每星期都好期待出去同dear食個靚飯☕️今次同事介紹左呢間relax and chilling 🍽️ 可以放鬆一下🥰.🔸Latte ☕️ 💲45奶味比較重 so far 飲落去口感都rich🥰.🔹Cappuccino ☕️ 💲45本身好想試amerciano 但怕怕飲完今晚瞓唔到🫣所以就飲呢個喇🤭味道係慢慢濃落去既😜好香好特別既味道👅.🔸Classic Carbonara 💲138味道不算太濃既carbonara 😉如果比較會係coffee出色好多😍.🔹Yuzu Roll cake 🍰 柚子味好重😍每一啖都好fresh😋.🔸 Hojicha Cheesecake🧀🍰焙茶都算濃😗但cake就比較水狀一d好似好快溶咁🤨🤨.食完之後返到公司真心又fishing🎣 繼續閱讀

I really like the Colombia espresso, I think the sourness and the sweetness is very balanced. And the mangosteen flavour has a amazing performance. However, the pour over part is a little bit different from what I expected. I suppose the Standout Gesha from Panama should be more complex in flavour. The jasmine flavour is really “ Stand Out “, but the yellow fruit flavour and lasting is comparatively weak. Looking forward for more great coffee in the future, all the best. 繼續閱讀

餐廳:A.B.C.P (灣仔)地址:灣仔明仁里3號安興大厦地舖灣仔明仁里呢條巷仔有一間隱世嘅Cafe——A.B.C.P @a.basic.coffee.production ,開咗4個月左右,雖然唔多起眼,Cafe位置亦都唔多,但喺每日嘅lunch time時間都吸引唔少人過嚟食個Healthy Lunch或者嘆番杯咖啡☕️平日嘅12noon左右嚟度,Cafe已經坐滿得7788,用餐唔夠一個鐘,已經有十幾人喺Cafe出面等緊位入座,加上附近唔少打工仔專登過嚟買杯咖啡外賣🥤,估唔到又真係幾旺場🔥,究竟喺有咩吸引到咁多人過嚟呢?A.B.C.P其中一個老闆喺炒咖啡豆出生嘅,擁有自己嘅咖啡豆品牌,而另外其他老闆都玩咗咖啡好多年,佢哋覺得一杯好嘅咖啡,只需要back to basic,唔需要太多花巧嘢都可以好正,所以就幫Cafe改咗呢個名😎;而佢哋嘅食物就以健康、素食為主🌱,難怪吸引咁多OL過嚟食個Light Lunch啦😌✝️Penne All'Amatriciana $108呢個豬面頰肉番茄麵用咗掛汁嘅長通粉去整,當中加入鹹香十足嘅風乾豬面頰肉🐷,仲有風味突出嘅蕃茄🍅、辣椒碎🌶、芝士🧀,每樣食材都有自己嘅風格同特點,加上經過老闆們不停試味同研製食譜,終於襯托出呢碟酸辣均勻、辛香開胃、味道出眾嘅Penne All'Amatriciana✝️Sunset Egg Benedict $128有別於一般嘅Egg Benedict,A.B.C.P特別整成呢款粉紅色系嘅Sunset Egg Benedict,底層用咗粉紅香草包🥯,整到外脆內煙韌,中間加咗紅菜頭蓉,不過就令到香草包有少少腍咗,再加$10加埋風乾火腿,面頭放上流心水波蛋🥚,當然唔少得粉紅色嘅荷蘭汁去帶出鮮味。整體賣相的確幾吸引,以紅菜頭嘅新鮮香味為主,膩滑蛋香同風乾火腿嘅鹹香為次,仲有隱隱約約嘅香草味道🌿,配埋咖啡一齊食就最啱☺️Cafe嘅咖啡豆有兩種選擇,一款喺House S.O.E.,另一款喺Seasonal Premium S.O.E.。叫咗杯用House S.O.E. 咖啡豆整成嘅Cappuccino(原價$45,跟lunch set減$20),入口比較Nutty,喺獨家嘅咖啡豆品牌;另外叫咗杯Flat White(原價$45,跟lunch set減$20),咖啡豆喺用咗後者拎咗2022年World Barista Championship冠軍選手Anthony Douglas揀選嘅咖啡莊園,以Double Anaerobic Fermentation處理嘅Colombia Huila El Diviso Estate Sidra Bourbon - Double Anaerobic Natural(+$30),入口有濃厚嘅士多啤梨、玫瑰香,咖啡豆風味顯而易見,好易品嚐得出,相對濃厚Fruity 繼續閱讀
