尖沙咀工作多年,厚福街自自然然是我熟悉的街道,皆因嘴饞的我基本上每週也到一次這條美食街😝😝這家鮨一想試很久,今晚終於試到了😊雖然三層咁大,想周五周末的話,還是早點訂座為上策😬藍馬上去,一出𨋢已經感受到強烈日本風,一眾店員的日文歡迎光臨,好似到了日本🇯🇵內在裝潢也極具日本風,一字排開的酒更添氣氛🥰先來個沙律開開胃口日本海葡萄蕃茄沙律,加左黑醋,酸酸地,好開胃😌宮崎縣超甜粟米,之前係日本食過一次,超級清甜,爆曬汁😍😍海膽係我倆至愛,好最馬糞,creamy 得來好甜呀,海膽份量超多,分三大口都充滿口腔🤭🤭日本真蠔,手掌咁大,爽口!銀鱈魚,熟食就食得多,刺身都係第一次,估吾到咁鮮鮮,成寸厚,口感豐富😁薄切池魚王就另一風味,有點透明,配上自家汁醬汁,很Match 😝😝自製串燒拼盤🤣🤣雞胸軟骨,雞腎、雞肝,雞皮、雞心,鹽燒牛小排🤩雞皮真係好香,脆卜卜...雜錦天婦羅有三隻大蝦茄子日本番薯南瓜.賣相靚靚仲好抵食添!熱辣辣擺入口嗰時真係要小心啲🤣🤣辣酒煮蜆,夠晒辣,好新鮮好鮮甜大隻,嗜辣的一定要試,連湯都飲埋🥰食埋個夾羅少真係超級飽,多士有8塊,蟹膏好香配多士一流樣樣野都想試,樣樣都好好味!搞到捧住個肚走🤭🤭食物質素絕對對得住個價錢,有啲熟食我覺得價錢偏低😝😝一個字 ,正! 繼續閱讀

這天晚上約了朋友到尖沙咀吃晚餐,我們決定吃日本菜。「鮨一日本料理」佔了3層, 陣容非常龐大。裡面的裝潢很日系,跟日本本土的餐廳很相似。店員態度良好,感覺不錯。看完菜單後,選了一些看起來很美味的食物。日本海萄萄蕃茄沙律 $128酸酸甜甜的很開胃。蔬果都很新鮮,尤其是蕃茄,有一種很fresh的感覺。有殻活帶子$128質感彈牙。上菜時已分好幾份,非常貼心。沙旬魚 $128一入口,有股油香傳來。又感受到魚滑溜溜的口感。加上醬油,滿分!薄仁u名鏗$220外觀華麗,金色邊的碟,很配合上面的金箔。肉質鮮嫩,每一片夠薄,彷彿入口即溶。日本原隻活海膽 $336很驚喜!海膽殻裝著5片切好的海膽,排列整齊,很符合日本人一絲不苟的個性。海膽味道較濃,放在後面吃很恰當。銀雪魚(4切)$238厚切的魚肉另有一番風味。鮮味十足,又有咬口。嘗得出食材很新鮮。活北寄貝$248質感較活帶子柔軟。吃的時候,彷彿感受到海水的鹹和鮮。白蝦壽司$116很少在外面吃到,很值得一試。連外圍的紫菜也是一流,夠脆,相信是即點即製的。博多冬菇$58配有天婦羅汁,有熱力。外層炸得香脆,裡面夾著鮮蝦。吃後齒頰留香。自家制免治雞肉串$64有蛋作為醬料,很值得一試,從未在其他地方吃過。雞肉肉質鮮嫩,有點點軟骨的口感,加上蛋醬非常滋味。日式味噌煮牛舌$68用木碗裝著,除了外觀好看,更能隔熱。就這樣用手觸碰也不覺得熱。牛舌軟稔入味,有咬口,但有些人可能會覺得太硬。埋單$1905,平均每人$953,有加一服務費,以晚餐的價錢來說,算是可接受。餐廳氣氛、食物和服務員質素都很高,我們有機會還要再來! 繼續閱讀

I returned to Hong Kong a few weeks ago, and godbro XO told me that a popup store in TST was selling some minion goodies, so we decided to go shopping together on the 4th of July.  After some uneventful shopping, we decided to grab dinner in TST.  We wanted to splurge a little since it's the 4th of July, and we felt like celebrating a little.  We went to Hau Fook Street and found G One Sushi which has many happy reviews on OpenRice!As the elevator doors opened on the 18th floor, we were greeted by multiple posters and ads on the walls.Since we didn't make a reservation, we were seated at the sushi bar, where the tables were set neatly, and there were various condiments readily available.After getting seated, we decided to order quite a few items featured on the blackboard menu and a few other dishes recommended by the server.Japanese Sea Grapes and Tomato Salad ($128): I have been wanting to try Japanese sea grapes forever and had to order this salad after I saw it on the blackboard menu.  