Megabox是我和男友經常到訪的商場,今天星期六又來了。這裏有好多餐廳,我們今天隨意去到一間位置比較隱蔽的西餐廳。餐廳半開放式,因為在較隱秘的角落,所以環境頗為清幽,坐在沙發座上好舒適。菇菌控如我一看到這個就決定了。男友就喜歡吃漢堡,平常牛肉漢堡吃得較多,所以今日選了豬肉的。我的餐有鮮果沙律,是新鮮的莓果,酸酸的味道好開胃。期待的太極到了,即是黑和白松露啊,各有一匙分量,非常馥郁芬芳,好香好香先各試一小口,味道好濃郁,黑松露的味道比白松露還要香濃呢明貴的黑白松露,配上野菌忌廉扁意粉,是最佳的組合。扁意粉煮得爽口,濃稠的忌廉汁好creamy,全掛在扁意粉上,吃得津津有味。菇片也好清爽多汁呢!男友點的丹麥豬肉漢堡配沙律和燒菠蘿。燒菠蘿是怎樣都會好吃的,清甜又多汁。漢堡預先切半更方便進食。深啡色的包頂好厚身又光滑,看著都覺得鬆軟。中間有一大片厚厚豬肉壓成的漢堡扒,還有生菜,蕃茄,半溶的芝士等。他們的包又熱又鬆軟,又有牛油香豬肉相當厚,用了香茜調味,感覺清新又特別,咬下去還充滿肉汁,完全沒油膩感每人一百元左右,在舒適的環境享用美食,不錯吧! 繼續閱讀

Achacha is a humble restaurant at the corner. It ‘always aim to reduce price and deliver better dining experience and assure that every dish is carefully crafted’. The mission is partly succeeded. Food is indeed nicely crafted but improvement in services will be a further upgrade. Tai-chi linguine set with real fruit salad $116Tai chi is the exercises for healthy body and mind. The black and white truffle from the fungus family are the black and white part of the tai chi symbol. Not so familiar with truffles, I could not really taste the subtle difference- earthy black and musky white as suggested. Still overall it is satisfying with pungent flavor of truffles. Appropriate portion for ladies but not gentlemen. Steak set for dinner $198US prime grain fed hanging tender with mashed purple potato. Price is good with that quality. Hanging tender is the juicy and tender cut comes from the plate of a cow (just behind the forelegs). Also named butcher steak because the cut is too good to be offered for sale and butchers sometimes keep it for themselves. A delightful one. Chocolate banana crepe with chocolate ice cream $60As an amateur patissier I would say the crispy and thin crepe is a challenging one. The unique Happy Cow ice cream is dairy free and made with coconuts in HK. No cholesterol and low glycemic. Chocolate flavor with coconut scent. How nice. Food is good, but services could be improved. The waiters and waitress were generally forgetful and needed to be called several times before things got done. Also I actually served myself with water from this area to be more efficient... From the setting of the restaurant, I guess I am not supposed to serve myself, so… services could be advanced. p.s. 是日同老公要去九龍灣睇傢私,行到又攰又餓時見到依家Achacha Food & Beverage Boutique 環境不錯,好清靜,正好俾我好好休息一下同食晚飯店內環境清幽,好適合情侶談心約會Achacha主打西餐,有意粉,漢堡,沙律同扒類。最後我地決定要黑,白松露太極意粉餐,豬肉漢堡,同埋加拿大傳統肉汁芝士薯條係未上正餐之前,意粉餐有西蘭花忌廉湯同餐包。湯係淡淡的忌廉,入面仲有粒粒既西蘭花而麵包就烘到表面小小脆面,就算不加牛油都很好吃之後到我最期待的主菜來了!黑白松露太極扁意粉!其實坊間有不少食店會提供黑松露食品,不過會提供白松露的食店卻不多。原因是有<白鑽>美譽的白松露可以比只有<黑金>之稱的黑松露貴十倍有多!!白鑽之所以咁矜貴是因為白松露的產量極少,而且壽命只有10天左右,所以相當稀有,自然價錢亦會較貴!今次難得有機會食到白松露又點可以不好好品嘗呢!!吃松露其中一項的享受就是未放進口進食之前先用鼻子享受其香氣配上黑和白松露的意粉香濃美味,意粉醬汁很creamy,而且還有炒過的洋蔥和菇菌片!難得的是這菜式是不含肉類,所以適合<乳蛋素食者>食用。(即是會吃乳製品及蛋類,但不吃肉類,魚及其他海鮮之人士)之後到老公的豬肉漢堡登場。有質感厚厚的豬肉扒絕對是重點!而且肉味很香濃,用刀子切下去一刻已經有肉汁流出來老公把整個漢堡遞到我的口前時給我吃時,我本能地講左句 : 好味喔!(大概是因爲嗅覺會直接影響味覺,所以我才會把好香說錯好味)老公還質疑左一句 : 係唔係吖,你都未食!誰不知之後到他自己吃,才知道我無誇張最後到加拿大傳統肉汁芝士薯條。用小鑊盛上就正好方便我們可以把底下的肉汁均勻地沾到每條薯條上。而值得一讚之處就是Achacha 並沒有在薯條端上前就把肉汁沾滿,否則薯條就會變得不香脆。肉汁的味道有點像淡淡而溝了肉汁的BBQ醬,和芝士非常搭檔最後以$279埋單,有<黑金>和<白鑽>意粉吃,價錢絕對超值 繼續閱讀

