經朋友介紹知道呢間日本餐做緊晚市半價,撞正女友生日就黎試下!環境唔錯,安排坐窗口位,但窗外冇景色!都係專心睇下有咩食好過.一打開真係全部食物半價呀!我同女友就係咁喪叫,就等女友開心下啦!食物質素真係唔錯,我地叫左我最鍾意食既三文魚,加州卷,赤貝,深海池魚,什錦天婦羅.而女友就叫左帶子,海膽,牡丹蝦,中吞拿魚腩,辣吞拿魚卷,茄子田樂,燒銀雪魚.因為半價既關係,女友叫野食都豪氣D....仲送雪糕比我地食,女友開心到死埋單只係六百左右咋,講都唔信呀!!!

食物質素真係唔錯,我地叫左我最鍾意食既三文魚,加州卷,赤貝,深海池魚,什錦天婦羅.
而女友就叫左帶子,海膽,牡丹蝦,中吞拿魚腩,辣吞拿魚卷,茄子田樂,燒銀雪魚.
因為半價既關係,女友叫野食都豪氣D....

仲送雪糕比我地食,女友開心到死

埋單只係六百左右咋,講都唔信呀!!!

I always like to try new restaurants but when my friend suggested going to Sushi U, I was a bit concerned as I don't eat raw fish. Most good sushi restaurants serve mainly raw ingredients but my friend assured me there were lots of cooked dishes at Sushi U. She was right as when I got there, there was a whole page of choices of cooked lunch sets. The lunch set came with the salad bar which had lots of fresh vegetables and I like Japanese salad dressing very much, so that was a nice surprise.The

There was coffee ice cream as dessert and it was refreshing and replaced the need for a cup of coffee.
Everyone thought their food was excellent, fresh, authentic and the place very clean and bright. We considered joining the VIP club but decided once you have a VIP card, you are obliged to come and would probably end up not coming. Rather, we can try for the promotion where if you arrive at the restaurant before 1230, you can order a special set which allows you to try a few different items for $200. So now, there is a plan.

中環既日本料理眾多, 走中高檔路線既選擇亦唔少,今次揀左鮨雄.日本菜不外乎魚生壽司天婦羅及燒物, 面對眾多選擇難以取捨,倒不如點個套餐.中價套餐包括前菜,4件厚切tuna sashimi, 炸蝦tempura , 迷你海鮮井, 蝦既茶碗蒸,4件壽司及甜品一客.前菜幾精緻,都係d醱瓜/醃菜之類,仲有一小碗木魚絲配豆腐,味ok.tuna sashimi我只食2片腩位,較深紅的2片讓俾朋友食,魚腩冇想像中多油份, 還好係厚切, 口感滿足.tempura用一小籃送上, 份量唔多,有炸蝦,炸蕃薯,炸茄子,炸冬菇,炸青椒等等,炸漿唔算好厚, 但唔夠熱,味只屬可以.再來一度茶碗蒸, 賣相幾靚, 夠熱,但唔算好特別.而且又係蝦,有d悶另一熱食係迷你井, 有帶子,尤魚及三文魚, 飯軟硬適中, 淡淡滲出魚香,好味,我食光一個之後上4件壽司, 開始飽了 只食下2件.而且冇驚喜可言最後甜品方面,我唔太欣賞. 雪糕冇問題,係d雜果有問題.竟然用類似罐頭雜果來伴雪糕?!!!我最討厭黃色既桃粒, 見到都倒胃 其實一球正中日本雪糕可能更討好, 真係多鬼餘,立時down grade左此中高價餐廳!晚市消費唔平, 以上套

tempura用一小籃送上, 份量唔多,有炸蝦,炸蕃薯,炸茄子,炸冬菇,炸青椒等等,炸漿唔算好厚, 但唔夠熱,味只屬可以.

再來一度茶碗蒸, 賣相幾靚, 夠熱,但唔算好特別.而且又係蝦,有d悶


另一熱食係迷你井, 有帶子,尤魚及三文魚, 飯軟硬適中, 淡淡滲出魚香,好味,我食光一個


之後上4件壽司, 開始飽了
只食下2件.而且冇驚喜可言

最後甜品方面,我唔太欣賞. 雪糕冇問題,係d雜果有問題.竟然用類似罐頭雜果來伴雪糕?!!!我最討厭黃色既桃粒, 見到都倒胃
其實一球正中日本雪糕可能更討好, 真係多鬼餘,立時down grade左此中高價餐廳!

晚市消費唔平, 以上套餐都$600位(一位起), 另外order左支180ml熱sake, 盛惠$260, 2人消費近$1600,以此價錢我期望食物水準更高. 未試過既可以一試,畢竟環境,服務都幾滿意.