The seagrapes were crunchy and went pop, pop, pop in my mouth.  The tomato was incredibly flavorful and juicy, and the Japanese style salad dressing was delightful with the fresh veggies.The sushi chef combined the 3 types of sashimi we ordered in one big platter.The lobster was so fresh that the legs were still flexing in the platter when it was served!Lobster Sashimi ($348): The lobster sashimi was very fresh--the sashimi had a soft crisp texture and a natural sweet flavor!Japanese Live Uni ($168): You know you're in for a treat when fresh uni is served in the half shell rather than a wooden slab!  The uni had a fresh pungent flavor!  Yum!Scallop Sashimi ($128):  The sashimi from the scallop body was succulent and toothsome, and the skirt pieces had a slight crunch to them!Managatsuo Sashimi ($220): The managatsuo sashimi is thinly-sliced and garnished with delectable seaweed vinegar and uni sauce.  The managatsuo sashimi was incredibly flavorful and had a silky texture from its natural oils.Japanese Fresh White Corn ($158): I've started to love eating fresh corn raw.  I find that fresh corn can taste just like a fresh crunchy apple but better!  And, this Japanese corn had the same yummy sweetness just like the fresh New Jersey corn in the mid-summer season!Kuromutsu Sushi ($78): The kuromutsu is a flavor-forward fish with a soft meaty texture which was delightful with the sushi rice flavored with red vinegar.Shiro Ebi Sushi ($58): The shiro ebi was very fresh, and the teeny tiny white shrimps had the succulent natural sweetness that only comes from small shrimps!Wagyu Miso Stew ($98):  The wagyu in the stew was extremely tender, and the turnip and miso soup retained their own distinct flavors without overpowering the other components in the stew!Lobster Head in Miso Soup ($15):  This soup is the perfect way not to waste the lobster shells, but it was surprisingly flavorful for the short cooking time involved.  The leftover bits of lobster in the shell infused its flavor into the miso soup!Tsukune with Egg Yolk Sauce ($32):  I'm usually not a fan of tsukune because I find minced chicken usually dry and flavorless, but this skewer was very juicy and fully basted with sweet tare sauce.  I only needed to add a little bit of the egg yolk sauce, and it was already very tasty!Although the shopping in TST was quite disappointing, the dinner restaurant choice definitely wasn't!  With this Japanese dinner, I definitely don't miss the usual BBQ fare of hot dogs and burgers for the 4th of July! 繼續閱讀

