同一班朋友唔一定去酒吧吹水,去飲夜茶,以茶代酒,嘆埋食點心一樣好盡興🥳荃灣鳳城1954,走年輕路線,將傳統點心打造成打咭able點心,小鳳伊人/鳳梨酥($36)、包羅萬有三色包,熔岩流沙包,綠茶包,豬嘜🐷叉燒包各一($42)、七彩鮮蝦餃($46)、蝶豆花菜苗餃($39)、甘筍🥕咸水角($36),造型💯分,唔係得個樣架,味道真係掂👍🏻金光炸粉果配上湯($32)、龍蝦湯鮮竹卷 ($39)、胡椒豬肚雲吞($39)三個點心各有唔同嘅湯,各有特色,當中胡椒豬肚湯最突圍而出。蜜汁方塊配蝴蝶包 ($46)金華火腿片甜甜蜜蜜夾夾埋個蝴蝶包,鹹甜交集,味道豐富,好有驚喜。除咗點心,鳳城炸子雞咁出名,今次叫咗《自選孖寶》半隻炸子雞➕酸菜魚片($268),好抵食,炸子雞皮脆肉嫩,酸菜魚微辣酸菜湯好飲,魚片滑溜。冰鎮花雕鴨舌($58)鴨舌彈牙,有花雕酒味,又有少少話梅味,開胃小食。龍袍四季豆($48)鹹蛋黃炸四季豆,邪惡又惹味,好快就掃晒😆鳳城小炒皇($108)好夠鑊氣,韮菜花、蝦乾、魷魚鬚、腰果、炸芋頭絲夠脆口,口感更豐富。鳳城炒飯($118)招牌炒飯都唔錯,飯粒炒得分明好乾身,加左蕃茄粒又有清新嘅感覺。價錢唔貴,5個人嗌到成枱餸,每人都係夾2百幾,真係好抵食。 繼續閱讀

This summer is going to be a lasting one. We celebrated our professor’s retirement in this Chinese restaurant in D Park. As he likes drinking tea a lot, we picked a pot of ginseng oolong to share. The tea tasted amazing, aromatic, sweet and with depth. It was an overdue reunion so we went overboard for the food, my photos speak for that! Every dim sum was finely made, eye catching and made with very fresh produce. Staff was so friendly and offered to snap photos for us. We had such a great Friday night. My favourites of the night went to: 1. 龍袍四季豆- superb deep fried salted egg battered long beans, this was extremely crispy and addicting. I’ll rate it 10/10, you ought to order. 2. 小鳳依人 雀仔鳳梨酥- baked pineapple cakes shaped like birdies and served in bird cage, deliciously crumbly, eat that immediately before it goes cold, birds fly & won’t wait! 3. 龍蝦湯鮮竹卷- shrimp & pork rolls wrapped with bean curd sheets and cooked in lobster bisque, delicate and very juicy. 4. 包羅萬有- my first time trying this seashell-looking puff, it’s an airy, light deep-fried pocket of sticky rice, veggies and meat mince. Dip that in a wonton broth to eat. Surprisingly yummy and made me wanted an extra one! 5. 欖角骨- finger-licking ribs cooked with preserved olive and sweet glaze, it’s a staple in some traditional Chinese restaurants, here they made it just right, with meat in perfect texture. 繼續閱讀

再臨鳳城,今次去鳳城1954。喺荃灣愉景新城有分店嘅鳳城1954,係集團2018年創辦的新派順德菜品牌。呢度係走年輕路線,就算晚市都有點心供應。今晚實在叫得太多嘢食,我挑選啲有記憶點嘅精選嚟講講。打卡精選彩虹鮮蝦餃 $42 包羅萬有 $46 小鳥依人 $36三樣都係極之打卡。包羅萬有即係有三種唔同味道嘅包,但淨係見到”豬仔”樣子都知道一定要叫😆。小鳥依人其實即係鳳梨酥,有埋個籠,小鳥唔會飛走。龍袍四季豆 $48今晚個人認為嘅mvp,高份量、金黃甚至橙黃色嘅蛋黃包住四季豆,鬆脆香口,非常邪惡嘅菜式,連四季豆好似變咗配角咁,食唔停口。自選孖質 炸子雞/酸菜魚片 $268另一個好抵嘅選擇。上次已經試過佢炸子雞係有水準,原來佢嘅酸菜魚先係殺着。微辣之下,酸菜湯係好好飲,魚片大小足夠亦嫩滑。其他亦都有上乘水平嘅菜,我會推薦$88有六大件嘅欖角骨、$108足料香口非常有風味嘅鳳城小炒王、$58食到尾都仲夠凍夠酒味,而且有肉香嘅冰鎮花雕鴨舌、$38價錢平到誇張,但啲湯可以就咁飲胡椒豬肚雲吞,同埋$39有龍蝦湯味嘅龍蝦湯鮮竹卷等等。如果以上再唔夠,建議可以叫埋$39靚靚仔仔嘅蝶豆花菜苗餃、$118乾身足料嘅鳳城炒飯、$46食落有鹹香咁嘅蜜汁火方配蝴蝶包。如果再加埋紅棗糕做甜品,就一定會係完美嘅收結。呢度環境舒適,坐得一啲都唔迫,服務亦周到,晚市點心更加係抵食得可以,真係可以好好同一班朋友聚吓。 繼續閱讀

本身無打算食呢間,同埋原來一直都冇留意屋企附近有呢間酒樓。今日好突然地想食中菜,兩個人望咗陣餐牌,都有啲1516,但門口嘅叔叔好好人,係好親切個隻。佢叫我地「試下囉~」都好彩我哋有入去,如果唔係就錯過咗。結果兩味菜都好入味好夠火喉同埋所有員工都係好好服務下次會再幫襯。我覺得個價錢對得起個質素,啲嘢的確好入味。見到樓下有人食評係話貴,我覺得係普通餐廳價。嫌貴可以考慮食三餸飯😂最後2碗飯2個餸around 3xx, 繼續閱讀

早幾日同屋企人去荃灣間鳳城食lunch一開始叫左兩個冷盤,一碟醉鴨舌,同皮蛋+青瓜+雲耳拼盤, 算幾好,傳統風味~之後個咸水角就好一般,油到不得了,師父手勢唔多得。。。鮮竹卷就唔錯,脆身又有啲湯糯米雞就一句:唔抵 , 根本係珍珠雞,60幾蚊又要唔煙韌,又唔陣牙,又唔淋,一啲特色都無,糯米可以整到飯團咁,功力都幾"高"碗水餃啲湯落大量胡椒...係咪啲餃唔新鮮,所以落重手癖味?蛋散ok, 糖粉花生碎落得太多叉燒包又係癡線,用麻蓉果啲圓包。。。 用都算,仲要係包同叉燒都係薄+少, 仲以為食緊街邊啲幾蚊包。。。四個人,幾個點心已經要人均200, 仲要質素普通到咁,完全失望 繼續閱讀
