近年尾大家都想慶祝一番,但無得聚餐唯有叫外賣,平時都知道呢間野又貴食物又無咩特別,礙於地點問題照叫外賣(78折好吸引)番到上樓,份量打個5折吖!唔該晒!見到成千銀(未打折前)食D咁嘅嘢真係食慾大減!出名個明爐蜜汁叉燒又干有硬蘿蔔糕1片切開兩舊當兩位份量楊枝甘露無楊枝無西米得甘露(水一般的甘露)完全無質感無口感真係好失望!D嘢唔係唔洗錢架,$800食晏好貴架喇,可唔可以俾D心機做好D吖!不過算啦好難有下次 繼續閱讀

因疫情關係,加上限聚令,故今年冬至唯有order這間經常光顧的食肆為冬至而設的盤菜。揀選了價錢為$1,650的六人冬日盛宴,並贈送燒腩肉、生炒糯米飯及紅燒貢品飽魚,算是抵食。盤菜的餸料包括 : 鮑魚、柱甫、花膠、海參、豬手、北菇……等共20款,十分豐富,但筆者發覺可能因餸料太多,雖然已經淋上附送的鮑魚汁,但有些食材及隨後加的蘿蔔根本吸收不到醬汁的味道,而且雞肉鞋口、鴨亦帶有騷味,但糯米飯又偏鹹,較之在堂食,盤菜食物的味道明顯較遜色,是較人失望的一餐。 繼續閱讀

今日2人到這𥚃食午餐。酥皮义燒包,似一個有餡嘅菠蘿包,暖暖地,幾好味。石頭魚湯雲吞 $70,有8粒小雲吞,魚湯濃烈,吾錯。潤腸滑雞飯$88,潤腸有點酒香,雞都幾滑,但個飯就濕左d,爛爛地,口感不佳。炸鮻魚球$55,有8粒,魚肉打得吾夠彈牙,個蜆介汁太浠又冇乜蜆仔肉,這個好一般。豬仔豆沙包仔 $27,有3個,影下相就ok,但其實只是一個小的豆沙包仔,冇乜特別。埋單$330/2位,久不久食一次,都ok 嘅! 繼續閱讀

Please note that all these photos in this commentary are original without any editing at all.You know during this epidemic maybe sometimes it is better to stay home and just order takeaways. This time we ordered a 自選外賣套餐 for 2. We ordered 蜜汁叉燒 among the 燒味; 君度橙花骨 among the 小菜; and 竹笙野菌浸魚腐 among the veggies. The set came along with 2 bowls of plain rice. The price was $328 via online dining platform 外賣送. The price was cheaper if you chose to take it home on your own. Everything was well packed in a bag. Very hygienic so it seemed. When they were delivered to my home, they were still very warm!The 蜜汁叉燒 was amazingly delicious despite being takeaway! They were still warm when eaten. I really have to say they are much better than those we had at Man Wah. 外脆内軟,肥瘦適中, and the sauce was just perfectly sweet. Maybe the best char siu I had ever had... When I opened the box, this 君度橙花骨 smelt so nice of orange. There were loads of real orange cubes and orange skin. Very appetising sauce. The pork bones were reasonably tender. There were so many pieces. I had to admit that I chewed and swallowed the bone. I didn't break my teeth fortunately.竹笙野菌浸魚腐 had super clear and delicious milky fish soup. The choy sum were very fresh. There were loads of mushrooms and 魚腐 at the bottom. Big portion!There were two bowls of plain rice.I had never expected such yummy char siu to be eaten at home! Highly recommended! 繼續閱讀