今曰到mega box行家品店䐟物,到晩飯時間又係開餐時候。我仲掛住灣仔專食Crepe 間小店,行到5樓角落我竟然揾到一間有Crepe食餐廳。我不洗諗入去試試😘😘其實出面餐廳好少有crepe食,要做得好實在不易,甜甜脆脆薄餅再配咸食料,做早餐或brunch 一流。我們三個一齊share 一個crepe 講真不夠喉。三樣配料溶合一起太美味la ,薄脆出到来仲脆口並沒有濕左,真的不錯。除此之外,配菜都唔簡單,除了雜菜沙津外仲有紫薯蓉波,佢不太甜加埋一齊食更好🤗另一個英國名菜:啤酒漿炸魚薯條,魚肉香脆厚實,薯條是我最愛嘅粗薯條,再配上青瓜沙律醬,非常美味呀!😘正正。平時食得多牛肉漢堡,今次試到🐷肉漢堡都一流,好似肉餅咁厚,入面混合多種香料,非常多汁,唯一不足cheese 不夠溶,烤過菠蘿真係美味,中和濟感覺。因為炸薯條太好味,我們再叫多個小食,黑松露巴馬臣芝士薯條。佢以鑊仔蹲上檯又幾好睇,黑松露同芝士真係絕配,加上薯條美味無比,我們以9秒9又食曬。人開始多la,我們個個好full。我推介這間又好食又坐得舒服餐廳,在這裏用膳感覺舒服自在。 繼續閱讀

來到星期五,今日唔係咁想出市區同人逼,而且有D野想係IKEA買,諗都唔洗諗就去左MEGABOX,買野前就梗係要醫下個肚先啦門面靚靚仔仔,可以一試九龍灣其實係唔少人番工的地區,呢幾張高檯岩晒大家放工黎HAPPY HOUR,呢度有唔少手工啤酒提供同好多西餐廳一樣,都係可以散叫或跟餐100%真‧果茶($28)講到100%果茶咁犀利,我點可以唔試下,飲落果然無添加糖那種甜,仲有粒粒果肉係入面沙律呢個係套餐跟的沙律,套餐可以揀餐湯及餐包又或者跟個沙律,上面有粒粒莓再加沙律菜太極扁意粉 (SET - $116)太極即係黑、白松露,黑松露意粉食得多,加埋白松露就第一次,白松露更加珍貴,比起黑松露更香,整碟意粉充滿住松露香,吃得滿足司陶特黑啤酒法式焦糖燉蛋($35)焦糖燉蛋加黑啤酒呢個組合實在新穎,黑啤麥味重,所以呢個焦糖燉蛋食落好香麥味,估唔到呢個配搭又幾唔錯如果大家係附近番工,放工搵飯食又或者想飲杯野但唔想同人逼,呢度的確係一個好選擇 繼續閱讀
