麥奀雲吞麵世家 (白加士街)

Mak‘s noodle are located in Jordan with the famous Australia Dairy Company and the Michelin awarded Mak Man Kee Noodle as close neighbors. They also have around a dozen of other branches in Hong Kong and mainland china. The restaurant opened its door first in 1920. Apparently at one time in the past they had a Michelin star. We were welcomed with a hot tea and ordered homemade soya milk, wonton noodles and stirred noodles with wonton and dumplings. The homemade soya drink was tasty and fresh. The other dishes were okay, but unfortunately not as good as the neighbor restaurant ones mentioned above. The interior design of the restaurant is beautyful. They serve Wonton noodles which is very famous in Hong Kong. I went to different branches but these two I went are very good. The one in Jordan, the venue size is good, more spacious and they serve chinese tea. The food is very good too. They have own restroom and it‘s ok clean & tidy. They accept cash only. Outside the restaurant has many meter parking if you drive or you can access there by bus, minibus etc… MTR is just 2-min walk from exit C2 Jordan station. For the one I went recently in K11 Musea, I am surprised the noodle I ordered is very very good. They serve it very hot and very tasty. The venue is not big, I would say small.. but it is good for 1 to 2 to visit. Maybe guests are not too many, the chef can make good dishes. The venue is clean & tidy. I like my bowl very much… wanna to order one more! It’s so delicious! Wonton is tasty with many shrimps, and hot. The other dumpling 水餃 has many ingredients, hot and tasty too. The noodle is crispy, thin and yummy! The soup… I actually drink them all! They don‘t have restroom inside and have to use the one in the mall. It’s clean too…. Wheelchair is ok since they have lift in the mall. Many parking spaces in the mall, or you can take bus, minibus or even ferry to K11 Musea. MTR is Tsim Sha Tsui or East Tsim Sha Tsui station, 1min walk from exit J. This restaurant does not allow to bring your own bottle nor cake. Overall, this restaurant maintains good standard. 今日係2024年7月1號星期一公眾假期，下午茶時段去佐敦附近試下啲名物，就搵咗佐敦麥奀記食馳名已久的雲吞麵，入到去裏面冇乜客人食麵，心裏已覺得有些中伏，店員問我食乜當然係食最馳名的雲吞麵，叫咗碗雲吞麵加底，嚟到真係發現碗麵非常細碗，冇香味，一啲都唔香，一啲都唔似傳統雲吞麵嘅雲吞香味，湯底更加唔使講，冇味冇雲吞麵嘅香味，湯頭好淺色，冇蝦味及冇蝦子味，粒雲吞好細，只有淡淡嘅蝦子味，蝦冇鮮味，麵雖然唔錯，但係咁細碗，湯底又唔夠味，雲吞冇乜味，個面點好食都救唔返，仲要收57蚊一碗！大概30年前曾經食過，當時嘅雲吞麵湯底依然好濃味，仲好深褐色！而家食返全部走曬樣👎！決定唔再幫襯，以後唔再幫襯👎👎👎👎👎出面應該仲有好味嘅雲吞麵舖。。。。。。…查看更多

見佐敦白加士街麥文大排長龍，即管行過隔離兩鋪~麥奀試吓。麵上檯，擺法正常。先試湯，扎實大地魚味，清，無雜味，濃淡亦剛好。夾起麵入口，爽口，軟硬岩好，一定唔係手工竹昇麵質感，但亦比一般工場貨高質好多。食得出係新鮮麵嚟。爬開麵見雲吞響底，細粒全蝦雲吞係麥奀特色。入口咬開，皮滑，蝦肉的確十分彈牙爽口，味亦夠，但口底胡椒粉味重，似乎佢可能落多咗少少。最後一試韭黃，生熟剛好亦重味，再一次係新鮮嘅感覺。嚴測簡評：整體穩陣, 亦看得出細微位既功架。加上呢碗45蚊碗細蓉有比正宗細蓉略多既份量，其實響而家呢個市道可以話係抵食。…查看更多

麥奀嘅圓眼雲吞透出豐富西關地道風味，源自1920年代弛名廣州雲吞名門－廣州雲吞麵之王麥煥池之子麥鏡鴻 (因身形瘦削，故名麥奀)。細蓉，名字取自芙蓉花，玲瓏剔透，微黃色中透著淡白，新鮮包好嘅雲吞在熱湯中翻動時，遠看如魚尾之姿，近看如芙蓉浮花，湯裏看畫，感覺唯美如斯。湯底鮮香滿滿嘅大地魚甜味，清澈不油而且無鹼水味🦐 雲吞皮薄，內餡鮮嫩又有蝦仁嘅爽脆，配合埋蛋香十足夠曬彈牙嘅竹昇麵底，食落滋味無窮。但我只想知道究竟一次要食幾多碗先夠飽？😂…查看更多

以前食過荃灣店不錯，佐敦這間店，門口見冇人就入來試下，第一次來食，一坐低問食乜，最後，水都冇多杯:(叫左兩款～雲吞麵＆牛筋腩麵：雲吞麵 (大) $58, 麵偏硬，麵質有別於預期，嘛嘛地，大地魚湯底亦不夠熱，雲吞味道可以，但雲吞，好細隻。牛筯腩麵 (大) $63，這個湯底比較好些少，但麵質亦偏硬，湯底無乜特別；店舖裝潢簡單，舖頭空間細，2人坐單邊位，坐得是有點逼。待應姐姐的態度，亦嘛嘛地。整體而言：這價錢不值，以上為個人意見。…查看更多

今日要快閃快食,之後趕住去上堂,諗住喺附近間麵雲吞店食碗雲吞麵,點知去到要等位,見到隔離間唔使點等位,貪快入咗去試,依家都算有名嘅,應該吾差得去邊😅🥢叫咗個雲吞豬手麵,,又唔錯喎湯熱辣辣,麵質都算彈牙,雲吞雖然唔係好大粒,都有蝦,豬手算幾淋,味道就普普通通,性價比我認為可以接受😋相對而言我會選麥奀環境ok,,坐得舒服,不會迫迫夾夾😅有茶招呼,又可雙拼😅尤其現在的物價彪升令兩店的價差縮小 了,當然食淨雲吞麥X記係抵食小小,但雙拼及多拼這間是可以接,不過兩間嘅雲吞麵都係比較精緻,如果大食小小嘅人,,食細蓉一碗真係吾夠,食兩碗先飽🤣…查看更多
