K11 Musea開幕已有一段時間,係時候去觀摩喇🧐整個埸都充滿藝術氣質🎠,每個角落都有大大小小嘅藝術擺設。為免避開午飯人流,我决定來個late lunch😉場內食肆選擇都算多,今日就去咗Afternoon Tea Tearoom。去日本旅行時都會去嘆杯茶☕️、食件cake🍰,難得呢到有分店,當然順理成章幫襯吓啦👏🏻😘裝修貫設以自然田園為主,燈光舒服,可惜坐位距離太近😌,入口處設有小賣部,相比日本店就太小Lu😞餐牌有Sweets & Tea menu 及 Meal set menu其實好想叫個Afternoon Tea Set,不過男伴今日唔想食太多甜食🍰🧁,唯有下次有機會再試😔揀咗兩個Meal set,主菜+沙律🥗及自選茶☕️一杯✨French Toast Sandwich with Smoked Chicken and 2 Kinds of Cheese $148法式吐司,裏面夾左煙勳雞肉同埋半溶嘅gouda芝士,表面金黄脆脆的,配上特製嘅藍莓醬,清而不腻。蕃茄洋葱湯內竟有薏米㖿✌🏻,有新意🎊✨Grilled Vegetables Plate with Smoked Duck$168非常吸睛的一度菜,單是擺盤已好吸引🤩,色彩繽紛的多種蔬菜🍊🥕🥬🥔,配陳醋醬汁,酸酸甜甜好味😋芝士烤焗薯仔片🥔外脆內軟,mushroom sauce🍄值得推介,只是🦆鴨胸的份量少D😅Afternoon tea blend每壺份量大約有2杯多呢。每道菜上枱侍應們也有介紹,非常清晰! 繼續閱讀

六十七回今天是小編的牛一,女朋友說想跟我吃吃日式料理,並繼續我倆之間的約定:在musea商場中的餐廳尋找這一個它。餐廳內外裝修以自然田園風為主,設計光猛闊落舒服。餐牌方面除了令人垂涎欲滴的花花甜品餐牌外,也有熟食餐牌,開拓新戰線。食物方面點了1)一套下午茶甜品(8選3下選了strawberry sweet shortcake; apple pie; strawberry yoghurt cream parfait)+afternoon tea; 加了一個特色主菜吐司。先來了那套下午茶甜品,先拍照,後進食。經過一番折騰,先嚐了那個芭菲,酸酸味味,感覺怪怪的。至於apple pie,蘋果味道濃郁,跟我吃的荷蘭名物味道一模一樣,頗有追吃的感覺。那個shortcake,跟咸麵包一樣,反而頗欣賞那個忌廉和士多啤梨,明顯是外國貨。至於那個afternoon tea blend,味道十分芳香,由80%印度阿薩姆紅茶同20%尼爾吉利紅茶調配而成,富紅茶芳香,味道甘潤,唔會太濃容易入口,大約有2.5杯份量。之後來了法式吐司,這個感覺良好,配合藍莓醬,內裡是煙燻雞肉,配合膠打芝士,十分爽脆。不過,這次略嫌燻得太長時間,感覺不是太完美,但可接受,要改善。每道菜侍應們也有介紹,值得一讚!感謝我家寶寶在我生命中出現,希望可以跟你渡過每一個生日。要快點康復! 繼續閱讀

今晚同雞仔欣賞完充滿藝術氣質的K11新商場後,便來到這間出名的甜品店,品嘗美味甜點,慰藉一下這些月來不安的心靈我們九點才入座,侍應告知九點半last order, 而且有我想食的甜品已經賣哂唯有下次早點到我們點了一個afternoon tea set$168, 8款甜品之中任選3款,份量比正常少-半,包-杯飲品。另有加一收費。因為我們是share食,所以額外再點-杯飲品。3款甜品揀了:strawberry scone short cake - 有士多啤梨醬同果肉,加2片三角形scone。scone質地札實但又不會過硬,而且內有合桃,味道香脆可口strawberry yogurt cream parfait - 上層係紅桑莓雪葩,中層係香滑乳酪,配上麥片中和了乳酪酸味,下層有紅桑莓果肉。味道層次分明,不會太酸sweet potato pudding - 布丁口感札實,甜薯味香甜,又有甜薯粒,好味飲品Earl grey - 茶味香濃,順喉易入口,可中和甜品中的甜味令到整個用餐過程劃上完美句號。 繼續閱讀

Afternoon Tea is a brand in Japan that is well known for it's beautiful houseware. They are often very delicate and lady-like. I love the shop and often leave with a few pretty bento boxes. So, when I heard they were planning to open a branch here, I was pretty excited. However, when it did open here, it was only their cafe part and not their retail shop. A bit disappointed, but I still wanted to go anyways.There was a bit of a line but it was very fast. We didn't wait long at all before we were taken to our table.Menu is in English, Japanese and Chinese.  