As my friend was craving cart noodles, we visited this cart noodle resto in Causeway Bay. .I ordered Cart Noodles with 3 Toppings. For the ingredients, I chose Spicy Pig Blood Curd, Food Stall Suckling Pork Liver and Chinese Chives Dumplings. I selected Rice Noodles and added the House Special Spicy Sauce. The Pig Blood Curd was huge and well-marinated. The Pork Liver was pleasantly chewy with no unpleasant odour. The Dumplings were mouthful and fulfilling. The spiciness of the spicy sauce was on point. My friend got Cart Noodles with 4 Toppings. For the ingredients, she chose Satay Pork Rind, Fish & Meat Dumplings, Sweet & Sour Beancurd Dough and Radish in Clear Soup. She selected Oil Noodles and added the Homemade Satay Sauce. .The resto was adorned with vintage Hong Kong-style posters and decorations, evoking a nostalgic ambiance.
