktail 同mocoktail 有買一送一，由於未想飲酒住，先一人一杯mocktail，分別係virgin sangria 同Virgin mojito，正常發揮之後點左2個snack combo，一個有Nachos, Meatballs, AFC (AMMO's Fried Chicken)，個人覺得個炸雞加埋底下啖醬幾好食，另一半就鐘意肉丸一個有Olives, Cheese, Gambas Al Ajillo, Iberico Ham, Tomato Toast), 當中個蝦比較出色，用牛油同蒜煮，好香口。最後加多個炸薯條，由於個人偏好食粗薯條，熱辣辣拎出黎，加埋個松露蛋黃醬，啱晒我同另一半口味 繼續閱讀
