OMG guys! You HAVE to check out this amazing Japanese place I found in TST - Sushi Dokoro Matsudo! The vibes are super chill, perfect for a dinner date with friends or fam. (Address: 8/F, Colour Star Group Building, 100 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Tel: +852 31064468)I'd heard they use super fresh ingredients and the chefs are top-notch, and let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! Every dish was seriously on point. Get ready for a food spam!The "Assorted Sashimi (Premium) ($300)" was *chef's kiss*! Thick cut sashimi that just melts in your mouth. So fresh and sweet, a total must-try for sashimi lovers. The "Deep-fried Beef & Potato Croquette ($70)" was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, with juicy beef and creamy mashed potato. The textures were amazing!The "Japanese Omelette ($18)" might seem simple, but it takes real skill to make it this perfect. Fluffy, eggy, and just the right balance of sweet and savoury. Comfort food at its finest! The "Tofu Salad ($68)" was so refreshing, with silky smooth tofu and a special dressing. And of course, we had to finish with the "Fried Noodles ($88)". 近排好多專家都話日本會發生大地震,搞到呢一年都唔係好夠膽去日本。近排約咗朋友去尖沙咀一間日式餐廳,尋回咗去日本食魚生刺身嘅回憶😆✨帆立貝裙邊✨作為一道前菜,食落去十分滑溜,爽口開胃,打開味蕾。✨螢光魷魚✨比較少食嘅一款刺身,醬油味唔會太濃,可以食到些微嘅海水味,帶出海水嘅鹹鮮味,但係唔會腥,最緊要係好滑溜😆✨鮟鱇魚肝✨被形容為深海中嘅鵝肝,入口即溶,十分柔滑,海水嘅鮮味中𤘘咗油脂嘅肥膩,好好食😍✨雞泡魚乾✨一道暖暖哋嘅小食,十分有咬口,鮮味喺口中散發出嚟,令人忍唔住一啖接一啖😋✨刺身拼盤✨用上咗三文魚、赤身、帆立貝、深海池魚、赤蝦等刺身,每一款都好新鮮,好高質素。個人最欣賞赤蝦,入口爽甜,又好大隻😆食完好似返咗日本咁樣😁✨燒牛舌✨牛舌一串有三大件,送上嚟仲係熱辣辣,最重要係一啲都唔靭,好爽口😆✨天婦羅拼盤✨拼盤內容十分豐富,有番薯、冬菇、三隻大蝦,外皮脆而薄,配上天婦羅汁,十分出色😋✨牛油燒帶子✨意想不到嘅驚喜,滿滿嘅鑊氣,帶子大大隻,十分飽滿,全部都充滿着香草牛油嘅香氣。✨芝麻雪糕✨好濃嘅芝麻香味,為晚餐畫上完美嘅句號。

今日朋友帶左我黎呢間有少少隱蔽既居酒屋,估唔到香香處處有驚喜!原來呢到已經開左廿幾年,唔怪得個feel咁懷舊日本風,唔錯!even開左咁耐,聽佢講以前係勁出名,但價錢都仲係公道,同平時出面差唔多坐低先有前菜開胃,酸酸甜甜似係炸蝦乾,又幾好食雜錦刺身,店員勁細心同我地講解每一款刺身,仲提我地應該由邊一款食起先,勁有服務好細心刺身全部都厚切,入口大大件勁滿足,仲有海膽三文魚籽,勁鮮甜煮鵝肝,唔同平時食開既法式煎鵝肝,呢到明顯少好多油脂,食落偏向軟身,即使無煎過都食得出鵝肝既味道,而且一啲都唔腥海鮮沙律可以話係呢餐最出色,終於唔再係雜菜加麻醬/柚子醋底下刺身勁多好足料,每一啖都食到刺身,面頭加上既脆脆可以話係神來之筆,令成個沙律勁有口感,而家諗返起都勁回味雞軟骨串燒,呢個就不過不失日式炸雞可以食得出無乜炸粉或麵包糠,外皮既脆身全靠雞皮,所以唔可以expect超級脆身,反而咁做無咁油膩又keep到肉汁焗芝士年糕,芝士拉得出絲夠晒咸味,配上煙韌年糕又幾特別最後仲有雪糕送,完美作結

黎左呢間日本餐廳食飯,入面裝修格局好似置身喺日本咁,佢仲有包廂房間,好適合一大班朋友去。坐低冇耐先上咗個前菜,係帶子裙邊,爽口彈牙,醬汁帶點鹹同埋少少辣,作為一個前菜係幾唔錯。蟹子沙律青瓜絲加蟹柳絲,再配上滿滿嘅沙律醬,夏天食真係好透心涼。雜錦刺身(上)有吞拿魚,油甘魚,三文魚,帶子,甜蝦,𩶘魚,海膽配三文魚子,佢個油甘魚同三文魚好肥美甘甜,甜𧎚新鮮大隻,海膽都係有驚喜的鮮甜。帶子牛油燒一上枱就聞到好香牛油味,帶子有四大隻,幾爽口,你個牛油味入曬去個帶子到。沖繩苦瓜豬肉炒雞蛋好有家庭料理感覺,味道真係做到剛好適中,估唔到豬肉嘅份量都幾多,沖繩苦瓜好爽,一啲都唔苦。蒜片雞肉南蠻漬炸雞好食,配埋個酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁黎食,可以中和油膩感。最後,仲有抹茶雪糕送,大滿足😌

喺尖沙咀隱藏一間開業21年嘅超地道居酒屋🏮當晚有超多日本人幫襯同支持連手握壽司嘅師傅都係正宗日本人今次唔使飛日本都食到超地道嘅日本居酒屋🥢雜錦刺身(上) $450 估唔到香港地仲搵到呢個價錢咁大份嘅刺身呢個刺身拼盤總共有七種唔同嘅款三文魚、赤身、牡丹蝦、帶子、 油甘魚、 魰魚、 海膽每款都有3大舊 全部都係厚切!刺身非常鮮甜 特別係三文魚同牡丹蝦 完全食到停唔到😍🥢鮨處松戶海鮮沙律 $95咪以為佢價錢咁平就好細份黎到超級驚喜 魚生嘅份量完全係蓋過晒沙律菜😆食極都食唔晒啲魚生 大胃王必點!不過略嫌個沙律汁太濃味🥢和牛粒鐵板超 $280 和油脂充足 入口即溶份量十足 放喺鐵板上面可以維持個溫度 每一粒放入口都係熱辣辣我哋仲為咗佢叫多碗白飯嚟送添🥢明太子玉子燒 $78 比起其他嘢食,稍為遜色玉子好嫩滑,但係明太子略嫌過鹹🥢芝麻雞翼 $68芝麻雞翼,即叫即炸 外皮好香脆 雞肉嘅肉汁完美鎖住 肉質嫩滑 推薦👍🏻