You pay on your way out, much like how Japan is. They offer a tea set where you can choose three items out of a selection of eight for $168. It also includes a drink. Only ones with a green leaf will entail an upgrade of $10.If you don't want the tea set, they also have other sweets but these are a la carte.For those that want savory, they have meals which you can upgrade to a set that includes a main, salad and tea.Presently, there is no minimum order per person. So boyfriend and I shared the tea set. I just want to note: the free water provided was cold. EXCELLENT! I hate warm and hot water and it's so hard for restaurants here to provide cold water.I added $10 for an upgrade to the fruit tea. You can choose hot or cold and I chose hot. It came in a tea pot and I had a good few cups of it. There was slices of banana, apple, orange and pear with a bit of mint as well. The tea tasted like peach juice. It was nice and I think much better if cold. Definitely worth the upgrade.Then the tea set arrived in a cute little basket. We chose strawberry short cake, strawberry yogurt cream parfait and sweet potato pudding.  The sweet potato pudding is different than the one that is served a la carte. That one is served warm with a scoop of ice cream. This one is served cold with whipped cream. Both have caramel sauce on it.  Boyfriend had this and well ... he wasn't too overjoyed by it. He felt it was a bit bland. I felt it tasted like starch. I would recommend you skip this item from the choices provided.The strawberry short cake was divine. It was so soft, it literally melted in my mouth. How is that possible! The strawberry was sweet and it was layered with strawberry jam. The cream was just sweet enough to make it perfect. The strawberry yogurt cream parfait was pretty good, too. Well, actually the strawberry sorbet was really good. It had some cream and strawberry puree on the bottom. The cookie on top was a bit hard but I guess it was good so it didn't get soggy in the ice cream.This is a great deal and definitely shareable. 