If this place isn’t closing soon, it probably should. The restaurant is dirty, the food is bad and the operation is mismanaged. When we saw a cockroach crawl pass our table and the manager didn’t even seem surprised, you know you are in for a ride. The manager’s first explanation was “it’s normal” (no, it’s not normal where I’m from) and his second try was “we just had an exterminator visit, so they are running around”. Anyway, we decided that we wanted to live a little last night, so we decided to stay to see if we would get food poisoning. While we didn’t get food poisoning, we did ingest some pretty bad food. I don’t have the patience to really explain all the ways that it’s bad, so I won’t even try. The quality of the ingredients is just embarrassing. They did make up for things a little toward the end of our meal by putting on a show. The kitchen staff decided to have a loud verbal argument with each other in the dining room area, so we were treated to a performance on work place conflict resolution and what not to do when you are the manager.All in all, if an adventure and bad food are what you are looking for, you should check this place out. Otherwise, get your cockroaches just like everyone else at one of these dai pai dongs.

家有老人生日，為遷就他行動不便，我們特意選擇了地舖的酒家方便出入。在open rice 上搜尋到上環鳳城是座落在地舖，故打了電話去訂位。在訂位時已講明老人家要坐輪椅，結果到達鳳城時，在 open rice 上所列明的地址地舖其實只是酒家的接待處，要到達酒樓裡面，我們還要另外行10多級很𨺗峭寬度只可容納2人的樓梯（上落皆是）。接待訂位的職員其實有責任通知客人，好讓我們能為 行動不方便的老人去選擇適合有輪椅家庭的食肆。

沒有想過鳳城酒家的服務態度是這樣☹️，本來家人生日想帶他們吃一間定位中上的酒家，點知一黎到就已經比佢地嘅服務，令我唔係好開心，仲要係同家人慶祝☹️食物份量偏少，但價錢都中上，一隻蟹鉗都88（+1服務費），味道合理不過不失，沒有太大驚喜，但以這個價錢，感覺似茶餐廳服務態度，真的令我失望。——本來我地6個人，問佢攞酒杯，只係比5隻我地，我問咗3次，最後一次問經理先攞得到最後一隻杯。——然後上菜時，我地叫了6個茶壺上嘅湯，佢一上就倒咗一兩啖湯係枱，我家人唔太開心，因為碗湯都只係細細碗，仲要倒瀉一兩啖，個上菜姨姨仲唔知講咗啲咩，我家人個樣就唔太愉快☹️家人生日，然後因為服務態度令家人唔開心，我都真係唔太開心，最後成餐飯食咗2600蚊。——食物味道其實唔算差，菠蘿咕嚕肉同炸子雞都ok，但服務真係令我成餐飯都唔太開心。

適逢假期，之前帶同長輩去食中菜，特別來到這裡，地方好近我家，選擇多，款式又有特色，跟一般中菜酒樓不同，而且整體味道不錯，值得一食再食同家人想去食傳統中菜，在上環挑選了鳳城，酒家裝潢新簇，備有卡位特別坐得舒適小食金磚豆腐外脆內軟，入口即溶。燕窩羹啖啖燕窩用料十足；京式片皮鴨，皮脆肉香👍🏻👍🏻，半隻份量剛好；甜品必點蓮蓉西米布甸，香滑蓮蓉配西米暖笠笠配搭舒適環境加上優質美食，家庭聚會一流👍🏻👍🏻

呢個餐廳都幾旺場眼見有好多人幫襯裝修都光猛企理係個地下比較滑少少老人家同小朋友真係要小心個地下好似有浸油面朋友仔們去嘅時候要睇路嘢食方面都可以鍾意順德風味嘅朋友這裏嘅出品都做得唔錯海鮮有驚喜整體嚟講啲嘢食合格
