來到星期五,今日唔係咁想出市區同人逼,而且有D野想係IKEA買,諗都唔洗諗就去左MEGABOX,買野前就梗係要醫下個肚先啦門面靚靚仔仔,可以一試九龍灣其實係唔少人番工的地區,呢幾張高檯岩晒大家放工黎HAPPY HOUR,呢度有唔少手工啤酒提供同好多西餐廳一樣,都係可以散叫或跟餐100%真‧果茶($28)講到100%果茶咁犀利,我點可以唔試下,飲落果然無添加糖那種甜,仲有粒粒果肉係入面沙律呢個係套餐跟的沙律,套餐可以揀餐湯及餐包又或者跟個沙律,上面有粒粒莓再加沙律菜太極扁意粉 (SET - $116)太極即係黑、白松露,黑松露意粉食得多,加埋白松露就第一次,白松露更加珍貴,比起黑松露更香,整碟意粉充滿住松露香,吃得滿足司陶特黑啤酒法式焦糖燉蛋($35)焦糖燉蛋加黑啤酒呢個組合實在新穎,黑啤麥味重,所以呢個焦糖燉蛋食落好香麥味,估唔到呢個配搭又幾唔錯如果大家係附近番工,放工搵飯食又或者想飲杯野但唔想同人逼,呢度的確係一個好選擇 繼續閱讀

剛好約了朋友看決戰食神,有我最愛的鄭容和呀,當然要捧場,睇戲前要醫肚,剛好戲院在公司附近,十分方便,食飽飽就可睇戲,時間剛好由於6點半吃晚飯太早關係,人不算多又不用等位,就選這間吧,其裝潢真的很有格調,記得有一次好似一個人都有來過,感覺甚有氣氛最近不知怎,喜歡上手工啤酒,這裡除了環境氣氛,手工啤酒亦係選擇頗多,選了一杯自然發酵酸啤酒,來自比利時Happy Hour時間餐牌顯示HKD52,但結賬時變HKD56,不過算了,因趕左看電影,沒有問清楚,加上早前店員漏單,令我倆呆等半小時多,本來預了差不多2小時吃晚飯時間,變了只有1個多鐘,還遲了15分鐘看電影,很是無奈.......回正題,這杯啤酒味道個人甚為喜歡,帶點酸,幾特別,像是有氣的提子汁,又有點像雪凍的紅酒,值得一嚐今晚主角~Full English All Day Breakfast HKD128就是它,害我等了30分鐘以上,看少了電影,我的偶像睇少左,鳴鳴鳴.......個人認為不錯,不過有點heavy,如果有菠蘿跟菜會更理想,而個人認為中間的一杯蘋果汁好有特色,平常吃到的係不會有飲品的,幾特別而另一驚喜係黑(血腸),白布丁(燕麥腸),口感特別,味道濃淡得宜,如果不看餐牌,係完全猜不到是什麼,口感有點彈又有點像潮州魚旦,其餘有薯皮,煙肉,香腸,焗豆,火腿,炒雞蛋,比利時鬆餅及多士等,味道正常不錯,但我發現其不見了我最吃的大啡菇,竟然消失了,好失望......下次唔會再點了,雖然味美.......一肚氣下,還得要個美味甜品幫我降火,這個司陶特黑啤酒法式焦糖燉蛋HKD35美味極了!而且定價合理,份量比平常吃到的較大,甜度來得適中,焦糖夠香甜,而且滲出陣陣啤酒香氣,令人回味入口好嫩滑,焦糖厚薄適中,不過個人較喜歡燉蛋如果可以實一點則更好!整體而言,味道是不錯的,只是個別員工漏單情況,飲品選擇較少,加上食物都可以漏,令人有點失望,希望可改善這種情況! 繼續閱讀

二月中旬的周日下午,完成一件令人緊張的事情,決定給自己一頓精美晚餐作鼓勵,於是走到九龍灣 Megabox 的>>> Achacha Food and Beverage <<<用膳。餐廳位於五樓,在Ikea樓上不起眼的一角。也許他的隱蔽,造就了煩吵商場的一片寧靜綠州。 餐廳提供清水,重用酒瓶作盛器,非常環保。 西餐廳的餐牌通常以前菜、主菜等分類食物,這兒則以Small Plates、Medium Plates、Large Plates、Beverage 及Dessert 分類,大抵是協助食客預算份量? 餐牌除提供食品名稱及價錢,也以英文撰寫一些食物小知識,不用google亦可更深入了解食材哩。 這夜,冰的選擇是 S3 黑松露巴馬臣芝士薯條 (HKD46)、M7 西西里式薄切三文魚 (HKD60)及L1 三文魚、菠菜及車打芝士法式薄煎餅 (HKD58)。請侍應幫忙落單的一刻,方知道三文魚售罊,連 M6 釀大啡菇(HKD58)也缺貨,心中的晴天霹靂非筆墨可形容,只得先點一客S3,再揀選其他食物。S3 黑松露巴馬臣芝士薯條 (HKD46) 見到稀疏的芝士絲,頓時有點失望;但享用時才發現此乃大廚精心安排,芝士香不多,只以口感帶出芝士存在感;味道重點在黑松露之上,獨特香濃氣味方為上品。份量看來不多,但畢竟是熱氣食物,這樣二人分享是恰到好處。 L3 煙鴨胸蜜桃法式薄煎餅 (HKD66) 薄煎餅出奇香脆,灑在表面的醋,與蜜桃的甜,和煙鴨胸的咸香,形成強烈對比,是一道味道鮮明的主菜。紫薯球甜美可口,也補祝碳水化合物。 B8 楓葉鮮奶咖啡 (HKD42) 升級至獲獎咖啡豆 (HKD10) ,豆香四溢,略帶燶味,不似一般鮮奶咖啡的甜,回甘一流。一抹泡沫,加強幼滑感。這是一杯值得細意品嚐的咖啡,可多留一點時間慢慢享受。 餐廳亦有出售各式手工啤酒和飲品,環境氣氛也適合與好友摸著酒杯底談心哩。 繼續閱讀