原打算再訪豚王,一解拉麵癮,可惜竟發現已關門!門上未有任何通告說是什麼原因未有開門...唯有到處碰碰看有什麼好吃的。由於不想再吃秀拉麵(跟豚王相比真的遜太多了),所以便沿路慢慢找。找到了這家鮨雄,午市正在做港幣$298的All you can eat套餐,煞是吸引,於是便進去了。笠門一開,便有一名操日本語的男士問我們是否已訂枱,感覺很正宗的樣子;不過正宗不正宗還是要吃過其食物才知道。店裡沒有難聞氣味,真的好怕到某些有油煙味呀濃烈食送味的食肆,食完只消讓人聞一下便知道你方少吃過什麼。甫坐下,我們根本不需用腦,直接地order了兩個all you can eat套餐。套餐包了任食沙拉,男友去了一趟,說菜十分新鮮,而汁醬則調教得很特別,是在別家吃不到的口味;但那天我完全不想吃蔬菜,就沒添,所以也沒有評語。直接去主食吧。基本上menu上的所有壽司手卷等也叫了一遍,好吃!魚,非常的鮮味;紫菜,夠脆!用料不會小家,以海膽手卷為例,從頂到底也吃到海膽,著實是味之感動!愛吃海膽人士一定不可錯過!個人來說,比較喜歡那裡的手卷和壽司。兩個大胃王不停的吃吃吃,最後還來一球雪糕作句點。大滿足耶!有機會一定會再

It has been a long while, but this is the first lunch I had been to at Sushi U. It is satisfying that kept me revisiting this restaurant ever since. It has been a long while, but this is the first lunch I had been to at Sushi U. It is satisfying that kept me revisiting this restaurant ever since. Thus, I decided to add this old post in Openrice.

It was a catch up lunch with friends. We ordered,
Sashimi Set: the sashimi was fresh and the cut was nice. Six different options. scallop with tobiko; tuna was akami & toro; salmon; hamachi and kuruma ebi.

Grill fish filet Set: the portion was just right in japanese standard. It was very juicy and the sauce coated on the grill fish was well balance with its sweetness.

Katsudon Set: Ton katsu was well made. It is still juicy. Balance with the soft scrabble egg, it was very nice. One note, the eggs was very favorable itself. It does had the "egg" taste. Really appreciated restaurant that paid attention to small details. It does made the rice very different for true food lovers.

One more note, if you get to set at the bar table, the sushi chefs there are actually very attentive and let you change the sushi or sashimi in your set upon requests.

日本核災影响深遠。要行善,除了捐錢,貓兔倆繼續身體力行,無懼幅射陰影,繼上星期到Sushi Sase後,今個星期依舊往日本料理進發。今次挑選鮨雄,是因為朋友K。她對日食一向甚有要求,既然有她推介,算是有信心保證吧。是晚乃adhoc dinner ,貓兔倆大概8時許到達兼且未有訂座,但聽聞常滿的鮨雄只有2批人。當中壽司吧亦只有兩人在座。雖早預計生意有減,但貴為周末兼且位處黃金地段,生意如此冷清,實在始料不及。安頓好於壽司吧後,貓兔立即分工合作﹣為食貓請師傅為我們準備2份壽司Omakase;而兔兔便負責到sake專櫃挑選sake.最後師傅為我們安排了:蕃茄沙拉,伊佐木,帶子,北寄貝,深海池魚,𩶘魚,牡丹蝦,吞拿魚,海膽,燒拖羅,蔥拖羅卷,玉子 ,牡丹蝦頭麵豉湯。送鮮炸魷魚絲及雪糕。老實說,這兒食材新鮮質素不錯,招呼也可以,但Sushi Sase那一頓實在太太太美妙了,為食貓不其然有所比較。兩者相比之下,Sushi Sase的Chef Taichi光是準備壽司的用心與專注已像藝術表演,亦有細心留意我們的反應而安排食物,帶給貓兔不少驚喜。這兒的香港師傅手勢也不差,但公式化地安排兩份standa

有謂「上山容易下山難」,大概也可用於此吧。試過出色的鮨佐瀨,其他都給比下去了。

今天到中環找老公吃lunch, 中午時間在中環找地方吃飯的確是十分頭痛的事, 老公訂了鮨雄因為近他公司, 而且坐得比較舒服!我們坐的是bar枱位置, 因為午飯時間生意很好, 師傅都忙著為客人準備午餐! 我們各點了一份定食加一份軟殼蟹卷! 我點的是牛肉定食, 看得出做得很有心思! 淨是配菜已經有4款, 包括了茄子, 蒸蛋, 沙律, 醃青瓜!主菜牛肉, 肉質美鮮味, 很喜歡它的醬汁, 配上香軟的白飯很好吃啊!老公的吉列豬扖, 賣上很好; 炸得恰到好處, 豬扖又不太乾身!軟殼蟹卷賣相也非常吸引, 不過吃起來有點膩, 可能是因為面頭的牛油果的關係吧!~不過整體也不差最後要推介的反而是附送的芝麻雪糕, 實在太好味了, 芝麻味很重, 入口還感覺到一小顆一小顆的芝麻粒, 正!!!!

