呢間位於銅鑼灣嘅麵家係一間好有心思嘅港式粉麵小店!餐廳主打招牌雞白湯,聽講呢個湯底係每日至少用8個鐘頭熬製而成,工序繁複,絕無添加任何味精,可以放心飲哂成個湯底!店內裝修以木系嘅簡約風為主,環境乾淨企理~✨招牌櫻花蝦雲吞麵櫻花蝦雲吞特別大粒,因為係餐廳自己每日新鮮包嘅!皮薄餡靚,散發住濃郁嘅海鮮鮮味!雞白湯清澈而鮮甜,質地順滑,係進店必點!幼麵係選用咗「永樂」呢間超過50年老字號嘅品牌粉麵廠!麵質同味道都好經典,充滿港式情懷~✨秘製慢煮牛腩拼牛丸河慢煮牛腩亦都係餐廳自家炆嘅,肥瘦均勻,肉質軟腍!牛丸爽口彈牙!大地魚雞白湯就多咗一份魚嘅鮮味,味道甜美!而河粉都係香港制造嘅,選用咗超過70年歷史嘅呢個品牌「雙喜」!河粉比一般嘅偏幼身,質地柔滑細膩~鍾意食辣嘅人,千祈唔可以錯過小店嘅辣椒油同埋辣菜脯啊~✨時令油菜-菜心苗呢到嘅油菜可以自己選擇配蠔油定係腩汁,今次揀咗配腩汁!微甜嘅腩汁同菜心苗嘅清新口感相得益彰~✨壹品豆漿✨檸檬可口可樂

銅鑼灣美食集中地燈籠街原來有間港式粉麵🍜 雖然呢條街有幾間麵店 但係佢嘅定位都幾唔同‼️ 呢度將港式粉麵提升咗好多✨ 飲到雞白湯 又用香港老字號永樂同雙喜嘅粉麵🇭🇰❣️咩都有麵 $78個名簡單直接 有雲吞 墨丸 牛丸 魚蛋 貢丸 牛腩💦 咩都有啲好豐富🔥慢煮牛腩係自家炆 仲可以揀肥啲瘦啲 肉味濃唔柴🐄 招牌櫻花蝦雲吞自己新鮮包 皮薄餡靚成粒乒乓波🦐魚蛋同魚片都有 好彈牙🐟 另外墨丸我念念不忘 新鮮到食到墨魚粒嘅膠質🦑麵底揀咗幼麵 配上大地魚雞白湯 湯底有平時粉麵店兩倍濃郁但唔咸💕真係清淡得來又好食 仲可以加啲辣菜脯或者辣油變化下🤌🏻🤪❣️秘制慢煮牛腩拼牛筋 金錢肚 撈麵 $96撈麵仲另外有碗湯 招牌雞白湯感覺到熬咗好耐 擺咗一陣面頭有啲膠質💦 唔似係日本拉麵嗰種雞白湯比較中式 有啲蜜棗嘅甜味又唔會有肉臭味🐓呢個價錢雖然貴啲但係反映咗係肉量🐄🐄🐄真係俾咗超級多料‼️牛筋係超級軟腍入晒味甜甜地 冇牙婆都食得超好食‼️呢碟嘅牛腩仲靚 肉質再結實啲 加上醬油肉味濃到一瞬間以為食緊嘢野味🤣金錢肚好靚仔 處理得乾淨 爽口彈牙又入味🌟❣️時令油菜-菜心苗 $22鍾意佢蠔油分開上可以食得健康啲🙂↔️🥬條菜本身已經好甜零渣 就咁食都好滿足😗❣️壹品豆漿 $12❣️冷萃烏龍茶 $15壹品豆漿依家咁好飲的嗎?飲落同新鮮豆漿冇分別 甜度係啱啱好🤓 第二度見到都可以試吓🤩

🇭🇰 Causeway Bay 銅鑼灣|Min Gaa 麵家New noodle place alert! This restaurant may look like the other noodle 🍜 place but what’s so special about it is their unique broth that is used for the noodle! It takes over 8️⃣ hours to make their wonton noodle broth! Even the wonton are made by themselves everyday to ensure the quality and freshness! 😆Here are some noodles that I tried:•𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐭 𝐒𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐝 𝐁𝐞𝐞𝐟 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐤𝐞𝐭 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The beef brisket 🥩 is perfect in terms of texture and I love the broth a lot! You can even drink it all without finding it too salty since they didn’t add any additives inside! 😋•𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐤𝐮𝐫𝐚 𝐒𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐩 𝐖𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐥𝐞𝐬 (𝐅𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐬𝐡 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐩)The stirred noodles can further bring out the broth flavour, which is even more refreshing than the chicken soup! 🍜 The wonton is huge with so many stuffings! Look at the gigantic shrimp inside! 🦐•𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐰 𝐎𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚 & 𝐊𝐨𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐞𝐚They are good beverages but to be honest, I prefer drinking the broth of the noodle more than the drinks since with 8 hours of making, you can taste how rich the flavours are! 😍

麵家位於銅鑼灣登龍街一條好多拉麵同中式面食嘅集中地選址就已經好大競爭我好想試佢哋嘅牛腩但不幸今日OT太夜已經賣晒我叫嘅係麵家嘅雙拼撈麵叫左碗櫻花蝦雲吞魚蛋蝦籽麵個蝦子麵係本地老字號面廠出品加上時令油菜整體感覺幾好暖笠笠而且個湯底好味蝦籽麵麵質好彈牙有嚼勁上面都有好多好多蝦籽特別係麵底醬汁設計得幾用心麵係食嘅時候唔會太乾保持左適當嘅濕潤感 碗麵亦配上左大地魚雞白湯雲吞放入湯令熱度釋放雲吞的皮薄但入面超級足料內餡有鮮蝦和豬肉碎味道不錯大地魚雞白湯味道比較濃成個撈麵好有層次感期待吓下次再黎可以食到佢最出名嘅牛坑腩啦

呢間麵家主打雞白湯底拼港式粉麵~佢哋嘅雞白湯🐔用超過8小時熬製而成,濃而不膩~飲完唔會口乾真係心機之作招牌櫻花蝦雲吞撈粗加牛筋(雞白湯底)- 個雲吞真係超大粒,一啖真係食唔曬~入面用新鮮豬肉配上蝦仁同埋櫻花蝦味道更加豐富~🦐特別推介佢哋嘅牛筋係超軟腍QQ又夠入味,滿滿嘅骨膠原~秘製慢煮牛腩麵加金錢肚 (大地魚雞白湯底)- 加入咗大地魚嘅湯底味道更加濃郁~牛腩有得揀肥瘦好貼心,食落夠腍~(悄悄話:好食過好多所謂嘅名店特別係歌賦街嗰間,十幾年前仲係正常依家不知所謂,排隊貼錢買難受,唔建議)乾麵用咗永樂粉面廠嘅質素有保證~ 撈粗真係爽口又彈牙,加埋甜豉油同埋少少佢哋嘅自製菜脯 yumyum ~ 💖幾欣賞呢個港式小變化,為平日簡單嘅一餐注入新驚喜~而且店鋪夠乾淨,食都食得安心啲