星期六吃下午茶, 合情合理吧. 這次, 我們一家就來到Afternoon Tea TEAROOM.品牌是來自日本, 而把品牌帶到香港的, 是PAN de PAIN Pancake & Sweets的老闆, 這樣說來, Afternoon Tea TEAROOM開設在K11 Musea, 自然是理所當然. 第一天營業, 已經有不少客人聞風而至, 我們就排了一個半小時. 等待的時間, 小晴晴就到了孔雀花園遊玩, 這樣子, 對她說, 也沒有浪費時間, 只是我跟文迪要輪班排隊. 為了吃甜, 就是這樣.這裡地方不算大, 但擺位不太擠逼, 起碼, 是有吃下午茶那種閒情感覺. 這個場的租金當然不便宜, 還在地方使用上有這個安排, 難得. 又, 吃下午茶, 就是要慢慢享受的. 吃的, 除了是味道, 還有氣氛.Afternoon Tea Blend: 9分, 吃下午茶, 當然, 茶是重要一環. 跟Set的茶中, 我還是還原基本步, 選來Afternoon Tea Blend, 即是印度阿薩姆紅茶混合尼爾吉利紅茶調配的茶品. 我就喜歡淨喝, 不加奶或檸檬, 才能享受茶味那芳香中帶點微甘的味道.Sweet Fruit Tea +$10: 8.5分, 小晴晴跟文迪分別選來熱及凍的Sweet Fruit Tea, 熱的一款, 甜味委實是幾突出的, 而且足料, 果香挺濃. 反而凍的味道就相對地偏淡, 我的建議還是喝熱的來得更原汁原味.Green Cream Pasta with Shrimp $148: 8.5分, 帶著小晴晴, 還是要先吃鹹, 再吃甜. 就在Meal Set中, 選來Green Cream Pasta with Shrimp. 這個Green Cream, 是由菠菜, 日本牛奶, 以及忌廉混合而成, spaghetti沾滿了Green Cream, 很惹味. 配上鮮爽的大蝦及西蘭花同吃, 不錯. 同上的還有麵包, 是挺煙韌的質感.跟Meal Set除了茶, 還有Green Salad, 日式沙律只要夠新鮮, 甚麼時候也是餐前的好選擇.Afternoon Tea Set $168 x 2: 9分, 終於說到重頭戲, 甜點. 每款Afternoon Tea Set可從八款中揀三款甜點, 我們選了兩set, 就能挑選六款甜點. 不過要留意的是, Afternoon Tea Set的甜點不單單是a la carte的半份, 而且配搭會比較精簡, 之後看回介紹才發覺, a la carte那邊點選的甜點會更吸引.第一set是這裡的黃金組合, 即是餐牌上的配搭. Strawberry Shortcake是招牌作, 沒有不吃的理由. 面頭的士多啤梨相當鮮甜, 而Shortcake的層次感很好, 海綿蛋糕質感鬆軟, 北海道牛奶忌廉味道香滑, 加上士多啤梨果醬, 甜美度剛剛好, 精彩.Strawberry Yogurt Cream Parfait也是士多啤梨作主打的甜點. 面層的是Éclair, 接下來就是覆盆子雪芭, 底下還有士多啤梨果醬, 乳酪忌廉, 雜莓, 以及酥皮, 甜中帶酸, 跟Strawberry Shortcake相比, 是另外一種味道, 更為複雜.Scone是有驚喜的甜點, 套用文迪的意見, 是介乎鬆餅與泡夫之間的質感, 外層脆身, 內裡就很鬆化, 牛油味道挺突出. 塗上藍莓果醬, 以及北海道牛奶忌廉之後, 甜美度更為提升, 是文迪及小晴晴的最愛.第二set的Afternoon Tea Set中, Apple Pie的蘋果味道挺清甜, 批底是幾濕潤的, 典型的日式感覺, 不會是美式死甜的蘋果批, 加上北海道牛奶忌廉同吃之後, 馬上起了很好的化學作用.Strawberry Scone Shortcake又是士多啤梨, 小晴晴可樂透了. 這次的scone加入了合桃, 豐富了質感, 再配搭北海道牛奶忌廉及新鮮士多啤梨同吃, 跟之前吃的scone, 在質感及味道上也有分別.Mont-Blanc的配搭很豐富, 朱古力蛋糕質感鬆軟而濕潤, 中間配上的是吉士忌廉及栗子, 朱古力配栗子, 當然無得輸. 再加上栗子泥, 碧根果, 以及朱古力珍珠, 這份甜, 是令人愛得動容. 不過, 就建議大家不用點上藍莓醬, 還是原味最合適.Daily Dessert: 8.5分, 最後的Daily Dessert, 就是Sweet Potato Pudding. 布甸用上Kintoki的番薯, 再加上北海道忌廉, 以及焦糖醬, 相當甜美. 對我來說, 是合理的甜度, 但大家或許有心理準備是偏甜的一個項目.日本來的Afternoon Tea TEAROOM, 當中的Afternoon Tea Set $168包三款甜點及一杯茶, 甜點整體水準相當高, 如Strawberry Shortcake, Strawberry Yogurt Cream Parfait, Scone, 以及Strawberry Scone Shortcake也是必吃之選, 愛甜的, 怎也要來朝聖. 繼續閱讀