今天到中環找老公吃lunch, 中午時間在中環找地方吃飯的確是十分頭痛的事, 老公訂了鮨雄因為近他公司, 而且坐得比較舒服!
我們坐的是bar枱位置, 因為午飯時間生意很好, 師傅都忙著為客人準備午餐!

我們各點了一份定食加一份軟殼蟹卷!

我點的是牛肉定食, 看得出做得很有心思! 淨是配菜已經有4款, 包括了茄子, 蒸蛋, 沙律, 醃青瓜!

主菜牛肉, 肉質美鮮味, 很喜歡它的醬汁, 配上香軟的白飯很好吃啊!

老公的吉列豬扖, 賣上很好; 炸得恰到好處, 豬扖又不太乾身!

軟殼蟹卷賣相也非常吸引, 不過吃起來有點膩, 可能是因為面頭的牛油果的關係吧!~不過整體也不差

最後要推介的反而是附送的芝麻雪糕, 實在太好味了, 芝麻味很重, 入口還感覺到一小顆一小顆的芝麻粒, 正!!!!

這店子還未開的時候有朋友到這裡見過工.為什麼,開張時沒來?因朋友說她用的原材...幾是旦,有啲唔係路. 但當要想在中環吃壽司...還是試一下吧.入到去好似見到黃耀明(我意思係人山人海);下午食set由百零兩百到三四百.下午師傅用流水作業式的握壽司.....,各有山頭,所以好快有得食.這個是SASHIMI SET ,吞那魚OK好食,しまあじ好食,蝦就似膠.我的特上壽司SET,帶子好食.但吃起來只會想起元祿@灣仔道. 無交流的情況下.我想去360買盒好的中島壽司..坐在香港公園又或愛丁堡食..會好FEEL好多. 中環食壽司的話...都係比多少少上返佐瀬.當然趕時間除外....晚餐就沒試過,但午餐而言...唔係好過癮.

我的特上壽司SET,帶子好食.但吃起來只會想起元祿@灣仔道. 無交流的情況下.
我想去360買盒好的中島壽司..坐在香港公園又或愛丁堡食..會好FEEL好多.

中環食壽司的話...都係比多少少上返佐瀬.當然趕時間除外....
晚餐就沒試過,但午餐而言...唔係好過癮.

同事說平時唔會吃海膽、三文魚籽,只會在鰭雄吃。究竟有多好吃?試試便知。因為我們人多,可以訂到tatami房,有足夠人數,「房」不用收min charge。lunch 定食由$160-$380不等。魚生類$2xx。亦有$700for2的set。北海道魚生飯$240(海膽,帶子,三文魚籽,蟹籽,三文魚片)、雜錦魚生飯$220(主要魚類)、雜錦碎魚生飯$200(有好靚的吞拿魚粒)、特上刺身。我吃雜錦魚生飯,魚生片好像有點啞色,望隔離,一個吃北海道魚生飯;一個吃雜錦碎魚生飯,她們的刺身光澤多啊!!她們說我「隔離飯香啫!」不過大家的海膽真的靚到,如剛開海膽,鮮味得很!!還有吞拿魚蓉,油光且juicy!!如有下次一定要吃吞拿魚蓉飯,一大碗吃過夠本!牛肉薄燒,吃者不愛薑蔥,但牛肉片內包著薑蔥蓉,她說唔覺有味噃!可能已出晒味卦…..吉列豬扒飯,當然不要與Tonkichi相比。但他確實粉槳較厚,有豬扒肥肉,吉列醬也很咸。天婦羅飯$160,沒聽說什麼comment汁燒銀鱈魚,燒汁色澤深厚,所以非常入味,很餸飯!鱈魚側邊一pet似薯蓉物體,有片蓮藕拌著,吃了都不知是什麼,甜甜地似白豆蓉。和鱈魚一起,有點怪怪

This was the first time I came here. The place was huge and all the waiters and waitresses were Japanese! Very impressive.Unfortunately, once I sat down, I started to hear only noise. It was lunch time, and it was only a Japanese restaurant. Two of us sat on a 2-person table but we have to practically yell at each other as if we were in a bar enjoying happy hour.The food was actually excellent. However, it was way too noisy.

It is a kind of irresistible temptation as Sushi U was offering all food from the menu 50% off on her 1st year anniversary tonight. I have waited long for an excuse to try their 飛驒牛. Booking has been full for the 8pm section, so we have to dine early at 6pm. Deluxe sushi set - 又係基本款式,勝在交足料。

Uni sushi - my favorite, very fresh!