前晚同朋友一齊係尖沙咀行街,買左唔少野~血拼過後,我地大家都好肚餓,打算留係尖沙咀食晚餐。朋友話厚福街個邊有間好出名既日本餐廳叫「鮨一」,師傳用專業既手法烹調出地道既日式料理,值得一試。因此,我地決定今晚去一睹廬山真面目~我地大約7 點去到18樓,「鮨一」入面已經人山人海,食客既笑聲不斷,氣氛好熱鬧。店員帶我地坐係師傅料理枱前既座位,枱面一早佈置好。放左日式典雅既餐具、熱茶、紙巾、醬油等,一應俱全,非常貼心☺️ 我地坐係師傅面前,心情十分興奮,因為既可以睇到各式各樣既食材,更可以親眼睇到師傅製作料理既過程。日本海葡萄蕃茄沙律 $128首先上左一個海葡萄蕃茄沙律作頭盤,色彩繽紛既沙律令我地胃口大開。海葡萄素有植物界「魚子醬」之稱,除左外表同樣係一粒粒之外,海葡萄既口感同樣彈牙爽口。呢份沙律加入左新鮮蕃茄,沙律菜同埋酸酸咸咸既醬汁,不但冇腥味,仲非常清新消暑。我地食到一滴不剩。金箔真名鏗刺身 $220第二道呈上既菜色係色彩鮮豔、閃閃生輝既真名鏗刺身,料理師傅無論係切割定係擺盤都係一流。真名鏗每一塊都係晶瑩剔透,鮮甜味美,配上金光閃閃既金箔、鮮味海藻同埋青蔥,係真正既色、香、味俱全。真名鏗其實係日本既白鯧魚,挾起一片沾上少許芥末同醬油,口感有少少似薄切既鯛魚,但呢種魚既肉質鮮甜得黎又夠紮實,清新不膩。銀雪魚刺身(4切)$238第三道係令人心花怒放既銀鱈魚刺身!自問試過頗多種類既魚刺身,不過銀鱈魚刺身真係第一次品嚐。個人認為銀鱈魚有啲似油甘魚同中拖羅既結合版,但銀鱈魚有其獨有既特色。爽口結實既上層,結合入口溶化既中下層,肥美鮮嫩,同時散發出微微既魚油香。第一次見到未經烹煮既銀鱈魚,一定要為佢黎一個大特寫。圖中可以清晰咁見到銀鱈魚既紋理,佢就好似一件藝術品一樣。由此可見,銀鱈魚既肉質同佢既口感一樣,層次分明。有殻活帶子 $128第四道菜係活帶子,料理師傅連殻呈上。帶子豐厚既肉身極富彈性,味道鮮味清甜。活帶子去殻製成刺身後,點上少許醬油,鮮甜多汁。我覺得活帶子咀嚼口感更勝刺身魚片,鮮嫩細滑,絕對係頂尖既味覺享受。活北寄貝 $248北寄貝既外殻堅硬,大小約為一個拳頭,部分肉呈紫色, 肉厚而爽脆,味道鮮甜。北寄貝本身含有豐富鉀、鎂等礦物。如果要一嚐北寄貝既鮮味,刺身是不二之選。日本原隻活海膽 $336原隻活海膽離水後好難生存,必須非常小心同專業處理,因此只有具經驗既刺身海產專門店先會發售。呢隻原隻既日本活海膽係我地當日第六道菜,令我地驚喜萬分!😍活海膽既瓣塊比紫海膽細,但味道十分鮮美,海膽味較濃郁,口感較豐腴,入口即溶。活海膽冇乜腥味,所以大家可以盡情享受。白蝦壽司 $116牡丹蝦、櫻蝦呢啲聽得多,白蝦比較少見。我地品嚐活海膽後,隨即送上傳說中既白蝦。白蝦係日本富山灣既特產,因為需要係天然環境生長,價格較為昂貴,所以有「富山灣的寶石」之稱。白蝦活生生既時候,色澤帶一點粉紅,但係死後就會變成白色,所以素有「白蝦」之稱。7 月正正係白蝦既當造期,難怪咁新鮮,口感嫩滑,鮮甜清新。博多冬菇 $58我地品嚐過各種刺身壽司後,就開始熱食。當時以為博多冬菇係純粹一舊菇,冇諗過博多冬菇內含天婦羅炸蝦🍤 配上剛製成熱烘烘既天婦羅醬汁,香脆可口。冬菇既香氣四溢,同炸蝦相映成輝。自家制免治雞肉串 $64最後一道菜係免治雞肉配新鮮蛋黃醬汁,真係好好味。烤過既雞串本身就好惹味,充滿香烤味道,再加上鮮蛋黃汁,令甜甜咸咸既免治雞肉帶點蛋黃香味,食落一啲都唔乾,仲有少少似漢堡排既味道 ☺️我同朋友都渡過左愉快既晚上~餐廳除左高質日本料理之外,服務態度亦都好好~料理師傅好細心地製作精選菜式,店員又不斷為我地加茶水,我同朋友都覺得好滿意 ☺️💕 繼續閱讀

今日去尖沙咀做啲野,夜晚就去左係厚福街,近尖沙咀站的鮨一去食野了。𥚃面既陳設有日式居酒屋既風格,仲有三層樓咁大,開放式廚房見到師傅埋頭苦幹地準備野食,好relax好舒服。今日我哋一於樣樣都叫啲。前菜店員首先送上了日本海萄葡番茄沙律,開開個胃先!比人感覺很新鮮同清爽。日本真蠔生蠔是師傅即開即上的,夠晒新鮮。蠔夠晒大隻同有蠔味,加埋佢哋特製嘅醬汁,很令人醒晨的一道菜。刺身到了是日的重點刺身了!師傅很有心地精選新鮮直送海產,有心地逐件切逐件去上桌,不用刺身更用了不同的處理的方法,給大家不同的享受。如左口魚刺身用了簿切的方法,一啖一口,比人吃到了刺身的原味道。黑鯥和銀鱈魚刺身新鮮味美,食落入口即溶。鬼虎蝦肉質有口感之餘亦很鮮嫩,又不會樣香口膠的硬口,又一出色之選。至於A5和牛刺身和超甜粟米,也是很不錯的。這𥚃的刺身料理正正體現出日本人辦事的細心和認真的精神!串燒我哋仲叫咗串燒食。串燒燒得十分之香脆,淡淡都係肉,一啲都唔會好油膩,份量仲唔少添。鯛魚奶湯湯非常之香口同埋醒胃,湯料煮熟左一樣都系咁好食。令人想一飲再飲。為完美的一餐畫上完美的句號! 繼續閱讀
