好耐無去過中環，難得放假約到舊朋友聚下，順便睇下有咩新野好食，朋友選左新開嘅90s by NINETYs，本身以為係平時咖啡西餐路線，點知原來有近期勁流行兩餸飯。朋友話約快食嘅呢度係好選擇，因為又有得grab and go，想坐得耐又可以，最正係地點方便，就係新世界大廈入面，位置舒適，當日weekday lunch 都唔算勁當人，對曾經係中環番工嘅人就明白，呢點好重要。以別具本土文化特色的雙餸飯為靈感，90s by NINETYs選嘅食物有豐富多樣的環球菜式，日式、意大利菜、韓式，泰式，越南菜，仲有香港地道美食，菜單中的自選菜式會每週定期更新，為顧客帶來源源不絕的選擇，好啱鐘意試新野嘅人。當日貪心選了三餸，因朋友推薦佢嘅日式燒靖魚好好食，另外選了越式香茅椰子燴雞，佢仲俾左好大隻雞脾我，肉質夠滑，椰子味香，加多左個焗磨菇做伴菜，主食有有奇亞籽飯，亞麻籽飯，藜麥飯，紅糙米飯及黑糙米飯等，有別於出面嘅普通選擇，我反而選了意大利麵，當天為香蒜香草意大利麵，另外每款主食均會搭配韓式醬油半熟蛋，$88的價錢顯得更加唔算貴，當朋友話IFC最平都要百幾，但食物選擇普通嘅時候，呢個更顯有心思係菜單方面，朋友食清點選了油菜都唔錯，份量夠多。NINETYs出名精品咖啡好多人知，呢間分店有兩款精選的咖啡豆，其中一個曾於國際專業咖啡評鑑機構Coffee Review中獲得優異成績。Fruity Blend有散發淡淡紅梅及柑橘果香，輕透紅茶韻味 ，Choco Blend如其名充滿濃厚的可可氣息，兩個都值咖啡愛好者一試，當日試得Fruity，下次試埋呢一隻。

Recently, I had the pleasure of trying their new lunch bento set, which features a selection of dishes paired with expertly brewed coffees. Pan Fried Grouper Fillet with Tomato Sauce. The fillet was cooked to perfection, tender and flaky inside. The rich tomato sauce complemented the fish beautifully, adding a tangy sweetness. The dish offered a balanced and satisfying experience.Slow Roasted Pork Loin with Apple Purée.The pork was succulent and infused with flavors from the slow roasting process. The accompanying apple purée added a delightful sweetness that contrasted wonderfully with the savory meat.Braised Chicken with Coconut and Lemongrass.The chicken was tender, soaked in a fragrant sauce that was both creamy and aromatic. The notes of coconut and lemongrass brought a tropical flair to the dish. Poached Chinese KalePoached Chinese Kale provided a refreshing touch. Lightly cooked, it retained its vibrant color and crunch, serving as a perfect palate cleanser amidst the richer flavors of the other dishes. To accompany this delightful meal, I opted for a cup of their house-brewed coffee. It was robust yet smooth, with a rich aroma that complemented the food beautifully. This charming coffee shop is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a quality meal in a relaxed setting. Highly recommended!