汁煮魔鬼魚 - 好滑,很好味。

燒物:點了油甘魚頭及Kinki - Kinki2小絛,肉質幼滑。

卷物:點了軟殼蟹牛油果卷及天婦羅卷 - 恰到好處,好味。

My conclusion is that quality of good is high, you are unlikely to be disappointed. This pefectly fit for business clients. However, they also price at a premium. You can probably get fresh sashimi somewhere with similar quality but lower price. Having said that, 煮物,燒物,卷物 are not expensive. They are similar price as other Japanese restaurants.

The most unique offer is 飛驒牛. I love to come again to try 飛驒牛 shabu shabu. That was my initial desire, unfortunately, the restaurant did not offer it tonight.

Once again, we tried to book a popular Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay at the last minute. No luck. Too many people going for the weekend lunch special. So, we thought of trying Sushi U instead since they have some of the highest-quality Japanese food we've tried in HK. Once again, we tried to book a popular Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay at the last minute. No luck. Too many people going for the weekend lunch special. So, we thought of trying Sushi U instead since they have some of the highest-quality Japanese food we've tried in HK. Plus they are close to home.

As we found out, they have an excellent lunch buffet + à la carte for HK$ 380/person. It wasn't as inventive as, say, the weekend lunch buffet at another popular restaurant in Landmark. But the quality was superlative, there was a wide variety, and we almost needed a forklift to get us back out the door. For hungry people this lunch special is incredible value for money.

The menu items include:

• 5 pieces of sashimi
• all-you-can-eat sushi
• a shrimp and vegetable tempura set
• a mini rice bowl (e.g. chirashi) with several topping choices
• miso soup plus egg custard
• coffee/tea to finish

The buffet included:

• four kinds of sushi rolls (e.g. salmon skin, spicy tuna)
• yaki sticks (no tori) incl. leeks, mushrooms, etc.
• grilled cod, shishamo, eel
• fried foods incl. chicken karaage
• bacon and tomato salad
• gyoza
• oden
• udon bowls
• dessert: tiramisu, coconut pudding with mango, and several others

I have left out a few of the buffet items I'm sure.

Everything tasted fresh and up to the standard of the meals we've had here before. The octopus sushi I had was not as tender as I've had at that other place we couldn't get into, but that was the only weak spot. The chu-toro was rich and melt-in-your mouth, the uni was excellent, the botan ebi creamy and not mushy, and the tempura was very lightly battered.

Most surprisingly, the dining room was only sparsely populated when we sat down to eat at 1:00. A few more tables came in but it was a surprising contrast to the carnage in CWB Japanese restaurants at lunch time. It's not as cheap as those places, but Sushi U offers consistently high quality and I still can't get over how much they offer for the price. I have had crappy take-out Japanese meals in New York featuring rolls with kilos of rice in them that cost more than this set lunch.

又係星期日,平時少啲過中環,不過今次專程過去同朋友食一餐,因為有大半年冇去啦,睇下有乜新意思。上到去同以前差不多,即係話唔使等,一定有位。咁都好,可以安心品嘗美食。間老板最近有乜好食,佢話返咗隻新和牛,叫做“飛騨牛”去年係當地岐阜縣得過獎咁話, 同時香港好似佢哋先有得食! 我問係真唔係? 佢就走去攞張證書出來比我睇,呵!原來真係堅嘢。咁我就話先嚟個刺身先啦。之前我有講過,要知道和牛好唔好,就先要食刺身。不一會,刺身送上。唔! 顏色唔錯,鮮紅通透,但我同老板講,呢隻唔係A5喎,佢唸都唔唸就話係呀,呢隻係 A4 ,佢話唔返 A5 係有原因嘅,叫我哋試吓先啦! 咁我就面頭嗰片放入口中,冇用到酸汁。發覺佢嘅溫度適中, 肉中脂肪就被口中嘅溫度溶化,好似食緊一片甘香嘅牛油,冇乜嘢留底,真係唔錯。因為牛肉刺身,溫度係好重要,太冰會黏住你條脷,唔夠凍,就好似軟咆咆,無哂口感。轉頭和牛刺身食完,跟隨一客左口刺身,賣相都唔錯,一句講哂,鮮甜爽脆,雖然冇河魨咁甜,但已唔錯啦!最後再嚟飛驒牛 sabu sabu, 到現在先知道佢地唔返 A5 牛嘅原因,就係食完一鍋,表面都冇乜油出現。而家明哪, 健康啲喎! 冇

我叫sushi set,魚生新鮮的,不算很好但ok,但少了種很有heart的舒服感覺,可能土地方太大仲有D嘈最好食是個roll,個蒸蛋味同熱度都麻麻。
