And the restaurant is actually quite smart to include this character in their restaurant’s name to tell you how fresh their cooking ingredients, mainly fish, are.I came for the famous fish cakes and noodles in fish soup, so I ordered a Fisk Cake noodles with fresh fish and vegetables. The fish soup was absolutely delightful! It’s so delicious and best, MSG free! The noodles were ordinary rice noodles. The fresh fish pieces were great, and there were any small bones in it. Veggies were fresh and sweet. Yum yum!I thought the dried tofu pieces were fish cakes at the beginning…And only realized that they weren’t So I asked the staff, and they said fish cakes were served separately. And here we go! Two big pieces of freshly fried fish cakes!!! I literally went “wow” when they were served! They were so so good! Crispy skin wrapping fresh fish meat.