Ga ga ga ga ga ga ga ga ga ga ga! After a long hour shopping at IKEA in mega box, I have decided to stop by one of the restaurants in the mall to let me legs rest. Located on the 5/F which is also the concourse of the shopping mall. It is surprisingly a restaurant and bar with liquor license! Almost all customers are enjoy a couple of draft / bottle beer at this place.I have noticed that the price of their beer is very affordable at just around $2x - $3x for a bottle if you are buying them for take-away, while happy hour is also available during the weekdays for those who works in the commercial buildings nearby. Since I am not too hungry so I have just ordered a light snack, dessert and a cup of coffee to charge myself in this cold weather. Smoked Salmon Dip with Breadstick $62A small cup of diced smoked salmon pieces is the best way to go with some plain yeasty breadstick. It’s a light snack to enjoy in the middle of the day when you don’t have a big appetite. I felt like I can have a few serving of this easily! Hazelnut Caffe Latte $42 + $10 upgrade to award winning beansI don’t normally order flavoured coffee but I guess today is an exception because it is weekend! As soon as it was brought to my table, I am already impressed with the presentation because it’s very foamy with a thick fluffy layer of foam on top of the small size coffee. The coffee is pretty sweet in taste because of the hazelnut syrup. I have upgraded the coffee using award winning beans but I can’t really tell the differences because I didn’t order an original one. To me, I would personally prefer less syrup because the sweetness is almost overpowering the flavour from the roasted coffee beans. Dark Beer Affogato $30At first I thought it’s a scoop of dark beer ice cream but I found that it is actually a small scoop of healthy happy cow ice cream in either vanilla bean, chai, or pina colada flavour, then served with some dark beer on the side for you to pour it all over the cold ice cream. It’s my first time having ice cream with fizzy cold beer. The dark beer itself is a bit sweet because it’s dark beer and the ice cream itself is actually not too sweet but very creamy and delicious. It’s a very delicious cup of adffogato with a twist and I wish that the serving of the ice cream can be a bit bigger.  繼續閱讀

超出預期 ~ Achacha 焦點食評

九龍灣Achacha嘅環境昏暗,其中幾張係高身嘅長方形bar枱,另一排靠牆嘅就係二至四人枱.呢度除咗係西餐廳,亦都有賣酒,所以牆上掛咗唔同嘅啤酒空樽做擺設.枱面都有唔同品牌嘅啤酒空樽,可惜餐廳仍未申領到酒牌,所以暫時只設外賣,唔可以堂飲.有見晚餐大約百幾至二百幾蚊左右就包餐湯,前菜,主菜,甜品同飲品,於是就叫咗嚟試下.鮮果茶,現場所見可以清楚睇到份量唔少嘅原粒紅莓同搗碎咗嘅紅莓肉.忌廉湯入面有幾多切粒馬鈴薯,胡蘿蔔,西芹等等,調味剛好.麵包摸起來扎實,烘得外皮微脆,食起嚟鬆軟有彈性.久候多時嘅焗金文不芝士配麵包條拎到嚟時香氣撲鼻,金文不芝士上鋪滿蒜蓉等等,焗得香甜軟綿,芝士味夠出但又唔嗆,都真係幾好味,等得耐啲都算值得.太極扁意粉即係黑松露同白松露,松露味非常非常非常突出,但又唔會過份濃郁.忌廉汁加咗多款雜菌如香菇同本菇等等,仲有洋蔥粒提味同增加口感.扁意粉煮得爽身,亦較長而幼身嘅意大利粉更易掛汁.有聞元朗分店嘅crepe幾馳名,所以我就算覺得有啲飽都要叫香蕉朱古力法式薄煎餅配雪糕試埋佢。法式煎餅薄脆中帶韌性,面層同夾晌中間嘅鮮香蕉片已完全熟成,配上朱古力醬甜度恰到,冇想像中咁漏.雪糕方面有雲尼拿,印度香料茶同椰林飄香三款口味,當中以印度香料茶最為少見,所以我就揀咗佢,肉桂同丁香等等香料嘅味道濃郁稍甜,既特別又有趣.原來呢度有室外座,問准侍應後就走出去參觀下,面向九龍灣大廈嘅景致,都幾開揚,其實同商場另一邊嘅露天公眾地方好近,只係簡單咁用啲大木桶稍為遮下.呢度同室內又係另一種氣氛,於是買咗支九龍灣啤酒外賣嚟呢度飲,佢係一支晌香港釀製嘅手工啤酒,一邊睇住九龍灣夜景,一邊飲住九龍灣啤酒都唔錯.百幾至二百幾蚊(未計加一)左右就包餐湯,前菜,主菜,甜品同飲品,跟餐嘅前菜亦唔似廉價貨,賣相味道都唔錯,質素完全超出預期,對得起呢個價錢,甚至係超過有餘. 繼續閱讀
